The same error occurs on two different ipads.   a. right click on the folder you want to take control and then click Properties.
  b. click on the Security tab, click Advanced and then click the owner tab.
  c. click on change. Need administrator permission if you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

  This error is thrown on the desktop because your qnx - air.swc is probably in the process of fusion as code instead of being tied to your project as external. The reason who need to be external is that it contains classes that exist in the execution of AIR in the Simulator and not in the AIR runtime on your desktop. The device classes use the custom air extensions we wrote to get the properties of the device.

  If you want just the operating system, you can also use the Capabilities.os, which is a standard API Flash Player and does not require the use of custom extensions.

  My guess on why it does not work on the device thus is that the qnx - air.swc is not defined externally. Return to externally set and run it in the Simulator.

  While lately I got this problem where some file I download, I don't have the permission to access, which is quite strange for some reason.

  Normally when I download something I automatically be allowed to do whatever with the download file (that is, move files, open, delete, etc.).   Sorry for my confusion, but I found references in the documentation to the definition, in the inventory of Hyperic model, of an 'application' but I was not able to understand how applications are defined and associated with services that they understand.  (Is "when you specify a set of resources in the form of Application... ("referring to an action that the admin takes through the user interface, or something that gets implemented in a plug-in?)  In the user interface, I created a new application, but there seems to be whatever it is editable on this subject.  On the monitor tab, I thought "Resourcing" could I would the resources that are part of this application, but clicking on it seems only to refresh the page and the "no health data is available for this resource." and "There is no metric indicator to display" messages.  (What is good behavior?)  The inventory tab allows me to edit only the information about the application (description, location).
