Profiles of router SIP (normalization of the number)

Hello, all!

I have some difficulty to come with the regex that is appropriate for the scenario. Does anyone have an idea how to write a translation for outgoing calls rule better?

Scenario: Extension 75001 dials 123-456-7890.

Path of the call: 75001--> CUCM-(SIP Trunk)-> CUBE---> SIP Trunk (PSTN)

Requirement: PSTN requires the full 10 digit phone number in the SIP header or it will reject the call.

Solution: Change the SIP header to translate the extension to a full 10-digit number.

Question: Phone number is 555-123-5001.  7 principals must be bare and only the last 4 digits should then be preceded the NPA - NXX.

For example...

75001 dials 123-456-7890. Appeal to CUCM. CUCM forwards calls to the CUBE. CUBE translates by the SIP header "[email protected] / * /' to"[email protected] / * /'.»

I believe that this can be accomplished with SIP diversion header manipulation, but I'm not totally understand the syntax behind it.

request INVITATION sip-head Diversion change "" "<>[email protected]"/ * / > ""

Thanks in advance for your time and help!

You need a header for reference because it is only used for call forwarding. what you need, is party-remote-ID or P - asserted-identity a, whereby your cucm is configured to use...

"change request INVITATION header sip remote-party-ID" ""

My.CallManager.Home

>"

Replace the NPA - XXX with the correct number, you need

  • LINKSYS WRP400: Voice recorded but the number doesn't work don't no (not in service) (no SIP response)

    Hello everyone,

I have a weird and frustrating problem with some Linksys WRP400 and I hope you can give me advice.

Long story short: the voice on the WRP400 line keeps stop working, even if it is registered on my SIP PBX. Only a reboot of the router or a stop put on the line temporarily fix the issue.

Let's add some details: I had a lot of WRP400 installed and running, and not all of them have this problem. They all have the same configuration.

I tried to work around the problem, reducing registry expires 3600 to 1200, defining to call without Reg and years call without Reg, setting on restrict the IP Source address and reset daily at 05:00. It doesn't seem to help.

When the problem occurs, if I call the voice line number I get an error "the number you have dialed is not in service" or similar. Sometimes my clients said they can make an outgoing call, while the problem is still on, but more often, the line is totally silent on the outbound road.

On my SIP PBX, I see that the number is regularly recorded, with the right timing.

If I do a sniff of Wireshark on my SIP PBX, I see some regular "ask: INVITE sip:[email protected]/ * /: 5060; transport = udp, with description of session' a PBX to the router but the router never answers.

If I reboot, the vocal line to re-register and start working again.

I have attached a screenshot and the Wireshark Sniffer.

I use the 2.00.32 latest firmware.

You have any advice? It becomes an annoying problem and I am groping in the dark.

    Best regards

    Maurizio

PS: Should I I asked Belkin or is it always in the right place?

    ---

    http://about.me/mauriziotroilo

Hi, we use the WRP400 of the years and the voice module has always been problematic.

I have a theory on this problem: I think that the safety function to "Restrict the IP Source address" crashes after a few hours of regular work and it filters all incoming SIP messages.

You can confirm this idea by turning on the trace of the sip. In my case the trace shows all SIP entering until the reboot request.

Can I ask you how many CPES you have?

What is the frequency of this problem?

In our network, we have about 2000 installed platform and we must restart on unit 2-3 per day.

    Kind regards.

  • Extend an AirPort Extreme with a Terminal AirPort Express increasing the number of users?

I have an AirPort Extreme 2 years ago. Based on the technical page of the product, the router can theoretically connect up to 50 users. That's more than enough if used at home.

However, I intend to deploy a network of airports in our new office building and we have more or less 50 employees. Because everyone has a smartphone that it needs to connect, I try to at least 100 users/devices. Which includes all the network printers. Obviously, an AirPort Extreme is not enough. Another thing, I have considered is that the office building is 2 floors and all the walls are made of concrete, which means the distribution of the wifi signals is affected.

I thought to extend an AirPort extreme with 3 more AirPort Expressare (mobile network). It's 2 APs on each floor. That should solve the problem of distribution wifi. I'm not sure the first problem - 100 or more devices into a single network.

So extending an AirPort Extreme with 3 more AirPort Expressare (making a roaming network with 4 access points) increases the number of potential users of 50 to 200 (assuming that each access point can connect to 50 users)?

In theory, Yes.  But you must take this specification of 50 users with a grain of salt.  Once there are 20-25 users on the same airport access point, things will slow down significantly. The system will operate as of cold molasses with up to 50 users on the same access point.

Quite frankly, in a business application, you need a software router. Apple routers are designed for home use.

Another way to say the same thing, is that Apple does not routers Apple at the Apple Store. Who could tell more than anything whatsoever about the suitability of the products in your proposed network.

My advice would be to get an IT professional in and review your needs... before you move further.

  • Restore or increase the number of lightweightThemes stored in prefs.js

Hi, since Firefox lets you keep a list of people with disabilities "light themes" to try because later, saved in the prefs.js (shown in the Extensions > appearance in Firefox) ive been setting up a collection and yesterday found https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/user/birdyann/themes with a lot I wanted to try, but did not know that Firefox limit disabled themes at 30 , so after the addition of more than 30 of these themes to my list of disabled, open all the themes disabled id was on the list have been removed before now.

is there anywhere other that prefs.js I can watch what's going to tell me what lightweightThemes I * allowing * in the disabled list?

is it possible to get prefs.js to increase the number of disabled themes it will keep track of?

Firefox stores a maximum number of Personas (DEFAULT_MAX_USED_THEMES_COUNT = 30) data

    • Resource://GRE/modules/LightweightThemeManager.jsm

If you install more Firefox Personas will remove other Personas to make room for the new identity, so it is best to keep a list or bookmark the site of your favorite characters.

You can override this limit by creating a whole pref with the name lightweightThemes.maxUsedThemes and set the value accordingly.

You can also use the Personas Plus extension to handle more Personas.

The list of installed Personas is stored in the prefs.js in the Firefox profile folder in the pref lightweightThemes.usedThemes in format JSON object ({'id': ' # ', 'name': 'xxx',...}).

The first entry of this pref is the currently used character.

    Hello

    You need Virtual WiFi:

You may not have that unless you try to connect to other WiFi devices via your computer and
many WiFi devices and their drivers do not correctly support the virtual pilot.

Check with the manufacturer of system and/or support updated real manufacturer Sites and WiFi device drivers.
(Which is also updating the driver virtual.) If no new drivers WiFi are available then re - install the present
    one.

Control Panel - network - write down of the brand and the model of the Wifi - double click top - tab of the driver - write
version - click the driver update (cannot do something that MS is far behind the pilots of certification). Then
Right click on the Wifi device and UNINSTALL - Reboot - it will refresh the driver stack.

Now in the system manufacturer (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) site (in a restaurant), peripheral
Site of the manufacturer (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Look for
BIOS, Chipset and software updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system here.)

Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after
    each installation.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

Download - SAVE - go where you put it - right click – RUN AS ADMIN.

You can download several at once however restart after the installation of each of them.

After watching the system manufacturer, you can check the manufacturer of the device an even newer version.
(Those become your fonts of rescue system manufacturer).

Repeat for network card (NIC) and is a good time to get the other updated drivers as
Windows 7 like the updated drivers.

  • Change the default profile for networks not identified in the register.

Hi, I recently installed a copy of Windows 7 Home Premium. Recently, I tried to share files on a network computer to computer without router. I ran into problems with this, however, because Windows will just recognized here a network not identified, set its profile to the public and turn off sharing. I am aware that the default profile is editable through the local security policy editor, but being on the House, I am unable to access it, so my question is this:

Is there a way to change settings of network profile for networks unidentified somehow outside the local security policy editor? (via the registry)?

    Hi Konaa,

    1. Click Start, type Regedit

    2. find hklm:\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\ {4D36E972-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}

    3. find your network card adapter and create a dword value named "* NdisDeviceType" and change the value between 0 and 1 and enable/disable network cards.

    You can also try this:

    1. the Registry Editor open, if you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click on continue.

    2. Locate and then click the following registry subkey:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\Interfaces\ {GUID}

This registry path, click the (GUID) subkey that corresponds to the card network that is connected to the network.

    3. on the Edit menu, point to new, and then click DWORD (32-bit) value.

    4. in the new area #1, type DhcpConnEnableBcastFlagToggle and press ENTER.

DhcpConnEnableBcastFlagToggle click 5.right, and then click on edit.

    6. in the value data box, type 1 and then click OK.

    7. close the registry editor.

Change the settings of the REGISTRY can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the REGISTRY settings configuration can be solved. Changes to these settings are at your own risk.
