  With your v1 player (as indicated by your firmware version) you can only use MSC mode when it connects to your computer in order to access (add or remove) songs on the map. MTP mode will not work. Period.

  As c1u31355 suggested, make sure that the card is placed properly into the slot on the side of the player. The lttle Ridge or bump in the middle of the edge on the map will be little difficult to get through the first few times you push the card. Then it wear out a bit on the edge and slide smoothly.

  

  Push it all the way, even slightly beyond the opening until you hear a slight click.   c1u offers a card reader to see if you have a bad card, or if the problem is with your player. If you put the card in the card reader, and you can transfer (drag & drop) of music files, your card is OK, and you might have a problem with the drive.

  Just so you know, you can not 'sync' music to the card if it's how you normally do. This would require the MTP mode which will not work. You have to do drag & drop from the computer to the card. It's the only way. Well, actually you can rip directly to the card, but that's another topic.

  If it is recognized in safe mode you should perform a clean boot to try and isolated the program that is causing the problem.

  If it is was then delete them all unless you added them yourself for a specific reason.

  Hi guys I have a problem with my Satellite A200 (PSAF6A).
  I installed windows 7 just now, now half the time when I start the computer it displays a message on windows encounters a problem loading the graphics drivers and the resolution is terrible. When I restart immediately, most of the time, it loads fine - no message and a good resolution. I tried many driver reinstall but it is always the case.
  Someone knows what's the problem? Is this with windows 7, or do you think the graphics card can be on the road to extinction?

  Come to think of it, if you can lift the other away from your son for a while, you can replace the batteries in order to isolate the problem before spending money on a farm only to find the circuit load in the other player is fried.   The problem is not Windows 7, this is the card reader in your Acer laptop.  It must be able to read SDHC cards.  This is different from an SD card. Ancient readers SD do not read SDHC cards - they are incompatible with older players.

  -applet SELECT command is executed successfully
  - BUT the command check pin (80 00 00 04 01 02 03 04 B2) fails (which it should ask the cmdlet to execute the checkPIN method) fails with the error code 6983 (authentication) blocked
  
  Edited: it seems to me that even I remove control PIN for this application of electronic wallet for every shipment of order pay-per-view, I always get this status word: * 6983 *.
  
  In your experience, what reason causes the card to return this status word?

  Hello, normally these problems are caused by a security/firewall software which does not recognize and therefore blocks the new versions of firefox. If please delete all the rules of the program for firefox to your firewall and let it detect the new version of the browser again.
