Problem with installation of codec RAW for CS3 (installed on the D drive)

Hello! I was wondering how I would install the codec RAW for CS3? I looked at the instructions, but I did not 'c:\Program Files\Common Adobe Plug - Ins\CS3\File Formats' since my Photoshop is installed on drive D. I tried to add the plugin "D:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS3\Plug-Ins\File Formats" which do not appear to do anything (after the closing and reopening of Photoshop, it always says that it cannot open the file).

How would I fix this?

What exactly are you trying to install? All versions of ACR come with installers, but of course in favour of specific cameras is limited to versions specidfic of ACR in combination with specific program versions. You can have all just too old a version of PS to use the new cameras. Refer to this:
