• Save the problem with Photo Story 3 on Windows 7

  I managed to install Photo Story 3 on Windows 7 Home Premium, 32-bit.  The program works until I come to save the project and then just before the end of the process 'save', the following error message:

  "Some photo story program files may be damaged. Re-install Photo Story 3 for Windows and then change and resave your project."

  I did it at least four times, with the same result. Any suggestions please

  ·         This is the first time that you try to save the project with Photo Story 3?

  You can completely uninstall the application and then install in clean boot state and check if it works.

  Maybe the phone is just junk right out of the box, but I can't access the photo gallery. I click the icon of the gallery and the screen becomes black and crashes. Is this a problem I can fix it or send the phone back until it was too late. I was able to access the gallery for the first two days but now nothing.

  Hello, hope someone can help with my MacBook Pro sluggish.

  I'm in OS X Yosemite 10.10.3 version and tried to upgrade to El Capitan 10.10.5 on a Macbook Pro 13inc mid-2012.  He said it has already downloaded twice, but when I open the software it is still sitting at 10.10.3 without modification, download seems to take a lot of time - been sitting for about 6 hours.

  Now I trying to open the photos app but get the following error coming - the application built with PhotoLibraryPrivate version 215.65.00 but works with version 209.52.00.

  Any advice on what are the options for my new photos app! Have you tried different time machine backups and the computer does not like it either

• problem with photo to movie maker

  I get no picture and sound to playback of movie maker. I can see the files when I play in the media player and photo gallery, but not in the movie maker. How can this be repaired?

  It is possible that the file is not compatible with movie maker.

  Convert a wmv file using one of the many good free apps, some are listed here and everything works fine.

• Problems with Photo JPEG mov

  Hi people,

  I need to edit Photo JPEG and MJPEG files in Quicktime (mov) on Windows 7 format in first Pro CS5. When I play the files from Quicktime player, they play very well, at 1280 x 720. But when I import into first or Adobe Media Encoder, it tells me that they are 160 x 120. If I have more I just get jaggy fuzzy artifacts. In fact, I noticed in Quicktime that they will open by default like 160 x 120, and only when I select "Normal size" they play at 1280 x 720. These files play very well in VLC before even I installed Quicktime.

  No idea why first think they are 160 x 120? How can I get to recognize these files to the appropriate size of 1280 x 720?

  Try MPEG Streamclip for Windows; It is downloadable for free, without installation required.

  Of SBDAs with Streamclip to open, and then select file > save as choose MOV serving of container (should be default) and choose a name/location; Save the file. This will basically copy the video to the first file in a new and correct of the weird questions like this is sometimes useful.

  If it works, you can add all files to a batch (under the menu list) and do the same for each of them. It should be fast because there is no reencoding past, just a repackaging.

• Problem with Photos, a folder with photos of the years just disappeared

  I added a photo to an album this morning and tried to add another photo, a few minutes later, and the entire album had disappeared.

• Strange problem with photos

  And Hello.  I'm so bollixed up through what it can take a few questions for you - all before I can set my question.

  Recently they sent me new pix of advertising.  I treated the as usual through the "Save for Web" in Photoshop.  Now, there's the rub.  When I import one of these pix on the page in DW, they show well.  'Save' and 'Preview in browser' and they don't show - as the symbol of the broken image.

  Variants: I also had some difficulties, in the last couple days, loading photos on pages.

  And, to keep serenity, at times than the new pix showed up OK.

  And: The pix were quite long names, which I have said, as Sonny and Perley picture #1 web200.jpg

  When I get the error message like Page Cannot Be Found, it seems to refer to a shortened version of the name, such as Photo of Sonny-and-Perley.

  Don't know the significance of this.

  It is a fact that my Windows is corrupted, but I worked for a year around that.  (Of course, one day I'll take a day and recharge the computer...)

  Remove the spaces and special characters in the names of folders and files.  You can use underscores or dashes but don't add no spaces.  Browsers translate %20 spaces that can mess you up.

• Problems with picture Screensaver.scr and MSCVR100.dll

  I am running Windows Vista Home Premium on a 32-bit system on an HP Compaq PC.

  Following automatic updates from Microsoft and ATI Radeon, I get an error message when my PC is trying to activate the screen saver.  The screen saver is set up through my library of images and had worked perfectly for four years before the recent updates.  The error message at the start says:

  PhotoScreensaver.scr impossible to locate the component - "this application has failed to start because MSCV100.dll was not found.  Reinstalling the application may fix this problem. »

  Perhaps foolishly, I then bought what I thought, it was a problem of DLL - files.com, a trade name of Cleverbridge.  He said it had corrected flaws 1 200 on my PC (!), but it has not cured THE fault and the following error message:

  Then I tried to restore my PC to a date before the problems, but the restore function did not work and reported that she had failed for undisclosed reasons.  This has happened several times, no matter what point restoration that I use.

  I'm not particularly computer literate, so would like some simple tips on how to cure this.

  I suggest you to install the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable dll, which is necessary for the projects generated with Visual Studio 2010.

  Download files according to your operating system version. I suggest you to install all the versions as they may be needed for different programs. Check in programs and features, is what shows you have installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable and Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable?   I'm trying to batch naves convert to jpg using file > Scripts > processor of images, what I did before, but when I click on select file to select files NAVE of the memory card, Photoshop does not recognize the NEF files.

  Shared albums are essentially photo streams. They will always show the photos in the order that add you them to the album.  If you want your photos to appear in a specific order, you must add them to the album individually, one by one, exactly in the order of your choice.  You cannot add all photos in an album at once - which will give unpredictable results.

  For example, to create a new album with your photos.  Then ctrl-click on the album and select "Keep arranged by Date, oldest first" to sort the album.  Now add each photo from the album shared individually.  There will be a lot of work.

  Since your iSight webcam works up to the time that your Mac goes to sleep, I would like you to start please help desk trying to replicate this problem then to reboot in safe mode:

  1. Choose the Apple menu > shut down.

  2. After your Mac stops, wait 10 seconds, then press the power button.

  3. As soon as you hear the startup tone, hold down the SHIFT key.

     You must press the SHIFT key as soon as possible once you hear the startup tone, but not before.

  4. Release the SHIFT key when you see the gray Apple logo and progress indicator.

  To exit safe mode, restart your Mac, but no press during the startup.

  OS X El Capitan: start in safe mode
