  Hello, my name is Alex Randazzo, and Ive been working on this project for the past 3-4 years and I am within a month of a feature by 2 1/2 hour of finishing. I have the project saved on several external hard drives, but I spent last week working on the project on A external hard drive, is no longer only than the other drives.

  I was working on my project, and all of a sudden a warning popped up message, warning THAT FCPX has detected a problem, exit FCPX now to save your project.

  I left FCPX, I have encountered this problem before and have had no problem leaving FCPX and restarted with the result of everything being fine.
  I did it once again.  But this time, when I opened FCPX back, my project disappeared! I don't know what to do!

  The project is loaded in the timeline panel, but the project is empty.

  The event is raising Dragons Movie0 and it is the only one who doesn't even have a box of purple and the star.

  

  WWhat version? What OS? Close the application. Go in library bundle and place the flexolibrary file in the trash. Relaunch the application. If the database rebuild you will have to try to open a recent backup.

  I assume you mean an image full backup.  To restore boot Installation or recovery disk and select restore backup (or something similar to that).  Then you just follow the instructions (make sure your backup device is attached and turned on).  If you use 3rd party software, you will need to consult their manuals for procedures.

  • Version of the creative application of cloud.
  • Version of the OS.
  • You use the admin user account?
  • What other Adobe CC applications are installed on your computer?

  During this time, please make sure you download Creative Cloud desktop application from: https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and install it.

  I tried to import the .nef files w/sidecar xmp from another computer.  I copied the files on a SD card, and then read the SD in the new computer.  The folder contains the related file NAVE and xmp.  None of the settings came to the new computer.  Any suggestions on how to get copied changes on (it's on about 1 200 pictures, so it would be nice).  The original raw files were correctly; any changes.   Thanks to everyone for their help...  I understood the question.  I needed to copy the XMP files in folders that contain the associated images.  I then went in lightroom, selected all the images and metadata right click > read metadata from the file, I was warned that it would replace the catalog but since it is a new machine and the catalog, I said ok.  The changes came and everything worked.

  Contact support online, they tried to do the same thing (under their control of the PC) but the same thing happened. Rather than stay with me after this, they have simply disconnected.

  Well... I took out an external drive where I kept a backup copy of Photoshop 12 Installer and used instead. It worked.

  So... somehow the executable of Photoshop on my PC's hard drive has been corrupted, and the installation in my download folder files were too damaged.

  But everything is ok now. Thank you @kglad.com for trying to help.
