problem with update explore

I apologize if this has already been discussed, but with 2 jobs, school and a family, I don't have hours to spend researching this issue.  If I had know that this update was going to cause problems and I would waste treat valuable time with him that I would never have updated.
I've recently updated to the new windows Explorer 8 (I think) and it works only on account that I did the upgrade through.  When we opened another account on the computer, such as my daughter or our business account and try to access the internet it will not respond.  I can't connect to the internet at all using these accounts.  We operate with windows vista 32 bit I think.  It's a dell computer that has only 1 year, an inspiron 530 s.
How can I fix it or unduly this update? If I restore the computer to an earlier time I lose information that I put in programs like Quick Books?
Please give instructions very accurate as my computer skills are nill.

If you want to install IE8 for all users on the computer, the installation program should give you the option to install for all users or just your logged in account.

    I had problems with the update and that run internet explore. It's been a while since I can't watch videos on it is to say, even if I've never had such problems with any other browser.     2 did you recent hardware or changes to the software of the system?

    Method 1:

    Step 1:

    You can check if the problem occurs in safe mode.

    Start your computer in safe mode

    Step 2:

    If you are not faced with the question in safe mode, then you can try to perform a clean boot and check if it helps.

    A clean boot to check if startup item or services to third-party application is causing this issue.

    You can read the following article to put the computer in a clean boot:

    In addition, after you fix the problem, you can see step 7 above to restore your computer to a Normal startup mode.

    Method 2:

    If you are faced with the question in safe mode, you can run a Checkdisk to see if there are drive errors that can cause this problem.

    Check your hard drive for errors

    Note: When you run the disk check, there are chances of losing data if you can take a backup before starting the checkdisk.

    When I save files from the internet and then open the folder with Windows Explorer in the backed up files, I find that WE consider not save them on my hard drive "change" more. I know it's strange, but I tend to retain files roughly in the order that I saved them, rather than by the name of the file or anything else. So now to manually change the files in a certain way, then save them to get them organized as I want. Of course, this can become very painful and long if I have a lot of files to organize this way. My question is: How can I get Windows to consider saving a file on my HDD as change? I use Firefox and updated recently, which may be the cause of the problem.

    Were you able to save and access files correctly before you update Firefox?

    You can create a new folder & try to download the file inside of Internet Explorer & check if the problem persists.

    OK, there are a lot of problems I have with my computer, most involving internet explore version 7 on Windows Vista home basic. He start as a graphic and videos not playing does not and could not download anything it, kept getting error messages. So I thought it might be a virus. So I reformatted my computer back to factory settings. I installed McAfee Antivirus Plus 2010, he ran, he came with nothing. Go back on internet explorer, it became worse. Now, when I hear myself first of all, it appears "internet explore cannot display webpage"-incidentally there nothing wrong with my internet connection at all - I have to update it about 5 - 10 times to show him half a page readable with photos showing only no graphics cut St) he's can't download anything it either cannot play videos etc. I tried to disable add-ons not better. I tried the reset thing cookies delete etc. Nothings working. Help!

If this isn't the case, please do, to see if this problem is pilot associate. About McAfee is bloated and highly likely to cause problems that you encounter. We know that this is what you find.     Vista and Windows 7 updated drivers love then here's how update the most important.

    This is my generic how updates of appropriate driver:

    For each driver in the list, additional useful information is displayed: load address of the driver,
    Description, version, product name, company that created the driver and more.

    Control Panel - device - Graphics Manager - note the brand and complete model
