Providing of different resolution images to fit different screen sizes

You use RoboHelp 11, if anyone can describe the best approach to provide the same image with different resolutions, to adapt to different screen sizes? I think that this can be done by changing the CSS to recognize the screen resolution and transfer the image of suitable size. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you

Lol that is the same picture that gets resized on the fly. Open the sample and

generate reactive power. There is a picture in the retirement section. Go

to this and keep the window resizing.

As long as the original is good enough for a full browser window,

all you need to worry.

    Hello

    Can someone help me Vi design for different screen sizes. I designed a VI to a small monitor and a lower resolution, but when I open the Vi even on another monitor, objects are not aligned correctly. The properties that I have changed are

    Appearance of window-> by default

    Size of the window-> screen size 0.0 & Tick marked options to keep proportions for monitors different and all the objects on the scale

    Yep, the minimum size of the value, and then drag the window to be the smallest size allowed, then turn off "allows the user to resize the window.

  • Creating application for different screen sizes?

    Hello.  I recently created a Flash Professional help AS3 .apk file (probably obvious in this forum, but I wanted to be clear).  I tested it on a Tablet Android from ASUS.  However, I realized that even if I had the app to look good on this tablet, there are other tablets out there with many different sizes that could have the strange gaze of app.

    I searched on Google for advice on this, but a lot of it is not sensible.  Is there a fairly easy way to get your application to 'read' the Tablet dimensions and fits these dimensions?  I know I could do a different file for each screen size, but does not require put several files different app on the app store?  It sounds ridiculous.  Any tips?

  • Can not put the image to 'Fit to screen' on the third screen (wacom) .d Photoshop cc 2015

    In the update of 2015 when I open two windows of the same file both images zooming in and out together. I'm working with a Wacom tablet screen on which I do hide photos and so I want the image to 100% or greater. I use two monitors and the Wacom tablet such as one-third of the screen.

    Hello

    If you use the Zoom tool, please ensure that you do not have Windows all Zoom checked in the Options bar.

  • Change Web page sizes in different screen sizes.

    Hello

    It is a wire ralated to a page size Web to adapt to different screen sizes. For example, if you design a Web page on a small screen and want the size to change and adapt to a view of the site on a different size.

    If anyone knows how this is possible please reply.

    Use the default CSS positioning (which is not at all positioning).  Use CSS margins, padding & / or floats to align elements on the page.

    Change this:

    NOTE: change Divap1, Divap2, etc... More meaningful IDS that indicate where the container is used on your page.  Example: #wrapper, #header, #footer, #captions.

    I conceive on a Macbookpro 15'. and when I saw the site, everything looks good, but I've noticed that, in the view of my site on the other screen sizes, it doesn't look good. something always snaps out of the browser according to the computer I see it in. is there any option on muse to make the site look the same on all screen sizes?

    Advice to solve this problem?

    Hello

    As muse are not sensitive sites, I'm afraid it is not possible to create the page that is compatible with the screen sizes but you can refer to the suggestions provided by Zak in the forum below to make sensitive post type.

    What you're doing wrong?

    1 creation of the site in Photoshop (web sites should not be made entirely of)
    graphics card...)

    2. the use of Dreamweaver layers

    3. deprecated code in style using the background instead of CSS color...

    As much as what it looks like, obviously we cannot say anything unless we see...

  • Grid of fluid CC how to resize tags h for different screen sizes

    Hello

    I'm new to CC. I tried to create a header or a sensitive banner as follows: a logo image Center spot left, name and address, telephone number (more large fonts/bold) positioned more low rt. How to get the text to resize with responses? Can I use the properties panel to change the sizes of tag h for different devices or what I write and a link to the css file? I don't know how to proceed for several sizes of device without having to edit the fluid.css file created by DW. I know that sounds really simple for most. I hope if I get a basic understanding of the concepts that I'll be able to expand them.

    Thanks again,

    Andrea

    In my view, it is better to create a separate external stylesheet for content.  Do not change the files fluidGrid.css or boilerplate.css.

    In your content.css, use media queries to target different devices like this:

    / Special rules for mobile phones. */

    @media only screen and (max-width: 481px) {}

    Body {make-size: 75 %}}

    }

    / Special rules for tablets * /.

    @media only screen and (min-width: 482px) {}

    Body {size are: 100 %}}

    }

    / * Special rules that apply to workstations * /.

    @media only screen and (min-width: 1024px) {}

    Body {make-size: 135 %}}

    }

  • Resize images to fit the screen

    original title: LARGE images!

    I would get my monitor to organize images without having to use the scroll bar to see the entire screen.  I had this problem for a while and it's boring now.  I looked in the section 'View' of my computer and have had no luck!  It's probably something simple, I can't find the solution.  HELP... Please!

  • Hero image to fit the screen vertically?

    I recently created a Web site with a navigation bar on the top of the home screen. Just below the navigation bar, I placed a hero image that spans the entire width of the page. I want to make this image extends all along the visible page by the person accessing the page. This means when they visit the site, they will see only the bar of navigation and the image of hero. Then when they start to scroll down, more of the page will be revealed. I found a great example of this at www.orangedigital.com.au

    Any help will be much appreciated.

    You can either use an image in the browser or the filling of the page or you can stretch the image vertically so that users get the option of scrolling the page on the image.

    Thank you

  • How to make the site fit any screen size?

    Hi all!

    I'm doing my site Web fits any size of screen (desktop, tablet, mobile)

    In Dreamweaver cs6, I go in file - multivision overview - media queries - a CSS file (on the scale of the site) and click on the settings by default and then find my CSS files for phone, Tablet and desktop. But it does not work for my site, my site does not meet the size of the desktop, tablet or mobile. Can someone please? Thank you.

    The main rule for a delicate design, but be flexible.

    This means no rigid dimensions, no absolute positioning and images that meet the width of their containers.

    What follows in general violates the rule of flexibility

    {#apDiv35}

    position: absolute;

    Width: 200px;

    height: 115px;

    z-index: 1;

    }

    This is just one example of your document on more than 40.

  • editing of pages to fit the screen size

    When I open internet explorer, it opens small, how to adapt to my screen?  I think something happened when I reset the default values.

    Three options.

    1: take the corners of the window and drag it to the format full screen. Do not use to expand. Close all other windows first via the taskbar and the latter. Windows will remember the size of the last closed window the next time that you open the program.

    2: any shortcut you use to launch the window, right-click, and select Properties. Under the 'Run' drop-down list, choose "expanded".

  • Support different device sizes.

    Hi all

    I need a support to Q10 and Z10.

    the UX and UI are provided by a third party, and they want the user interface to be a little different for Q10 and Z10.

    I went thorugh the documentation in this respect and found this:

    https://developer.BlackBerry.com/native/documentation/Cascades/best_practices/resolution/using_stati...

    This, I understand that, we can use QML different for different screen sizes.

    but I develop ui in CPC mu... so is it possible to do in CPP too?

    Help, please!

    There is no folder for C++, so what would you put in?

    So yes, or use a thin layer in a qml file, as suggested.

  • adjust the front panel of the screen size and re - position automatically objects on different systems

    Hello, I designed a vi which contains 5 led is placed at the centre of the façade that occupies the entire screen and 4 corners. However, this vi should be used on different systems, with different screen sizes. But on each screen, I'll need the size of the cover = size of the screen and the light to be placed in centres and corner of this new size of the screen automatically without manual operations and positioning bieng made every time. The option of resizing will perform this task completely or I have to go to some other techniques?

    As far as I know, what you want is not easy to do but it's doable but you have to do it programmatically (no adjustment of Labview). Here is an example for only 2 LEDs, but I guess you'll be able to make it work for your other LEDs.

    This VI maximizes the front and then positioned the 2 LEDs in the Center and top right on the race. LEDs are positioned according to their own corners left, not on the basis of their centers.
