  Simple and straight to the point.  After the upgrade to Windows 8.1 my Office Home and Student 2010 will only work for 15 minutes after the installation, and then after that the logo for Word or Excel screen rises, opens ever, not useful to insert the disc, the execution of repairs, which reuqires reboot of the system, whenever I need to use Word or Excel.  Someone please tell me there is a simple solution for this problem.

  Since they are two Microsoft programs, I suggest to contact MS Service customer assistance.  They always took me and running in short order.  It's always my solution when I have MS related problems.  They if anyone can solve your problem.

• Problem with Microsoft Photo Editor

  I have thousands of photos on my PC (Vista/IE8) I could see without problem for years. But suddenly, even if I'm still able to import new pictures, when I try to open them I get the following message: Microsoft Photo Editor - error reading the file.

  But this seems to apply only to photos, including those that I have seen in the past, taken on my current camera, a Panasonic Lumix DMC - FS7. Everything else seems to be affected.

  Also, oddly enough, I can see the photos in slideshow mode!

  I would appreciate a solution.

  First of all, make sure that your windows system runs as a 64-bit system. to check this out right click on computer > select Properties > check if it is 32 bit or 64

  absolutely if your system is a 32-bit win 7, you cannot run 64-bit applocation on it.

  If you are sure the config. You can install microsoft office instead of automatic execution of .exe or .msi file

  Hello, I'm having problems install the version of Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Student trial.  I had a few problems with the initial installation 2 times and finally understood why (firewall, duh!).  In any case, I have 3 registration keys, I tried to get a 3rd, it gave me an error while it was almost finished to install, telling me he had a problem with the key, as I entered. I have already run the utility to remove all traces of installs. Should I go to the 'My account' and try redownloading and one of them (previous attempts with the trial keys) and if so, only one, first one or the more recent?
