  I cannot download files to the creative cloud.

  They are just JPEGs. I was able to do 2 months ago, but now I can't. It lets me select the file and displays the status bar, but when it is complete nothing is downloaded. I even tried just drag n dropping the file... still the same thing.

  I thought that maybe I was over my limit, so I deleted everything that was in my files and in the trash, but it still does not work.

  I'm Mac OS 10.7 and 10.6 Safari, Chrome and Firefox. I tried it at work and at home with the same results. There honestly me confused. Any help would be appreciated.

  You still see this behavior? Try to clear the cache and cookies in your browser, but as you've tried multiple browsers and computers that can't help. If you still encounter a problem after that please email me your Adobe ID to [email protected].

  I decided to place my Lightroom (and intelligent previews) catalog on my drive of 20 GB creative cloud that I use more than one computer. I usually update of the catalog on my Windows machine. However, when I open the same catalog in Lightroom on my Macbook, a copy of the LRCAT file is automatically created on my disk storage CC. Can someone tell me why this happens? This is beyond frustrating!

  First of all, I would say that creative cloud is not the right place to store the catalogue, as there are problems with permission on the cloud.

  Also you try to launch Lightroom with the catalogue still recorded on creative cloud?

  If so, then try to move the catalog on disk Local once and then launch Lightroom and see if duplicate catalog is created or not?

  When I connect to Creative.adobe.com/files, I can see the buttons on the top to find, download, organize and Recycle Bin, files and folders, but I don't see any file or folder.

  • If I try to download a file, it tells me the download is in progress, but nothing happens.

  Still is a part of Premiere pro CS6. You must install the Premiere Pro CS6.

  You can download any Adobe application.  The cost is when you want to use it beyond a trial period.  Since you have already paid, you can use the software at will.

  Your subscription license allows you to have two facilities activated, so if both machines meets the system requirements so you should be able to install and connect the two.
