  I use LR 3.3 on a mac and can't find the files command to promote anywhere. Is - is no longer a function?

  You can get 'Promote the subfolders' or 'Add parents' If you click on a top level folder in your folder list. I don't know why you cannot promote subfolders at a lower level, but this is how it seems to work.

• Promote the replica environment environment non - CSV CSV.

  We have one EqualLogic PS 6100 with a remote volume CSV we are replicating a 4100 PS in a data center. We have a 3 node cluster using Hyper-V in the local site and 1 node that is not being aggregated at the remote site. If we encourage the replica on the remote site (for DR testing) can connect to the volume and start the virtual machine, or do we have to configure a cluster in the remote site before we can use the volume? I searched the web but haven't seen this documented scenario.

  I don't believe it.  In my view, that there need cluster services to properly handle this volume.

  I've seen clients add the remote node to the cluster in the primary, but have not all active volumes.  Then when promote you or clone replica can access the volumes.

  If you have another server on the primary side, you can try this with a snapshot of a CSV volume.

  I'm trying to test submissions by steps to be included in my next generation of application for FY16.

  The problem I have is that if, in the process of control, I'm promoting phase 1 level 1 examination, Phase2 also gets promoted to level 1 review.  This also happens for the other phases.   My understanding is that you could promote phases regardless, as there is no reason to separate the COA in different phases in the opposite case.

  I have configured my request for development with the basic requirements to activate the phases and review levels.

  Account dimension.

  I attributed all accounts to the 1st group of communication other than 3 accounts which I attributed to presentation Group 2 for testing purposes.

  Application settings

  Submission of use - activated phase

  Support the presentation of the accounts - active Phase

  Within the application, I have also configured a presentation matrix Phase/group base

  My brand logo on the default navigation bar is not sensitive on the screens of xs.  Instead the "sandwich" button down to the 2nd line (not ideal).  Short of swapping with a small logo on the screens of xs, is there another solution?  < img class = "img - one ' has no effect in the navigation bar.

  This is one of those cases where through a 10053 is probably appropriate.

  In my 10053 trace, I found this line:

  COL #4 corresponding to the virtual column for the descending column in the index.

  There are a couple of notes on metalink about 'sub-optimal index is used when the index column is in descending order' and a number of bug - 11072246 - confirmed as affecting > = 10.2.0.5 and<=>

  In the notes for this bug, this seems relevant:
  "Selectivity of the Index has been calculated is not properly considering the DESC property.

  By the way, another possible oddity was that, even if I've calculated the statistics with the size of the sample of 100% and it checked with sample_size in dba_tab_col_statistics, the LO_VAL of DAT and the virtual column never matched.
  Convert the raw, DAT was a lo_val of 2 January 2001 and a hi_val 27-SEP-2003.
  While the virtual columns had 8 January 2001 and 27-SEP-2003. difference of 6 days. Weird, right?

  2. use (number of uses authorized by customer), the number commands for a given customer, we can apply the promotion. If this number reaches zero, the promotion may be is no longer applied.

  My query:

  1 would the adjustment 1 means, in an order promoting applies only once, BUT the same promotion will apply to subsequent orders?

  2 medium settings 2, in an order, the promotion is applied several times, BUT the promotion is limited to a single command. For subsequent orders the same promotion do not apply?

  3. what should be the setting is I mean, give promotion on multiple order but in a sequence, it should be applied only once?

  Parameter 1 can help you

  To give multiple commands, set uses = unlimited or some numbers and that many guard decrementing in the promotionStatus of the profile.activePromotions object until it is zero.

  In order to avoid the allowmultiple = value in the same order several times, not that this will be not even add promoting the holder of promotion of the user.

• How the clip markers can be promoted in chronological markers?  I cut a clip and rearranged the order of the pieces in the timeline panel, so now I want a set of benchmarks that reflect their position in the timeline panel.

  Clip markers have as their frame of reference of the timeline, they came.  If you create a new brand of element in a new timeline, the marker in time is measured from his original script, not the new timeline where he is.  Currently in CC 2015 organization there is no way to translate the clip marker references 'Local' in the 'World calendar"in which they now live.  I captured on video a 8mm film that is chronologically jumble of short scenes.  I placed the chronology of chapter for each scene markers, export the list of markers and finally understood the rearrangement of pieces of scenes he needed to put everything in chronological order.  Thank God for the ability to export the list of markers, just as I needed!  So the whole sequence has 85 chronological markers, dividing the sequence into 5 pieces and rearranging puts them all in chronological order.  Obviously, I don't want to have to restore the scene boundries 85 times, I did as a necessary step to solve the puzzle.  I think you might meet one day some of these problems:

  1. the most obvious thing is located in the calendar for a piece, lift it and 'paste insert' where it belongs on the timeline.  Problem: Lift or excerpt from don't lift or extract chronological markers with it, so when "Insert you a block", the piece inserted in the timeline has lost its bearings, they were left.

  2. How about you make a sous-suite of the segment to move?  Yes, it carries all the tracks, but not the chronological markers whence he came.

  From my experiences, it is therefore impossible to solve my problem without completely restoring scene boundries and type chapter titles.  There are two repositories coordinated, clip) 1 local and 2) global chronology; and there is no way to go from one to the other 'mass'.   There is the glove, I'm sure someone has a way to do this without returning the title of chapter 85 markers.

  I have not found an automatic way to do this, but here is an efficient manual method that requires no titles of chapters Overtype.

  Either drop your timeline that has mounted the icon "Create New" brands, or export the timeline and import it back.  You now have a new timeline and markers are now on the video clip.  Now, chop and reorganize this video clip, it is in the best new order, and the clip markers stick with the sections of the clamp.  Now this procedure migrates the markers of the clips to the timeline (promotion):

  Start at the beginning of the timeline, select the video clip. (The video clip must be selected for M to open the marker editing window)

  1. type change M to find the first element brand, type M to open the editing window of clip marker, select the marker title and copy (control-C), hit Cancel

  2 hit the icon of reference in the program monitor pane, which puts a green marker on the timeline at the same time as the brand of element,

  3. double-click on the Green marker, paste the title of marker by control V, select the radio button of chapter markers, click OK.

  Repeat steps 1-3 to promote all the markers of clip of historical markers with the same marker titles.  Since we cut the timeline to reorganize, there are several video clips.  As you progress, make sure that the clip that you are working on is selected, otherwise M will not open the editing window, instead, it will place a chronological marker.  In short, follow this procedure exactly, it works.  It's a stupid job, but it does the job with without having to retype marker titles.  The chronology chapter titles now think time on the new timeline and they will export in yet.  Hope someone finds it useful at some point in the future.

  Perhaps team first see the usefulness of this and add a command 'Promote the clip for mounting marks markers' and "retrograde chronological markers for the clip markers" (conservation type, title and comments).  It would be a powerful addition.

• The recent 'improvement' Fox 'security' continuing cause pop-up windows: known programs

  I tried the suggested fixes, but the problem remains.

  I get a warning that appears in a new status bar on top of the screen above the page display: "allow example.com"(the browser page) to run "Dragon NaturallySpeaking"? ". (different programs) and to the far right of this message, two converted (boxed) options: 'Keep blocking' and 'allow '.
  Choose "continue to block", and it does nothing. (I can still use Dragon this page!)
  Choose 'allow' and repeat options and usually add Flash as an additional option, which must be clicked separately to allow.
  Unfortunately, it is never the end of the year. Go back to the same site, and you must go through the same exercise.

  I appreciate teamwork particularly in terms of security of Firefox, but I really need a way to fix this problem.

  I don t think you will be able to use the RAID if the laptop doesn't supports RAID and has no RAID controller.
  Usually for RAID using the RAID controller driver must be installed. This must be done at the beginning of the installation of the OS. Without this driver HARD drive can't be recognized and you will not be able to install the operating system.

  However, as I know the RAID option doesn t accelerates the overall performance.
  The RAID is useful if the first disk goes dead and restore you the data.
  RAID mirroring option saves the data on two hard disks.

• Refresh the library (adding missing albums)

  OK, I get that itunes is not automatically sweeping the "media folder location" during the files after the initial launch after installation. Even what is an automated scan, which scans all drives from what I understand (because no media file has been specified yet).

  Now, I added manually tons of albums in my media folder. These albums are subfolders album separated into separate artist folders in my media folder. I can't 'add to library', and then select all and press to enter. This opens the last artist folder in alphabetical order. I must therefore compare my library with my media folder and manually add all songs in the album missing files? It's just stupid. I could also reinstall itunes and rescan everything...

  There must be an easier way... is it?

  Sorry, but I'm very frustrated because this is a function of SIMPLE who always missed and is clearly not here to promote the purchase of songs via itunes only.

• supported DV6 maps wifi - update of the BIOS whitelist?

  Okay, I'm sure I'm not the only person here who was COMPLETELY dismayed to discover that HP has used a restriction of peripheral BIOS level control in recent laptop, which is a 'white list' models, to support that a limited set of installed models of devices.  Yes, HP has felt the need not only to prevent owners from installing ANY WiFi card of their choice, but to leave the list CLOSELY LIMIT.

  I can understand that HP forged relationships with only some WiFi card suppliers like Atheros, Realtek, Ralink, Intel and Broadcom and that for an AMD chipset, there would be prevention of the use of the WiFi Intel cards because... God forbid that the AMD hardware and Intel work together.

  But what really gets me crazy it's marks 'allowed' to work on a given computer, the restriction is focused to allow some WiFi cards.  But what about PROGRESS?  Several years later, there are WiFi new cards on the market that offer greater speed.  Even computer owners HP laptop cannot use them because of this application from the "white list"!

  WHEN... when is HP going to issue updates the BIOS to at least receive some of the more recent models WiFi card so that users are not left "stuck in 2nd gear?  For my dv6-6145dx, the last BIOS update was late 2011 (F21).  NOTHING SINCE.  I would like to know what HP will provide an update of the BIOS to allow for more cards WiFi in my laptop.

  In fact, I would like to introduce THIS plea for HP:

  I generally ignore the ranting and raving messages on it, because nothing I write will count for them.

  There could be other problems such as regulatory (for example...) SAR - specific absorption rate) that HP has test and validate cards wireless and antenna as a unit systems to meet this criterion, which pourrait (is not) to know why they limit the use of several wireless cards.

  While the other laptop MTRS also must follow the same guidelines and do not have to be used in their notebooks wireless cards (I stuck all kinds of WLAN cards in Dells for example), maybe it's how HP addresses the issue.  And we, consumers may be unknowingly breaking the law by installing any old wireless card in our cell phones, if we have not tested SAR that we installed.

  However, since it is a forum of consumer to consumer, you're "preaching to the converted."
