  Then you need to office purchasing. Office is NOT part of Windows (and never did) unless PAY you EXTRA for it. What you had was a TRIAL version, and if you READ the product key sticker on your computer, you will see that it is for WINDOWS, not office. I had checked and re-checked reception P key, I got saved in my folder and found it very well. However my several attempts proved futile, and I couldn't move to Windows 8.   What is classified just Windows 10, is a multi ISO edition that can install Home or Pro. I use the option create a media and make a bootable USB thumb. Then do a clean install. Another thing probably just modernize you home. Boot from the USB key, simply run setup.exe from windows. When you are installing, select Pro, click on ignore when it asks for a key. It will activate with your digital documents. There is a checkbox on the download tool when you run to "use the recommended options. Uncheck that box and you will get full menus for the version and language. If you don't see the options you want.

  This is the WINDOWS key, not the key to WORK - which you should have seen clearly that you used a magnifying glass.

  If Works came bundled with your version of Windows, then you need to look in the documentation on how to find the product key.
