problems of iBooks. Preview data interruption/how do I get iBooks on iPad without publication.

I am very new to Apple products in general. I started a new job, set up an iBook in iBooks author. I get an error of interruption of data overview. I have then close the application and reopen it to see my evidence here and in good condition. I wonder why I get the error. On another note, I can't download the iBooks on the iPad. I can listen to samples, but it is not always the most recent version of my iBook. I don't want to publish this book, but I need about 45 new iPads. If I go in through iTunes, I can sync the iBook. It load on the iPad, finishes, disappears them for a second then shows an old version of my iBook. Any information at all would be very useful.

I can't attend with the interruption of data preview error. Hopefully someone else has some ideas to help.

I save my iBook on Dropbox (or any other service of 'cloud') or by e-mail to my iPad. Of course with this method you don't have auto-sync and you have to keep track of what versions of your iBooks you stored on your iPad - I would always remove the iBook on my iPad before the opening of a new version of my selection, e-mail, etc.

The iBooks that appear as older versions of your books is perhaps due to difficulties with their 'internal' ID Try to go to file > reset for iBooks Store... before saving the latest version of your iBook.
