  Hi guys can someone help me please, here, I tried to install the windows version of my Production premium cs 5.5 student/teacher edition that I bought 4 years ago in my new Mac, it seems, it's not compatible, I thought that once its purchased you can install it on any computer.

  I need to know where the above entitled software go to the Adobe site for re.

  When I download and try to install the software it does not fill in the serial number. It shows the space but it only allows me to enter my serial number.

  I think that the problem may be that I'm not going in the student / teacher for this product portal.

  I got a code of remdemtion and verifictaion, but when I go to the for use, I keep getting the error:

  They gave me the code in an e-mail message from adobe after entering the serial number on the back of the card, I received after purchsing the software.

  I was unable to save files in illustrator cs5.1 which is part of the creative suite design standard cs5.5 I bought in 2012. I uninstalled the CS5.5. and downloaded the software again. but when I try to install it I get the message that the image is not recognized and I'm unable to install again... any suggestions greatly appreciated

  There is no upgrade for the editions for teachers and students. You can continue to use the version you use, or you can buy CS6 with no upgrade price, or subscribe to creative cloud. However, I believe that if you are still eligible, you are offered a discount on creative cloud.

  You can install and activate an unlimited number of times, but you can't have two simultaneous activations.

  That is to say, if you don't have turn off the 2 previous activations, you will see an activation count error message when you try to activate for a 3rd time.

  If you are unable to disable (help > deactivate) a previous activation, contact adobe for hourly pst support by clicking here and, when available, click on "still need help," https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and ask a county of activation reset.

  The only difference between the normal and student/teacher is normally in the license, not the software.  Make sure that you try to use the serial number on the version correct appointed suite.
