Problem with list of app @ Cloud Creative app (Mac)

Hello

After any new Creative Cloud App installation and successful connection to my adobe account in a single application, I see on the folder Apps apps to install.

Instead, I see the only mistake of downloading and please contact us by. Below there is only a blue button with Creative cloud download.

I tried several times to uninstall creative cloud and install app again (even with CC cleaning app), using CleanMyMac app to clean up garbage in the system, cleaning of host etc. file and the problem still exists.

Is there a solution for this problem? I would be very happy if someone can help me

I use the latest version of OS X El Capitan, 10.11.4

    I bought a full CC membership a month ago. I already had apps in trial period when I bought the membership.

    I had problems with registration for all applications, it said that I needed to register serial key.

    Now the trial period has expired, and I asked the support customer assistance.

  • Problem with HBO go App on Iphone 6 s

    I am unable to play a video on the HBO Go app.  Instead, I get "error video, operation canceled."  I contacted the support HBO and they said that they were unable to reproduce my problem on their end, and that's why it must be a problem with my phone or apple.  I have an iphone more than 6 s.

    I tried the usual things, restart my phone. delete the app and reinstall, nothing works.  Videos of games apps fine (CBS, ABC, Comedy Central), so this isn't a problem with lack of power or my phone provider wifi.  I am able to read HBO video on my computer, so my internet provider account doesn't seem to be the problem either.

    Any suggestions?

I have this iPhone even with the same application, and when running on the same iOS 9.3.2,and I do not have the problem you describe, although I have experienced it in the past in a singular event.     I had this question the other day. Almost all applications I've tried doing the same thing. Finally experimented by removing the HBOgo app and put it back. After that, all the applications worked fine. FYI - Apple TV restarting didn't help.

  • Problem with DPS built app sign in the process

    I'm running into a problem with the ios version of our DPS application.

    We build a right and iTunes subscription app.

    To try the payment custom, I sign in and out as many different users.

    A new installation of the application on the iPad, I connect as a user XYZ.

    Tapping on the machine shows the Disconnect option [XYZ].

    After Sign Out look, I'll then sign up as a user ABC.

    Tapping on the machine always shows the Sign out [XYZ] option.

    I expect the following Sign Out [ABC].


    Is this a bug? Know the cause? or I'm doing something wrong.

    This bug is a known issue. You can see the same problem in the ends of DPS when you connect (dps tips), disconnect, connect (bob bringhurst), and then sign in again. The original user is always displayed until the application is restarted. I don't know when this issue is scheduled to be fixed.

  • Problem with new AnyConnect app for iPhone

    I use the AnyConnect client for iPhone 2.4.4014 for months with no problems.  I upgraded to 2.5.4038 and now when it is connected, it can not resolve any DNS on the private network.  iPhone iOS is 4.2.10 and that has not changed.  The only change in the mix is an upgrade to the AnyConnect client on the iPhone.  Connection to an ASA 5510.

    On the internet, I found an article that said that the Slim software of Adobe do not support digital publishing service. This could be the reason why the app Builder does not work?  I asked Slim.nl, but they say that I have full membership.

    You launch the App Builder by going to the item Create App in the flyout in Panel of Folio Builder? Don't launch App Builder directly from the Applications.

    If you run the App Builder in the menu drop down and will always ask for a serial number then your CC subscription does not include simple editing.
