  Just installed my new Adobe Acrobat Pro CD, now I need a serial number (having a Student and Teacher Edition)

  only cs6, cc and cc 2014 are available through adobe.

  You can download and save the installation files (and your serial number) so you can reinstall them. (although adobe currently allows same very old software users continue to download the installation files.)

  I got a code of remdemtion and verifictaion, but when I go to the for use, I keep getting the error:

  They gave me the code in an e-mail message from adobe after entering the serial number on the back of the card, I received after purchsing the software.

  Thanks for posting on the Microsoft answers Forum.

  You will need to have the original CD of Office Student and teacher available to installation installation. If she has been pre-installed by your OEM when you purchased your computer, you will need to get the disks to reinstall.  Go back to where you bought your copy and see if they will provide records. (This may likely not).

  Hope that does you in the right direction.

  From there, you can download the applications you purchased.

  Normally, you are taken there immediately after the purchase.

• B & H in New York still sells CS6 extended for students.  Is - is this legitimate? Adobe will always provide the license keys for the download?

  If I buy the Photoshop CS6 Extended (student edition) of the B & H site, will I receive the Adobe license keys? I tried this to another University Library locally and could not do this work.  Had the impression that adobe is no longer keys to download this package.  Help please.

  Also that you bought the software from Amazon.com you will not see a list on Adobe.com for your purchase.
