I was able to install LR and PS I get the message update failed.

Solution 1.

  • Rename the folder 1.0

Mac OS

  1. In the Finder, select the Go menu and choose go to folder.
  2. Type the following path: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdater.
  3. Select the 1.0 folder and rename it to ~ 1.0.

Windows 7 and 8

  1. Go to C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\AAMUpdater.
  2. Select the 1.0 folder and rename it to ~ 1.0.
  • Revive the creative cloud, perform the update

Solution 2.

  • Rename the 1.0 folder to the path indicated in the above path.
  • Launch Photoshop
  • Go to help > updates.
  • Follow the screen instructions on.

Solution 3 Try to download and install the patch manually.

    I live in South Africa and use a MacBook Pro bought in the USA by the end of 2014. When I had to replace the HD in December 2015 the company is certified local Apple had to order the HD of the USA. After installing it, they restored my software and data files and mails in Mail.

    Since the replacement of HD that I was not able to install updates because after that I give permission to update, I get a notice that no update is available under "this Apple ID" or something to that effect.     1. download the Dell BIOS update .exe file to a USB flash drive.

    2. run the .exe with the /writehdrfile parameter file

    3. run the .exe with the /writeromfile parameter file

    5. remove the battery and the power of the dead computer

    6 Insert the flash drive into the USB port on the computer of the death

    7 press and hold the end key and then connect the AC power

  • I replaced my Windows 7 64-bit system drive and now I have the "Not genuine" message after an update failed

    I have a Windows 7 64-bit system I bought a provider on the local computer for a long time with Windows installed.

    I replaced my hard drives of 500 GB (mirrored RAID configuration) system with hard drives of 1 TB.

    After replacing the readers, I also installed a set of Windows updates. We update failed. After you restart the computer, I ran Windows update again. It seemed that all upgrades completed.

    HOWEVER, I now have the message "this computer is not running Genuine Windows". Windows Indexing is not running, send me problems in Outlook and elsewhere.

    I saw discussions on the online forum on the problem "Not genuine" resulting from an update of Windows failed and resulting also to change the hard drive.

    I led Activation (slui.exe 3) typed in the product key from the sticker on the computer and it activates OK but does not erase the message.

    I clicked on pay online now and ran legitcheck.hta and my system has failed validation. The options are to buy or to perform a new installation of Windows.

    I have a lot of programs installed on the computer, and I can't lose all configuration data and reinstall all programs. That would take several days and I would not have a system can be used in the meantime.

    I ran the Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostic Tool (1.9.0027.0) and have these results below.

    There are a lot of files file mismatches and "tampered with". I believe that this is due to the update has failed.

    I thought to manually rerun all updates that goes back to the date when first I struggled (about a month). However, I wasn't sure if this solves the problem or make worse it.

    Background: I am setting up a pavilion of 500-164 equipped with OEM specs, specifically:

    -AMD/Radeon APU

    -Windows 8 6.2.9200

    -See sysinfo below for more details

    The PC brought to the specifications of the plant, with all Windows updates applied with the exception of KB2887069, which breaks down at the update.  With the exception of troubleshooting the failure of the update, none of the changes have been made.  The Windows KB2887069 update fails to install as well through the automated process when tried manually via a direct download.

    Additional troubleshooting measures to date include:

    -Uninstall the software OEM AV (Norton), then by restarting.

    -Temporarily disable all the features of Windows Defender.

    -Temporarily uninstall the audio driver (IDT High Definition Audio CODEC) OEM.

    -Realization of an analysis of the SFC system (with no error found).

    I find it peculiar that you just bought a HP computer brand new, still-in-the-box, which came with Windows 8, not 8.1, preinstalled Windows. That said, cross your fingers, roll up your sleeves and try the fix following multiple step, I cooked up just for your computer...

    ACTIONS

    1 right-click on the link, select SAVE TARGET as.... & download the Norton Removal Tool, save it to your desktop: ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/english_us_canada/removal_tools/Norton_Removal_Tool.exe

    Then in Photoshop CC 2014 application, click the button from menu help and select updates .
