• Problem with the links?

  I have recently upgraded to inDesign CS5 to CS4 and have some documents that I update.  The work links seem to be broken.  I update the links, then the connection breaks again in a few seconds.  I tried to update the original work on CS5, but the problem remains. I have created a document inDesign CS5, placed one of my files have, saved, closed.  When I reopemned the file - I had the same problem with the link.

  My main concern is more with CS5, CS4 and all of my previous work.

  All the patches or for that?

• Problems with dynamic links between Premiere Pro and After Effects

  Note: no files where changed or moved the location, including the CC library during the update of Indesign.

  When you have problems with the CC libraries, this often solves the problem:

  Go to the creative cloud desktop application (found in the Menu bar on Mac, the task bar in Windows). Click on the "gear" icon > Preferences > General. Logout, then signed again with your Adobe ID

• Problem with action links

  I have a relatively simple DVD project with 10 film sequences, each placed on a separate timeline. DVD has one menu with a button: "Watch the movie" which basically sequences all the clips of 10, then back to the menu.

  Then I also 10 sequence of keys in the menu that should show only the respective sequence, then back to the menu.

  1. I set up the sequence of actions to "Watch the film in full' m1-m2-m3-m4-m5-m6-m7-m8-m9-m10-menu. No problem with that.

  In fact, it is the problem. Instead of doing the action of the end of each scenario the following timeline, create a Playlist and sequence timelines in there. Your game all button links to the reading list. End action of the playlist is to return to the last menu.

  Without the end actions that go for the next film, your scene buttons will work fine. (The end on each script action will be 'Back to the last Menu.'

• GREP to find the end of the name of the author of history (problems with several lines)

  

  I don't get these documents and I can understand how to use GREP to search for each source name/quote author. I have problems with the above example. I think it's because of paragraph returns, possibly something to do with the comma. I've fiddled around for an hour, tent multi and expressions of the one line and still can not understand.

  It's what works for the most part:

  (? < = \r)\s*[–][-\u\l]+(?=\Z)

  

  If you can count on having the line beginning with an en dash (possibly after an unused space), this should do it:

  ^\s*~=.+\Z

  The ^ indicates start of a line, while (?)<=\r) relies="" on="" a="" hard="" return:="" ^="" will="" also="" match="" start="" of="" story,="" and="" all="" sorts="" of="" hard="" page/column="">

  Do not "anticipate" \Z; Since it is also an indicator of the place, like ^ and $, there can never be "selected" in the traditional sense of the term. (Which is the reason why allowing you a \r postanalyse, because * will * be selected if not).

  Your example of Homer Simpson was rejected because of the hard return and the comma - or were in your list of approved characters.

  I think opt for the period more ('get all') should work, but it is not - by default - search returns. This is where the modifier of Single-Line can help you. A brief description of the single-line Mode is that it allows the period correspond to a return as well. the history is considered one long line, with possibly a few \r codes that are not treated as special programs.

  It will work for GREP search only:

  ( ? s)^\s*~=.+\Z

  but not for the GREP styles. A GREP style still works only for a single paragraph; You can have a \r code anywhere in the expression. Oddly enough, TI work if you draw a soft line break in this last line - the strange thing is, the style GREP also needs (? s), so, apparently, at this level the soft line break is also considered a line break.
  Furthermore, your example of Homer Simpson has an additional line below, and causing trouble because there is no \Z just after what you want to find. Allowing returns will add that last line in your search, which may not be what you want either. Replace the hard return by a soft will also solve part.

  but still have no answer to my problem - I just wanted to reference I've tried many "patches" suggested, without success.

  On the question... in addition to causing me problems of dllhost.exe, I now see a list of other authors in my task which are guilty of collaboration Manager.  The interesting thing is that I put the finger on a particular instance of dllhost.exe (COM Surrogate) who is about 8 k in size - whenever I'm deleting this one (which can sometimes be difficult to find when there are multiple instances of similar size) all other instances of dllhost.exe problem simultaneously remove themselves as well.  This is only a temporary solution as the problem will resume as soon as 10 minutes later, gobble up all my CPU and memory.

  Anyway - as I said, I noticed several other spots displayed - the interesting thing is that these tasks ALSO disappear when I delete the task of dllhost.exe k 8 initiators.

  Here is the list of the other guys who gobble up my system resources:

  I know this post is a few months old, but I stumbled across it all fighting the same problem on a laptop of family members.  McAfee or Malwarebytes was able to track it down in my experience either.

  The task Mgr showed the same process taking a ton of memory and CPU.

• Display problem with hyper link text on the Blackberry HTML browser

  There is a help section on the application I'm working on that. Basically, load us an html with the Blackberry HTML browser page and provide links hyper text severeal to other subsections providing hyper links text themselves until that user pages of real-world information (just typical help things).

  The last link of these pages are always displayed vertically. I've done more laps that I know not to try to solve this problem (including links hyper text in a list in a tab, but it keeps going that way no matter what).

  I put links hyper texts in tables and it solved the problem. I try this in the first place, because the html tables are only supported for jde 4.6 (http://docs.blackberry.com/en/developers/deliverables/11843/BlackBerry_Browser-Fundamentals_Guide--5...).

  But if you only use

  parentheses, they come with limited support, it works fine.

• Problem with the links in my emails outlook express

  I have an OS XP service pack 2, with outlook express.  My mail is in outlook express, but my wife gets his mail through yahoo.  We both receipt of emails from sereral from a friend with links to the url included in the e-mail.  When she clicks on these emails in his yahoo account link comes right up.  However, as a week ago, all the links that are in the mails that I opened in outlook express, they do more nothing when I click on them - no error message nothing.  Anyone has an idea why links open if I opened an email in yahoo but not if I open an email in outlook express?  And what could be the fix for this?  I never had this problem until about a week ago. Thank you.

  This is common and can happen at any time. Often, the last point mentioned here is the fix.

  Basically, tit delivers with this new track is that it breaks the complex links or redirect the links that include a 3rd party followed. But works fine with Eloqua mergers

  Since our current version, Eloqua has added additional script at the end of all the links redirected causing the URL to break; We have successfully deployed a fix over the weekend to address this problem, and I can confirm this issue now been corrected.
