    Hello eaytdjt,

If features such as for you, browse, and search in the Apple's music do not work for you, try to leave the music app and restart your iPhone.  Which will restore a connection to the Apple site.

  • Should I renew iTunes game if I subscribe to the Apple's music

My iTunes subscription Match comes renewal in two weeks.

If I understand well iCloud music library is now part of Apple's music subscription. So there are a lot of questions:

1 are there features in the iTunes subscription Match which are not included in the subscription of Apple's music?

    2. If I renewed the iTunes game will be the place to transition smoothly or will I lose all the music in the music library to iCloud and have to redo the download?

    3. are there other questions/problems/concerns I'd be worried?

    Hello

    1. IiTunes game has an annual subscription, while the Apple music has a monthly subscription. The two products scan your iTunes library to determine what can be mapped and what needs to be downloaded. The matching process is now the same for both. With Apple's music, you access music library of Apple where you can listen to or download as long as you have an active subscription.
    2. Now open Apple music and turn off auto renew. Your library has already been adapted to the transition should be transparent. I agree both with the current time and intend to disable iTunes auto Match renew
    3. Keep a backup of your music, just in case things go wrong

  • Apple's music has disappeared

My library of Apple's music disappeared after I reconnect to my Apple account. In the preference I turn on "ICloud Music Library", but the music appears.

I have IPhone 5s with iOS 9.3.4 and active subscribe Apple music.

    Hey there guar47,

Thank you for joining the communities Support from Apple! I see in your post that you have disconnected (e) your Apple ID in settings > iTunes and App Store, then signed back. After doing this, you have noticed that you are missing your music library on your device. I can see why this would be a concern, so I'm happy to provide tips that can help.

This is an expected behavior for the music that you have made available offline to remove after signing out and back in to your account in the settings > iTunes and App Store. That said, you should always be able to see the songs and albums you have added music from Apple. These songs should have an icon of little cloud next to them to indicate that they are part of your library, but not stored locally on the device.

As a first step, I recommend simply restarting your iPhone to see if the problem persists. If your content is still missing after restarting your device, I would open the music application and make sure that you have selected ' Show All Music'. To make sure that this option is enabled, you'll need to operate any of the different views (artists, Albums, etc.), then choose 'Show All Music '.

You have any other device that you use Apple music with? This should also help you narrow the issue further.

    Hello

Whenever I want to add a song from Apple's music in my library it defines the Date added to "01/01/1970 02:00", which is very annoying because I sort my songs like that.

I've always had works around the problem by adding music to my iPhone, but now it has the same problem and I don't know how to solve this problem and I can't find anything on how to solve it.

If you have any suggestions on what I should try to do, to fix this problem, do not hesitate to post it.

  • Still having problems with Itunes after music updated to iOS 9.3.2

How can I solve the problems created by the software update Apple iOS 9.3.2 lost all my music will not restore using itunes etc

What questions are you talking? Music of Apple, it's where you posted what you use? What music has been lost? It's all in your Apple's music. The rest should be in your iTunes library on your computer. I have almost 2K songs in my iTunes library and they have all been there since the very beginning, across all iOS and iTunes updates.

What happens when you try to restore your phone to iTunes? What it the music has to do with whatever settings you have for music and once again, depends on your participation with music Apple or any other service.

Try it please take a moment to build a question, describing what occurred, what device you use, what computer OS you use, and what troubleshooting steps you tried to correct. In addition, you use the services of Apple, and have you backed up your phone and your computer.

  • Cannot add anything to Apple's music library

Over the last week I have had any problems, add music to apple's music. I click on the sign '+' to add it to my library for easy listening access, but is never added. I then go click on the '+' again (which normally if you have already added, the sign is replaced by the symbol of the cloud-download). The cloud symbol appears for a brief second before to return in the ' + '. If someone could tell me what is happening and how to fix it, would be great!

    Thank you

    Hey there, petyondc!

Thanks a lot for the use of Community Support from Apple! Your post, I understand you are trying to add music to your music library from Apple, but it won't actually save. If you try to add again, the + briefly turns into the cloud icon, but then goes back to the + and adds yet. I love being able to customize my library of Apple's music and want to help! Give the steps below a try and stop when the problem is resolved.

    1. Quit the application, and then start it again. You can follow the instructions in the article below the link if you do not know how to exit the application.

Force a nearby application on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

Just after that you left the music app, tap the icon again to reopen and test adding a song to your library again.

    2. Restart your iPhone. The steps in the "How to restart" section of the following article will guide you in this process.

Restart your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

Once on the iPhone, open the application music and try to add a song to your library.

    3. Back up your iPhone, and then restore it back to factory settings. You can use iCloud or iTunes to back up your iPhone and instructions are available in the article below.

The backup of your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch

Once you have saved it, use the steps in the following article to restore the iPhone to factory settings, then set up as a new device.

Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad or iPod to factory settings

    Good listening!

  • iCloud, game and music confusion Apple iTunes music library

OK, first of all, I was a Match iTunes and subscribe Apple music, but before not to renew iTunes game, I asked and he said that if I keep my subscription to Apple's music, I would not lose my iCloud library.

But its been a month now since the end of my subscription to Match iTunes, I keep my subscription to Apple's music and today, I have found that the majority of the track in my library of music iCloud is grayed out. So I'm screwed? I think that the information and the difference between the two services is not well explained, and now I think I'm losing all my songs matching (and many of them is not the access point) if I knew that I would lose all my music matching, I would never opt-out Match, but I read several article about it and they all said that I keep my current AP I will not use my corresponding music and everything what I lose is free of DRM.

So, is anybody here had this problem before and there at - it a way to get my songs back?

    Hello

Have you downloaded your music before you unsubscribe iTunes game? If the music is not on your hard drive, you will see your music in gray. You have a back up?

  • "For you" ads from Apple's music

I use Apple music on my iPhone 6s from the beginning, but now it asks me to set up my preferences of music all over again. Of course, I have already done this and have listened to my playlists customized for quite awhile. On my iPad, I don't have this problem. The problem occurred on my iPhone a few days ago. I'd hate to start the implementation process and to lose this info I've provided since last year or so. I tried to reset the iPhone and and have software was last updated. Anyone else having this problem or any suggestions to correct the situation. Thanks in advance for any help.

Application settings > music > Show of Apple's music. Make sure it is turned on.

  • Member of Apple's music cannot listen to music on authorized Mac

I can listen to music on my iPhone 6 with no problems. However, all of a sudden, I am able to listen to complete songs on my MacBook Pro (authorized). I can't play samples now.

    Details:

    Member of Apple's music

    iTunes 12.3.3.17

MacBook Pro (15 at the beginning), isn't it really matters haha.

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

    Argh. Figured it out!

I needed to select the 'New' tab before the search of Apple's music. I was looking for iTunes store before.

    Oops!

    All sorted.

  • Match + Apple iTunes music DRM Free?

    Dear Apple community,

Music is my life, is more valuable to me then anything else.

In the early half of my library was already purchased files WAV, Apple Lossless-converted. The other half was poor quality MP3.

I signed up for Apple music and began to remove the bad quality mp3 songs and re adding back them to Apple's music, when I was faced with the problem that "Oh here, I can't play at this on my Audio System" because it was protected by DRM. So I signed up for iTunes game hoping to get all of my new music of good quality DRM free format.

Now all my music is labeled as Apple music protected by DRM. http://prntscr.com/awpl1f

Is there something how I could make this DRM free with iTunes game?

I already tried to delete download and Re download again.

    Best wishes
    Thomas B.

< personal information under the direction of the host >

    Hello

If you wanted to upgrade your mp3, you should have joined the Match iTunes instead of Apple's music. While you have been able to upgrade the tracks, have it DRM and you can only access them while you subscribe to the Apple's music. You will not be able to use the match to remove the DRM.

You did a back up of your original tracks. If could use them with iTunes game.

  • Cancellation of Apple's music has grayed out some songs from iTunes game

    Background:

    • I use iTunes game.
    • All the songs in my library have been downloaded by me.
    • I tried Apple's music for a while and then cancelled.

    Question:

    • Some of the songs that I downloaded in my subscription of Apple's music are now gray out and unable to be played.
    • On the iPhone (and previously on my Mac) I wonder to renew my subscription to Apple's music when I try to read them.
    • It seems that iTunes thinks that these are songs from Apple's music, when they certainly are iTunes songs Match (most of the songs is not yet on Apple music).

    Attempted fixes:

    • I tried all kinds of re - authorize etc and nothing works.
    • I talked at length to Apple on the phone who now asked me to install OS X (which I'm hated to do that I don't see it being a problem of BONE).

How can I return these songs? Is this a known bug?

Okay, that was user error. The songs were incorrectly uploaded from another computer!

  • Apple's music empties my iphone storage

    Hello world

Apple's music empties my iphone storage, I'm no using out-of-line downloading and if I disable the icloud library all the song stored in my iphone went low, so this solves the problem for a while but I have icloud library in my device in order to use the apple music, then when on icloud and start listening to the apple music some of the songs not all, are stored on my iphone, which all use the storage of my iphone.

    Can someone help me please?

    Thank you.

Unless you specifically tell iTunes to store your music locally for offline use, you should not have storage issues. iTunes can be temporarily store music you played in its cache, so it will not re - download if you want to hear again, but it's not something you can manage. If another process on your phone actually needs that space, iTunes clears the cache data and free space.

Unless you actually have a problem, just let it do its thing and stay away.

  • Siri does not work. It can respond to me when I say hello or ask a definition or calculation, but nothing like that to open applications or play some things from Apple's music.

Hello. I have an iPhone on iOS 9.2 and siri 6 did not work. I can do things as said in the title, but could not open all the apps or do something with apple's music. The message that I get when asking to 'Open the Messages app' is 'you can't see an application called 'messages'. We could see if the app store has it. "For music from Apple, when I ask 'Play my mixed songs', it says"Sorry, I'm unable to play your music." Before you answer, it takes a while to load, if that helps somehow. If someone knows how to fix this or help, please comment. Thank you.

I also have similar problems. I bought my iPhone 6 s more in January, and the software is up-to-date. Siri seems to understand me very well, but can't seem to perform the tasks. I get messages like: "it does not appear that you have an app called music", "uh oh there's a problem you can try again? ',"Sorry, I can't play your music"and many more responses means having a hard time to do anything. I tried to reset my settings and at this point, I'm about to wipe the phone and try again see if that makes a difference. It's been less than a month I've had this phone... I'm tempted to send it back.
