  I bought my new laptop Asus on a month and half ago.  A week ago the games just stopped working.  These are games such as solitaire and spider that are preinstalled in Windows solitaire.  Click the icon or the app and nothing happens.  I tried to run the system restore, but after all the progress, he said 'Impossible to restore' (it's another issue for another day!)  I finally had to run the cooling system utility.  I still have the same problem with the game apps in addition some Windows apps will not work.  Some Windows applications in the menu start like Bing, Live Mail, etc.  There is just a blank app (no photo or thumbnail with it).  It's like they were never installed.  All the other apps work fine such as photo gallery and everything in the computer simply works great just some Windows applications are dead.  Thank you

  It's a problem I know have a lot of people. It is not also own a laptop manufacturer. I'm not satisfied by the support we have received from the guy from Microsoft on the fact that this problem has yet to be set. I like windows 8, when he is not working it is. • Problem with HBO go App on Iphone 6 s

  I am unable to play a video on the HBO Go app.  Instead, I get "error video, operation canceled."  I contacted the support HBO and they said that they were unable to reproduce my problem on their end, and that's why it must be a problem with my phone or apple.  I have an iphone more than 6 s.

  I tried the usual things, restart my phone. delete the app and reinstall, nothing works.  Videos of games apps fine (CBS, ABC, Comedy Central), so this isn't a problem with lack of power or my phone provider wifi.  I am able to read HBO video on my computer, so my internet provider account doesn't seem to be the problem either.

  Also did you watch your content on another WiFi signal? Have you reset your network settings? I have this iPhone even with the same application, and when running on the same iOS 9.3.2,and I do not have the problem you describe, although I have experienced it in the past in a singular event. If none of these work for you move in the right direction to solve this, you can always go so far as to load a new installation of the operating system on your iPhone. I would recommend that you back up before make, but restore your iPhone to factory settings and do not restore the backup in order to test the service when your iPhone is free of any settings, settings or software.   -When I logout and then re open a session in the Apple music, I go to the 'My music' tab, but all my recorded songs are lost.

  Go to setting > music. You will find "iCloud Music Library". Turn it on and go back to your music app. You should probably see all of your music saved again.

• Problems with Acorn TV App on AppleTV

  I had this question the other day. Almost all applications I've tried doing the same thing. Finally experimented by removing the HBOgo app and put it back. After that, all the applications worked fine. FYI - Apple TV restarting didn't help.

  We are on Classic HFM 11.1.2.3 and we use DRM for metadata. When we try to load the metadata (.app) of DRM in HFM, it gives the following error:

  I checked the file and saw no special characters.

  There is no problems with the properties or the dimension members. I checked. When I copy the contents of the file into a new .app file and load it, its working very well.

  The name of the file is HFM.app and could not see anything unusual in the file properties.

• Problem with list of app @ Cloud Creative app (Mac)

  After any new Creative Cloud App installation and successful connection to my adobe account in a single application, I see on the folder Apps apps to install.

  Instead, I see the only mistake of downloading and please contact us by. Below there is only a blue button with Creative cloud download.

  I tried several times to uninstall creative cloud and install app again (even with CC cleaning app), using CleanMyMac app to clean up garbage in the system, cleaning of host etc. file and the problem still exists.

  Is there a solution for this problem? I would be very happy if someone can help me

• Problem with DPS built app sign in the process

  I'm running into a problem with the ios version of our DPS application.

  We build a right and iTunes subscription app.

  To try the payment custom, I sign in and out as many different users.

  A new installation of the application on the iPad, I connect as a user XYZ.

  Tapping on the machine shows the Disconnect option [XYZ].

  After Sign Out look, I'll then sign up as a user ABC.

  Tapping on the machine always shows the Sign out [XYZ] option.

  I expect the following Sign Out [ABC].

  
  

  Is this a bug? Know the cause? or I'm doing something wrong.
  

  This bug is a known issue. You can see the same problem in the ends of DPS when you connect (dps tips), disconnect, connect (bob bringhurst), and then sign in again. The original user is always displayed until the application is restarted. I don't know when this issue is scheduled to be fixed.

• Problems with Creative Cloud (apps starts do not)

  I have 2 main problems with CC. I'm on mac Osx Lion (10.7.5)

  (1) Illustrator CC no longer starts. It worked perfectly until yesterday. When I turned on my computer today and tried to run the application, it hangs on the home screen on "initializing".

  Tried to delete the Preferences file, reboot, repair permissions etc... nothing.

  Then I thought, maybe I can try to reinstall... and here's the problem

  (2) creative Cloud app no longer starts. Until yesterday, he began at the start, but after some time disappeared from the top bar. Check in the application activity monitor runs, but I can't see/access it anywhere. Now, even if I try to manually start the application, nothing happens (in the activity monitor app appears under 'performance').

  Edit: CC app will start, but not always. On the last 4 restarts, all started when connecting only 1 time.

  Seems that delete the folder preference (in osx is in "user/library/Preferences/Adobe Illustrator 17 Settings") had me back on track.
  Now Illustrator launches properly. I also did a cleanup of the system (permissions, caches etc) and rebooted.

Phone used in roaming without data and battery was good for a week or even more with not a lot of phone calls. Is this normal and any advice on how to preserve the battery?

• Problem with new AnyConnect app for iPhone

  I use the AnyConnect client for iPhone 2.4.4014 for months with no problems.  I upgraded to 2.5.4038 and now when it is connected, it can not resolve any DNS on the private network.  iPhone iOS is 4.2.10 and that has not changed.  The only change in the mix is an upgrade to the AnyConnect client on the iPhone.  Connection to an ASA 5510.

  You launch the App Builder by going to the item Create App in the flyout in Panel of Folio Builder? Don't launch App Builder directly from the Applications.

  If you run the App Builder in the menu drop down and will always ask for a serial number then your CC subscription does not include simple editing.
