Proud owner of a CLEAN completely wiped out lenovo 570

My friend gave it to me, and I was not able to communicate with him because he is out of town. When I fire upward the lenovo logo comes up and then it says PXE-E61 - Media test failure on a black screen, check the cable. Then he comes up with a screen that reads the boot menu:

ATA Hitachi HARD drive...
ATAPI CD: TSSTorp CDD...
PCI LAN: Realtek PXE B03 D00

And another label that says App Menu 'Setup' inside. When I click on "Setup", it takes me "Phoenix SecureCore Tiano' Setup. I don't know what is happening. Could the OS have been completely scratched? If so, how re - install Windows 7 on t without a counter. Thanks for the help. I really appreciate it, proud to be a new Member in the LENOVO community!

The one key recovery button has nothing?

Otherwise, the good news is that you don't have to buy Windows 7,
but can download the iso, burn a disc and use the key to Win 7 of the COA (certificate of authenticity)

on the bottom of the laptop. (Can be in the battery Bay)

I had here:

You may need to activate by phone method,
and would need to install drivers etc. after installation.

You can also check with the Lenovo support and see if restoration
the disks are available for your model, if you want all original
the programs and drivers. There is a charge.
