Problems connecting HP account - like everyone else - rant alert

Rant is there plans for HP to consolidate their different systems to allow you to use the same account login (email and password) on different platforms (cloud, eprint, etc.)?  Being able to retrieve account information (password, username, etc.) on a single system and yet not be able to use this same message on one other system is silly.  Consolidate them into a single or separate them completely.  The current situation is a headache for the consumer.  / Rant

I'm trying to set up eprint.  My password is apparently incorrect to use email, but the system will not send a reset link to this address because the address is in use by another system of HP.  ???  My notes indicate that I have an acct clouds associated with this e-mail address.  The password that I paid to the folder does not work there.  Attempts to reset the password via the cloud system were in vain.  The system responds that a password reset link will be sent if the email address is on file, but no links have been sent so far.  I was able to reset the password on this forum for this same e-mail address, but unfortunately this password is not are deployed in other systems so I'm still stuck.

The problem you are having is probably due to an old Snapfish account registered to your email address. ePrintCenter and Snapfish account information is stored in the same place and I saw this before conflict. You will need to go to http://www.snapfish.com/snapfish/welcome, click on "Sign In" in the upper right of the page and then click on the link "forgotten password" and enter the email address that is causing your problems, you should receive an email from Snapfish, which allows you to create a new password. Once you have created a new password for Snapfish, try to Sign In on ePrintCenter (http://www.eprintcenter.com/) using your email address and the password you created to Snapfish.

  • Satellite C850 - 19(d) - problems connecting to internet

    Ive had problems connecting to the internet for the past weeks.
    I used to be able to just open my browser after my phone finished putting in, but now I have to wait because after setting up my connection is limited so I have to wait for it to connect completely.

    When it finishes by the fact that he goes to random then disconnect. It used to take long periods of time, like an hour or something while now it disconnects after 10 to 20 minutes, that drives me crazy.

    I assume you mean the wireless connection. Is this right?

    First I would recommend you to check if the same internet connection using the LAN cable.

    Second, you should check if you have the same problem using the laptop with the battery or even computer using the socket.
    I m asking that because in many cases power saving options can affect the connection.

    Last but not least, you should also check if it would be possible to update the WLan driver (in case you use the Wlan connection).
    In many cases the Wlan driver update would solve some compatibility and feature wireless problems.

    I have problems connecting to the Exchange Server in my company with my new Droid 3. I've updated the original Droid, who had no problem connecting. I noticed a difference between the old email on the Droid app and new on the Droid 3 is that the original app was a setting for «Allow all certificates» My company allows our own certificates, and I wonder if my problem may be related to that. I exported my certificate of my desktop and installed on the Droid 3, but appears not to have had any effect.

  • HP Pavilion Notebook-15-p108tx: problem connecting with specific programs

    Hi, I had problems connecting with specific programs recently. I'm still able to communicate online through web browsers. Mozilla Firefox works fine, but Google Chrome still has some problems loading of specific pages or they don't load at all. The main programs I am having difficulties with are mainly games platform programs like Steam, Battle.net, and League of Legends, and I'm unable to go online or to connect to their servers.

    I never had no problem connecting like these last two years that I've owned my laptop, until recently. I think it was the 6th or 7th of may these problems started.

    I updated my drivers and was constantly check to download the most recent. I don't know if it's my internet provider, but I was also constantly check the State of the network to ensure that the services are very good.

    If anyone else has this problem and if there are any suggestions that you think could help solve this problem, it would be appreciated.

    Thank you for the update. I think that your computer have a rootkit infection. Most of them were inside of the Chrome Extensions.

    Here's what you need to do.

    Open chrome

    Click on the Menu bar in the upper right

    Click more tools

    Click Extensions

    Please search for suspicious extensions that does not belong to the computer, especially ads. Once you identified, simply click the trash can icon then Chrome close then reopen it again to see if you can connect to your desired game. If this isn't the case, then proceed as follows.

    Manual removal of suspicious files (if you are uncomfortable with it. If this is not the case, then run System Restore from safe mode with command prompt)

    Manual removal (I miss the old days of MS virus removal )

    Go to RUN type %temp% , and then delete all folders by pressing SHIFT + DELETE

    Go to Control Panel and then locate all the apps that you think a form of ads

    Go to safe mode with network. Run Malwarebytes in that State

    Then run Tweaking tool to fix everything that has changed since your computer

    If your not comfortable with the troubleshooting steps may perform the system restore on the day, it was working fine.

    I wonder if anyone has the same problem as me. I just got a HP Envy 100 and went through the process of setting up without problem. The printer is connected via Wi - Fi for wireless network, I can ping the printer from my Mac successfully and I can print within the network without problem.

    However, regarding ePrint and Web features, it seems that nothing really works. I can't even turn on Web services, I always get the message "problem connecting to the Web Services server.

    I tried the following:

    -Restart the router and printer

    -Change the manual IP address and manually set the DNS server

    -Reapply automatic IP and set the Google DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) servers

    .. .with no chance whatsoever. If this is a problem with the firmware (from what I understood, I do not have the latest firmware, but I can't ask her update, because it requires, you guessed it, a connection on the server of web services, that is the whole of the problem.)

    Anyone else having the problem? Everyone had it and fixed it? Is this just a temporary problem with HP servers?

    Hey, for me it works as well, and I didn't, just retried that I had tried before and it connected to the Web Services without problem.

    So I think it's safe to say that the original problem in this topic only lied to a HP Server-side problem. Not cool it took so long for them to solve and in particular the fact that we did not really have feedback appropriate about the problem.

    Anyway, I solved (for now, at least).

    I suggest the following, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):

    (1) registry HRT

    • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network

    (2) remove and return Service directories

    • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
    • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service

    (3) restart to take batt

    • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

    I hope that will move things again for you! If this isn't the case, then you should contact TM for formal support.

    There was an update that went down yesterday but I have not tried Netflix on WMC until this morning and it works!  I also noticed that it works much faster than before.  So, if its on the side of Netflix or Microsoft side or together, I'm glad something worked!   Thank you!!  PS next time please better coordinate.

  • People mistake app: we are going to have problems connecting to Facebook

    My Facebook is synchronized with the people app (using the Microsoft account), but now it only shows my friends list and unable to connect to the new Facebook or my profile (error: we are going to have problems connecting to Facebook). I checked all check the Live (https://profile.live.com/services/connect?sourceid=fb) profile and my network is complete connection.


    I tried to uninstall/reinstall the people app, run AppsDiagnostic, go to the Local account, delete/reissue Facebook account with my MS account, update the latest version of the app and sync App licenses on setting store updates, but nothing changes!

    That's happened? How can I solve this problem?

    Looks like you got an error message "we are going to have problems connecting to Facebook" people app.

    Since you did all the steps, we will perform refresh on the computer to see if there is a problem with the settings of the application.

  • Problem connecting to the server after moving

    Hi, I keep getting the message "there is a problem connecting to the server"192.168.0.19"etc. This happened after I moved. New ISP, new router. I have an Airport Express and a NAS connected to it. Time Machine and Icloud on the NAS. I think that the NAS has this IP address before moving. There are now 192.168.10.176. Everything works, but I get the pop up frequently.

    I look at the accounts and start but nothing. I reboot safe mode does not remove the problem. So, what can I do?

    I'm on Yosemite with MBR.

    When I start my iMac I get a message that the Mac cannot connect to iCloud due to a problem with my Apple e-mail address and told me to go in the preferences to iCloud. When I do I keep getting prompted to enter my Apple password over and over so I can't do anything extra. The screen remains passive. What is my next step?

    If you encounter any problems with your account get the iCloud or stay connected, the best way to get this resolved is to press the "Disconnect" button in system preferences > settings to iCloud. You will be prompted to record data and to delete some data, but don't worry, once you sign in all your iCloud information will be downloaded to your Mac. Once you disconnect properly, please reconnect and allow all of your data to download.

    This should have your iCloud account is running correctly. Please use the Apple Support communities to post your question.

    I had a similar problem with www.kvraudio.com and I removed the cookie manually.

    I removed the cookie from gmail (I think), but it did not help. There are a few cookies from google, but I'm not messing things.

    So far, I like firefox but I need to be able to "connect to sites" without their "brought back me to the login page" each time

    Can you help me?

    If clearing cookies doesn't help, then it is possible that the cookies.sqlite file that stores the cookies is corrupted.

    Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete cookies.sqlite - journal and cookies.txt, if they exist, in the profile folder in case the cookies.sqlite file has been corrupted.
