problems see my drive to seagate's wireless network. used to work

I have a seagate network drive connected to my router cisco wireless. I created the player then it should connect automatically. Initially, everything works fine. Recently, the computers on the network can seem to find the drive links which have been assigned. Do not know why.

Hello

1. are you able to access the files on the network drive without going through the links?
2. is the Administrator's computer the main among the network, able to connect to the network drive?
Please follow the links below to solve the problem.
Method 1

OK, I've been on this thing for the last hours 8 tries to install the driver for wireless network.  I downloaded all the drivers from the HP website and whenever I try to install the downloaded file, it opens, then closes without installing.  I can't say I'm surprised because I've always had problems with the HP drivers, but this one is by far the worst.  Bluetooth driver also did the same thing and miss me the bus sm with usb driver that is not listed on the site.  I went to the website of ralink unsuccessfully.  I have a new install of windows 7 ultimate with all windows updates installed.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My laptop 5 years running XP is in line with this router and it works fine - so I don't think that it is the router that is the problem.

    Hello Bchek,

Thank you for your message.  Check with your D-Link documentation and settings to make sure that the SSID broadcast has not been disabled.  This would prevent you from being able to see the wireless network.  Please let us know if it did or did not help to solve your problem.

  • Name of network problems; numbers and not showing in the wireless network ID

In my network and sharing on the map at the top of the page Center, my wireless network is identified as Queensgate 2 on my Pavilion Entertainment PC (Vista). On my g7 series Pavilion, it is identified as Queensgate 3 (Windows 7). In the zone just below the map on two machines, the network is identified as Queensgate. Queensgate is the correct ID. There are no numbers on my SSID wireless router.

When I connect to the network dialog box confirms the connection to Queensgate (no numbers).

Can someone tell me how to solve this problem?

    Thank you

    Frank

    Hi Frank,.

I think I misunderstood what you rename, but seeing your description of what you have changed in Vista, I think I know what you need to do in Windows 7.

Open the network and sharing Center.  Look at the icon in the middle of the network map - you should see the icon itself below the network card and to the left.  Click on this icon and you should be able to change the name of the network.  Click Ok after you change it and you should see the change immediately reflected in the network map.

    Kind regards

  • Help: XP driver for 3000 G410 wireless network card

    Hi all

My recently purchased g410 came with Vistra driver (only) CD, while I install Windows XP instead. I downloaded the drivers from the Lenovo Web site and everything worked except the driver winXP for "wireless network adapter" (all 3 of them: Gemtek, 3xxx and 4xxx), the adapter was simply not acknowledged.

When I look at g410 spec, it says something like "Type of wireless network: InviLink 802.11bg", this means that there is another type of wireless network driver those available on the Lenovo site? ' " If Yes, where can I get this driver? Can someone, please?

    Thank you

    Hi Amcfad,

    ·         What operating system is installed on your count?

    ·         You receive an error message?

The majority of connection inside Windows 7 problems have been resolved by installing the latest driver for the device obtained from the manufacturer.

  • Windows 7 enterprise - wireless network does not work at the office

I'm a remote worker for a company.  I travel offices across the United States and hit this problem before, but thought it was just a transitory problem.  However, now I am in our headquarters and the problem has resurfaced.  Essentially, networks under Windows 7 Enterprise associates for wireless access points but cannot obtain a DHCP address.  I tried the usual: enough and ipconfig ipconfig / renew, I took it to our support people who confirmed that the configuration is correct, we have tried uninstalling the driver and put back in place, all in vain.  The configuration of the machine is:

    Dell Latitude E6400

    Windows 7 Enterprise x 64

    Wireless: Intel 5300 AGN

    Driver:

    Vendor: Intel

    Version: 12.4.1.4

    Digital signer: Microsoft

    Path: C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\netw5v64.sys

The wireless works now in my office at home (I have a Windows 2003, Cisco 1200 AP domain and use WPA2 with PEAP to authenticate).  Please note that the configuration has NOT changed since the last time I was in this office (about 3 weeks ago).  We are a Windows 2008 R2 using NPS area (AFAIK).  Help desk support people are completely baffled.  The good news is that the cable works fine.

    Hi all

I just wanted to know why my wireless device doesn't work anymore. There for awhile he last internet connection detection.
Would it be a malfunction of the pilot or something else?

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

    Hello

Yes, it can be. First of all, download driver Wlan:

  • Wireless network does not work properly on Equium A100-549

I've tried so far with/without WPA PSK TKIP, WEP, OPEN, dynamic and static address, ipconfig/all configure TCP/IP manually and automatically updated drivers, all windows updates. I also tried with or without mac filtering.

I install a good USB dongle known and tried all the foregoing the same I can instantly find the network cut and paste the password or type it in, it find instantly and the other around the street, but could not connect wireless connections, the icon in the task bar permanently a red x.

If I can connect to the network I can put everything up. I have an XP, Office XP laptop and Vista DESKTOP base everything on laptop wireless WIFI on board, to an office on a dongle and the other with a PCI x 16 WI - FI card. on the laptop problem when you right-click the icon under display all connections, the status option is also low lit (can not select).
It's like the driver is bad even if tosiba website says it's the right one to download when you fill out the form online, when you are looking there Web site for pilots.
    It's really annoying.

    Hello

Satellite A100-549 PSAA4E was delivered with Atheros 11 b/g wireless network card.
In this case the Atheros WLan client utility should be preinstalled on this OS.
I advise to use this tool to configure WLan settings.

In addition the wireless network card has been configured and set WLan channel 11. Please check if your router has been also on channel 11!

I assume you are using the image of preinstalled Toshiba.
This image contains the right WLan driver and usually the new installation is not necessary but if you are lloking for the new WLan driver I would recommend take a look here on this Toshiba WLan Center Portal:
