  Just to add a little more information - if you have Adobe InDesign, it would probably be complete your work by using your assets created in Ps and make both you and the people of your cover printing.  A lot of tutorials on the web using InDesign to create books too.  Simply Photoshop, it would certainly work as well as Chuck mentioned first.

After having unpacked, the Setup program indicates that a file is missing and I should use a tool which is now not on the Adobe site because it has been discontinued.
