  This message appears when the application doesn't have an authority root certificate. These types of notifications can be disabled from user account control settings.

  CAUTION: Turn off UAC is NOT recommended
  • On the start menu, select Control Panel
  • Go to system and security > Action Center
  • In the left pane, select change user account control settings
  • Drag the button scroll never notify
  • Click OK to save your settings

  OPINIONS: UAC can avoid potentially dangerous applications to make changes on your computer. Disable UAC would disable the feature for all programs and not for a specific special application.

  I have several programs that were running very well under Windows 7 Pro, but do not run on Windows 8 Pro. I have a big investment in this software and the associated date. I spent the extra money on Windows Pro with the understanding that he would go to programs that were running on Windows 7.   I'm running Samsung kies. However, a window keeps appearing saying (Themida) "a monitoring program has been found running in your system." If he please, unload the memory & restart your program. I can't find a Themida and for this reason Samsung Kies crashes and will not run. I used all my systems from viruses and malware antis and searched the Themida in my laptop. I can't get a response from Microsoft to solve. I have uninstalled twice Samsung Kies and reinstalled. Because of this Themida, I am unable to upgrade, sync or other for my Samsung FONES.   Chris, I don't always know if we have other alternatives for smartphones from Samsung. At least, I could access the files from the phone using Kies. Good luck!
