PS and PR Pro 30-day trial stopped after 4 days when versions of 2014 have been upgraded to 2015

PS and Pr Pro 2014 30 day trial downloaded and installed 4 days ago. Today both have been updated to versions 2015, all at once the trial was over 26 days too early. See transcript of chat support useless quotes for more details. Any ideas?
