• Printing of contact in PSE Mac 14 sheets

  When I try to print contact sheets, I get a message that says "operation could not be completed" and then everything freezes. I have to restart the PES editor program. I have 14 elements PSE. My operating system is El Capitan 10.11.4. What I am doing wrong?

  I created before contact in PSE 12 without problem sheets, but this is the first time that I did since the upgrade to Yosemite on my Macbook Pro. Now, I get the following error screen.  I tried to go through organizing elements and believe that the records showing he do not correspond with the folders on my hard drive.   I run Photoshop CS6 on my windows 7 Ultimate (MacPro 2008 via Bootcamp). 12 GB of ram, 512 on the video card. A lot of disk space. None of the questions of knowledge, viruses, malware, etc.

  Help, please!

  Try to run Photoshop with the SHIFT key is pressed and skip loading part tird plug-in and try to use the Board contact II.  A version of plug-ins from third parties have been known to break Photoshop Scrippting.

• Cannot use Contact sheet or effects

  PSE 6 on Mac OS x running.  When you try to do the plank PSE Contact (File menu), the option is grayed out.

  Trying to use from bridge (tools - Photoshop Elements - Contact Sheet II), happening in the PSE, but is that it works.  Ditto for Photomerge and Picture Package.

  In addition, when trying to apply an effect (say color pencil), I get a msg "the command color pencil is not currently available".

  I suspect that Adobe has dropped in PSE and does not remove references to menu.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  You must click on the padlock at the bottom of the window and enter your OS X password to make changes in this window.

  To repair permissions: go to applications > utilities > disk utility. Click your hard disk in the list on the left, then click on repair permissions. In 10.5 it may take a long time to finish - just let it run. It is not too bad in 10.4 and 10.6 is a little better than 10.5 as well as the necessary time.

• Why is my Contact Sheet appear white in Photoshop CC?

  I am trying to create a Contact sheet in Photoshop, but he keeps coming with only the image names, not the images themselves.  I'm working on an iMac running El Capitan 10.11 and have thereafter last Adobe CC 2015.

  I tried both ways:

  Photoshop directly:

  File

  Automate

  II contact sheet

  I then choose my files and it creates one of two ways - 1) blank sheet or 2) only the file names of all clustered together at the top without images.

  Through the Bridge:

  Tools

  Photoshop

  II contact sheet

  I get the same results as above.

  Does anyone else have this problem?

  Please reset the Photoshop preferences and then try again.

  Steps to follow:

  To re-create the Photoshop preferences files, start the application while pressing Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or command + Option + shift (Mac OS). Then, click Yes to the message, "Delete the Adobe Photoshop settings file?"

• CS5 II Contact sheet

  I installed my upgrade to Photoshop CS5 today and then downloaded the plugin Contact form II... the plug-in is in my plugin CS5 folder when I try to launch it in CS5... through the CONTROLLER to shoot down, he IS NOT to see THE... it appears in Brdige CS5... Tools... Photoshop... Contact sheet II... but when I try to use a small PS window appears... looks like a CS4 icon (blue PS)... and wrote the '< unknown >' command is not currently available.

  Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

  You must change the bit to 32 instead of 64.

  To run Photoshop CS5 in Mac OS as a 32-bit application:

  • Select the Adobe Photoshop CS5 application file installed by default in the folder/Applications/Adobe Photoshop CS5.
  • Choose file > get info
  • Select open in 32-bit Mode. Deselect this option to run Photoshop CS5 in 64-bit mode.

  I had this problem earlier today and this has solved the problem.

• Assistant Contact sheet print file names display problem

  In Windows XP, I could select a group of images and print a Board-contact via the Photo Printing Wizard.  File names were centered under the picture and WRAPPED when the name of the file has been long.

  In Windows Vista, it works, EXCEPT that file names are centered and TRUNCATED.  This isn't the desired behavior.  Y at - there a fix, or workaround or alternative solution?  (In addition to copying the files back to a XP machine?)

  Hello BarbaraC,

  Try the following link to see if it will display full of names of files without truncating them.  I don't think that the result you're looking for in Vista is possible.  Everything I read indicates that Microsoft truncates file names to get under the tile.

• Assistant printing photographs on Vista does not give me the option to print contact sheets

  The picture on my Vista Print Wizard does not give me the ability to print contact, like my old XP version sheets where. Any way to change/upgrade/downgrade or else return this option? I really need to be able to print photos contact sheets. Thank you!

  Is it possible that the default paper size in your printer
  preferences has been replaced by a smaller size... 4 x 6
  for example? If this is the case... it will remove the largest
  models from the Print Wizard.

  and access your printer preferences to change
  the default size of the paper letter (8 x 10). Look carefully,

• How can I get the filenames DO NOT print on a contact sheet?

  I want to print 35 small images on a single page, but I don't want the name of the file printed beneath them. It seems to occur automatically by selecting "contact Board' to print. can I disable this feature?

• 2 contact sheet, collage or montage help

  I have a task to create a composite collage or montage (or what you want to call it) similar to a Board-contact.  Children (a band of high school of 260 members) must be arranged in alphabetical order.  I can use the function of Contact 2 sheet in Photoshop and get 80% of what I want to really fast.  The photos are named in alphabetical order by family name.  A few clicks and BOOM I have a multi layer document.  Very fast.  But what I really want, it is the space in the middle to add text.  I want to add the names added through layers of text associated with a field in the imported image metadata.  Contact sheet 2 is not that.

  I ask should be possible by means of scripts and actions.  But I have no experience with script and little or no experience of the action.  I'd be willing to pay for a tools to do it on my computer.  I know a couple of laboratories of printing that can do, but I prefer to create my own and then send it to a printer.

  Thoughts, recommendations or requests are welcome.

  BTW, I can do this manually but it will take forever.  For a work which would be ok, but I'm looking to do this type of effort one or two times a year.

  After some advice and poking around, JJMacks other tools were practically a home run by doing what I had in a short period of time, after using the tools several times I was able to merge multiple files to create a collage of 230 + guess, I always try to pay on all aspects of the scripts that missed me on initial run , but he had a lot of fun to learn.

• Contact sheets: not sharp Images

  Recently made Contact sheets Photoshop CC and CC bridge and all the images by sweet, not strong.

  Original TIF all vives, double checked all the settings of Contact sheet still images (6 out of 8 x 10) when combined have a out of the look of the development.

  Totally baffled. Will try the other files from the past, but anyone have ideas please?

• II contact sheet - width is out of error

  I'm trying to set up a Contact sheet with a width of 108 inches in Photoshop CC 2015.1.2.  I get an error message saying that the width is out of range. It will only allow me to set a maximum width of 96,66 inches. However I have no problem using a width of 108 inches in Photoshop CS 6. Can anyone help?

  A possible solution is to go ahead and create it to 96,66 at a slightly higher resolution you need, then up to 108 nationwide.
