Problems of 30 days trial download Illustrator

I tried to download Illustrator 3 days now without success. Every time I try to download the progress is so slow that I give, I even had my mac running for 20 hours and night to find the 20% the full download. I checked my internet settings and services to wide band and I also did a test of resistance to high speed with my service provider who told me that my connection and speed were very good.

I'm getting very annoyed and frustrated by trying to do it can someone help?

    I keep trying to download a free 30 day trial of Illustrator on my PC and nothing happens. I am able to download the .exe file and it begins to run, but then the window disappears, and the creative cloud window never opens. I also can't currently open creative cloud, even if I have already installed. I was able to open creative cloud and select Illustrator there are a few tests, but nothing would happen. It would show progress but then stops and the window would disappear.

    I believe you can reinstall right under the trial, use preferably the full path in three steps (the otherwise strange things may persist):

    (1) uninstall (check the box to delete the preferences),

    (2) run the cleanup tool, see the link below,

    (3) reinstall.

    You can use the new feature "Trial reset" AI 17.1.0 return once your 30-day trial.

    Perhaps the uninstall was not clean and therefore, you are not able to install HAVE it again. You can use the cleaning of http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html?promo id = GYTAU> to clean the remains of Ia CC only. Then, launch Creative Cloud Desktop App to see the option 'Try' still HAVE. Click on that to install I 17.1.0.

It download the illustrator of the trial at the time (with its own Adobe account) but now there just decided to learn Illustrator - I download the program and it says the trial expired from the moment that I installed it! I was about to pay for a month, but I'm not enough, confident that will happen if I don't? It is said in the contract that if I cancel my order on the first 14 days my money will be found. 14 days this account as part of the trial days? Or will be returned my money even if I have no trial days remaining for a reason that I don't undestand.

    Your sister has already exhausted the allotment of the trial so that the machine when it has installed and used the trial.  You don't get a second chance with the same machine.  The duration of the trial is not considered for the duration of subscription use.  What you might not be aware of, is that you normally are not only subscribe for a month... you can pay for a month, but it is usually part of a one year subscription, for which you are responsible and cannot drop without penalty after the 14 day period.  There is an option to get a subscription per month for a higher cost, so be careful what plan you choose if you don't know that you can find both within 14 days to try out the software.

    Abhishekp1996 what is the specific error receive you?  If it's a failure to move a file, then you have to fix the file for the associated file/folder permissions.

    If you stop the subscription and wish to be fully able to open/edit/use/whatever documents, you need start the subscription again, or downsave to a version you have.

    I think that you are able to download a different trial for a further period of 30 days or only HAVE or the complete cloud (according to what is different from the test which has expired.

    Or you can pay for one month subscription to access documents entirely (and get the sorted results, as appropriate).

    THiiS is the fundamental difference between a perpetual license (until CS6, the only still available version of Adobe) and subscription (currently of CC 2915.1 CC).
