  Here are some instructions to help you to change your card information:

  1. Click here to access your account Adobe ID online and sign in with your Adobe ID and password.

  2. In the navigation pane that appears, click on Manage account to open the page to manage the account. You may be asked to confirm your password.

  3. Use the tabs at the top of the page to update your plans & products, change your email and contact details, change your password or update your profile and communication preferences.

     For example, to change the credit card on your account, choose Plans & products > Management Plan > Edit payment details. Make your changes in the pop-up window, and then click Save.

  I get a request for MSN on their monthly billing for me on my credit card for their internet access services.  But the map I have to which has not changed for many years.  However, they ask for my credit card number, or ask if I wanbt to give them a new number.  It's a legitimate request of MSN or a problem of phishing?  Cannot tell of the appearance of the Web site, etc., as it seems official.

  I had to cancel my credit card because it was fraudulently used by someone. Now that I have my new card, I want to update my payment information as soon as POSSIBLE. When I try to enter in the box where you can change your credit card information, I get an error that says: "sorry, there seems to be a problem on our end, please try again later."
