Problems with chronology not anchored.

So here's my problem. I worked on this project for hours with the timeline on my second monitor, then the first crashed, not much I well since I had frequently recorded. When I insert the project upward, my off-station calendar went with footage and if I start a new timeline is empty. Is it really all is lost, or is there something I can do here? I could not imagine the panels home non-station would be a problem, works great in all other programs I use.

Sorry to hear about your problem.

I don't think that all is lost. Your workspace preferences seem to be messed up as 'John' stressed. Search in your project for the term 'sequence' Panel and all your sequences should be there. Double-click to open them in your Timeline. Screenshot for your reference:

    I noticed a problem with webcam in time early Vista release, but it was linked to the Vista OS stroller and was solved by SP1.

    Sorry, but another problem with webcam into the unknown for me and as far as I know internal webcam works fine also on Portege M700.

    As you already suggested the internal webcam is not available on all Portégé M700 series. Toshiba notebooks, any series, are equipped with different hardware specifications and example to the webcam internal, in the light of the webcam and internal microphone are available on some models.

    Maybe no problem with a webcam, but some Portégé M700 does not really have an internal webcam ;)

  • Apple support has been unable to solve my problem with iTunes not responding do not. He started all of a sudden. A few weeks after I've upgraded to Windows 10. Reinstalles/uninstalled iTunes and nothing. Now, I can't even Apple support for help.

    All the sudden, iTunes has stopped responding. I click top and nothing. I spent over an hour with a Senior Engineer at Apple's Support, which does not give me a ticket number so now Apple can't even find the person I talked to. This person had to remember and it's been 2 weeks. I called Apple back Support and since they can't find a ticket number they told me that I have to wait until this person reminds me. This engineer had me remove and reinstall iTunes with all the other components that go with it, I run it as administrator, pretty much did all the troubleshooting I had done on my own. I have now to sit and wait, hoping that this senior engineer at Apple called me back. It's poor and poor support for iTunes. If anyone has any advice, please share.

    These can be things that you've already tried. Despite this, it might be interesting to try again. As another poster has said recently, though for another problem, "20th try was the charm.

    For general advice, see troubleshooting problems with iTunes for Windows updates.

    The steps described in the second case are a guide to remove everything related to iTunes and then rebuild what is often a good starting point, unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach.

    Review the other boxes and other support documents list to the bottom of the page, in case one of them applies.

    More information area has direct links with the current and recent buildings if you have problems to download, must revert to an older version or want to try the version of iTunes for Windows (64-bit-for old video cards) as a workaround for problems with installation or operation, or compatibility with QuickTime software or a third party.

    Backups of your library and device should be affected by these measures but there are links to backup and recovery advice there.

  • Problem with variables not excluding search terms not

    I'm having a problem with variables, when used in topic titles.

    We produce two distinct versions of a webhelp. The text is almost exactly the same, but the product has a different name in each version. In one version, he is called FLOW; in another, it is called Service generator. We use the user-defined variables to control which name is used to identify the product, when we generate the webhelp.

    So, I have (for example), a subject that begins with the heading:

    Construction of a FLOW script

    where the text occupied by 'FLOW' is provided by a variable with two values - FLOW and Service constructor.

    So when I generate the generator using the web Service version, I put Robohelp using the Service Builder variable defined, and all contained text and the table of positions generate fine; FLOW is nowhere to be seen.

    But when I type "FLOW" in the search box, the system identifies each of the three subjects that are built as in the example above, with a topic title that contains the variable used to set the name of the product. In addition, it displays in the search results using STREAM in the title of the topic, not Service Builder (but when I open the topic, the text in the header is rendered correctly).

    In addition, the system uses the "FLOW" and not "Service Builder" in the headings found by the search, regardless of what research the term is used.

    What version of RoboHelp do you use?

    I use the 2015 Release version. It used to be version 11.

    In the Release version of 2015, my topic Properties dialog box looks like this:

    I think that version 11 may have introduced the possibility of having a variable in the title of the topic. If your version is older and does not seem to offer a way through the dialogue box to deal with this, I was wondering if you could fudge by manipulating the code manually. For example, I see that when I use a variable in a topic title, I end up with this:

    So I was wondering if you could add just in the bit that reads:

    < InsertVariableNameHere >

    Of course, you want to replace the text InsertVariableNameHere with the actual name of your variable.

    It can fail miserably because the process of generation of RoboHelp doesn't know how to cope. But in fact, it might work! You won't know until you try.

    And even if it fails, I may be able to offer another approach that you will overcome the problem.

  • Problem with text not appearing is not in the default size of the style

    Hi all. I have a problem with styles in InDesign CS2.

    Basically I have a selection of styles for some self help books I have spread on a regular basis. Several styles to load the text to be set to 10 points with a line spacing of 12.5 - However, when I use styles, text is in fact 12 points with 12.5 in the lead with no. '+' sign on the style, which indicates that the text has been changed somehow out of style. When I click on the style to check, it still maintains it should be 10 points, and eventually, I will change the text manually with the eyedropper in other styles. It's almost like it's getting a size by default from somewhere, but I don't know where. I've renamed the styles and the recreated from scratch, nothing helps. Any help is appreciated! Thank you.

    I had a problem where firefox crashed while the closing bbc iplayer site last night, I reebooted firefox and everything seemed in order until this morning.     • "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > advanced > network > storage (Cache) offline: 'clear now '.
    • 'Delete Cookies' of sites that cause problems: Tools > Options > privacy > Cookies: "show the Cookies".

    Start Firefox in Firefox to solve the issues in Safe Mode to check if one of the Add-ons is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Modules > themes).

    When you try to install the Blackberry software, I get an error "could not create ' users\locals1 ~ \Temp"-unzip operation cancelled. " How can I fix it?  I am the only user, and I have administrator permissions.

    Try right click on the system icon and then click on run as administrator and see if that helps.

    I also suggest that you contact Blackberry technical support to see if they can help you - they must be very willing to help you (as they otherwise lose a sale, as you can return it for a refund if you do not it works properly).

  • Problem with tools not loaded?

    I hope someone can help me-

    I recently installed the Adobe Creative Suite, I am running Windows Vista Home.

    Photoshop CS4 works fine, I have not noticed any problems. I used Illustrator for the first time today and noticed that many of my tools are not loaded. Basically, all the tools that are under / hidden under other tools are not available.

    for example, if I want to use the rounded rectangle tool, I click on the rectangle tool for other options and nothing comes up. Same thing with all the other buttons.

    I feel as if I had half of a program to better without these tools!

    I uninstalled and reinstalled and it does no differernce. Google did not help me with this one, either.

    Check all the property values of width in your CSS. To get started, you
    Width: 780px #wrapper - 2 and width: 800px for the h1, which is inside your

    Notes has locked up. Screen is unresponsive to the mouse or keyboard. In addition, menu notes is mostly gray. OS X version 10.9.5

    Try a reboot.

    Make a backup using Time Machine or a cloning program, to ensure that data files can be recovered. Two backups are better than one.

    Try to set up another admin user account to see if the same problem persists. If back to my Mac is enabled in system preferences, the guest account will not work. The intention is to see if it is specific to an account or a system wide problem. This account can be deleted later.

    Isolate a problem by using a different user account

    If the problem is still there, try to start safe mode using your usual account.  Disconnect all devices except those necessary for the test. Shut down the computer and then put it up after a 10 second wait. Immediately after hearing the startup chime, hold down the SHIFT key and continue to hold it until the gray Apple icon and a progress bar appear. Startup is considerably slower than normal. This will reset some caches, forces a check for directory and disables all start-up and connection, among other things. When you restart normally, the initial restart may be slower than normal. If the system is operating normally, there may be 3rd party applications that pose a problem. Try to delete/disable the third-party applications after a reboot using the UN-Installer. For each disable/remove, you need to restart if you do them all at once.

    I have a HP printer, printing of MYOB via terminal server on a Server 2003-based computer. Previously, I had the printer installed under different names, i.e. statement, invoice & delivery notes. Each instance corresponded to a different tray for printing. I have now lost the ability to use separate trays. Whenever I feel it comes back to "auto-select" I have three shared printers on the Server Desktop XP pro SP3 & can be printed on one or the other. Just can't hold the tray settings more. Can anyone suggest a solution?

    Hello MagicIsland, you may need to format your device, but it will delete everything on your player to try to see if you can always save the files when you connect your device by following these steps.

    I was going through your posts and help you've been putting online...

    Answered by Mr. Aneesh, pilots refers to the software that we are supposed to install in the computer.  Thus, these drivers are available on the CD that you have with your printer...

    Now, as you begin to install, you will get the screens user friendly and just follow the instructions and proceed with the installation.

    The system, that is to say; the monitor (computers) will ask you how you are going to connect the printer to the computer...

    Thus, there are 2 methods by which you can connect your printer to the computer...

    (1) USB - this is a cable that you find in the box the printer, but you would have to buy separately.  so, if you do not, please get one of the stores.

    (2) wireless - in this type of connectivity, you do not need the USB cable, because you would then have a device called a 'router '...  And here... It is the router that establishes the communication between the computer and the printer.
