  • PUH-LEASE break reading during a routine of automatic backup!

    Hey people Adobe!

    I've got some of the opinions on the basis of automatic recording...

    And to animate/Flash one the most annoying drawbacks of this feature is that the reading continues on down the timeline, although the auto-save has locked the controls and frozen the view of the stage.

    So I can listen to all the sounds that I wait patiently for the thing to finish before I can regain control of the program.

    If automatic registration in the background (in a non-invasive way) is a large company, I would ask an intermediate step to stop playback (if it is enabled) before AutoSave doesn't freeze the entire application.

    It is a repeated any nuisance by checking the animation and giving notes.

    Thank you!

    If there is a feature request process, could you please point me to the correct protocol?

    A very easy solution to the question to be interrupted by a recovery record preview would be a regular backup before any important trial. Save the recovery happens only if there were changes.

  • Need to pass variable SWF * to * HTML

    Hi all, brand new to Flash and I'm used to working with a model Flash written earlier. In this model, there is a search box. My goal is to get some someone puts in this little white search box on my Coldfusion page for further processing. I want it because I know nothing of Flash (yet) and want the variable I need to work with to leave Flash quickly as possible so that I can use it in Coldfusion where I am comfortable on a deadline.

    Here is the code that I have which produces at least a promising URL in the browser. After a lot Googlin' I managed to set it up:

    on (release) {}
    Search = this. SomeName.Search; <-THIS SHOULD BE MY VARIABLE of RESEARCH
    getURL (" http://www.test.com/web/search.cfm", "_top", "GET");
    }

    In the browser URL, which in fact produces:

    http://www.test.com/Web/search.cfm?search=

    .. What seems promising. But notice, the SEARCH variable is empty.

    I need it as well as the SEARCH comes back equal to what I put in the white search box bit.

    Thus, for example, I need to go out like that (if I were looking for the word 'Cats'):

    http://www.test.com/Web/search.cfm?search=cats

    Once it's there, it's elementary to enter me the URL and work with it in Coldfusion.

    I've tried everything. Google is full of people trying to pass variable * in * SWF in HTML, but not the reverse. At least what I can say.

    Anyone have any ideas? Thank you!

    Dave

    That proved to be the answer of $ 1 million. I came back to report when I read your explanation which reads verbatim what it is and how to solve it. I didn't know there was a tool to help establish a path within Flash, however, it's cool.

    My Coldfusion page now treats this Flash thing search requests with happiness.

    That I was (and still am) lack of understanding as a beginner, how to communicate the different parts of a flash project. Layers? Calendar? PUH-lease. I have trouble with Javascript and never even touched C, which are both the syntax of Actionscript of Flash almost.

    Thanks for the reply! There are a few other homeless looking for this same answer so I hope that this Exchange winds in Google soon.

    Just to be complete on the subject, here's what the end result looks like on my end now (real URL disguised to protect development innocently):

  • How to use Airport Extreme with ethernet leased line

    Hello friends,

    I was wondering if Airport Extreme is a true router, can I connect gout ethernet of my leased line directly in its WAN port, rather than put the provided ISP router between the two? I have lived many positions and all seem to suggest the connection of a cable/dsl modem to the WAN port on the extreme. Not found any information where it shows the ethernet line rented directly linking in the Giga WAN port, without any 2nd device in the meantime.

    If it's possible, then I guess also what public IP provided PSI can be put into the WAN of AE interface. Can someone develop more on it and detail the steps of configuration? Given that EI has basic firewall NAT, I think it's doable, but can someone confirm please.

    Thank you very much.

    Temporarily, if you connect your computer directly to the Ethernet line, can you get a good connection Internet in this way?

    If so, then AIrPort Extreme could function as a router for you, but you are also likely to face a Double NAT error on the network. How well... or, even if... This might work cannot be known until try you it.

    If the computer cannot connect, then what is required of your supplier for the computer to connect and get Internet access?

  • lost or stolen iPhone. It is w / 'Find my iPhone', later received email that it has been found. No call and impossible to recover, now phone is in offline mode. I am leasing through the iPhone upgrade program. Help, please.

    6 sec more lost/stolen iPhone. Turned on the 'lost' Mode and displays the number to call if found on-screen. It is w / "Find my iPhone", went up, no response from any home in the area. Later received an email that it was found, still no call to the number on the screen. Several unsuccessful attempts to get it back, now the phone is in offline mode and says that the history of the site is not available. I left a note on all the doors in the place indicated on the "find my iPhone" describing my phone lost and left a number to call. I am leasing through the iPhone upgrade program. Help, please.

    There is no way to locate now, unless the one who found it exerts a force on you contact on this number you posted

    The good news is, since you have find my iPhone, they will not be able to reuse the phone even if they are trying to restore. Unless they know your password, or you have a valid proof of purchase AGFI won't be deleted.

    So if the person who found the phone knows about it, he or she would rather go back because it would be of no use to them.

  • Migrate server DHCP static leases

    Hello

    We currently use an old Mac Pro as a DHCP server, use the latest version of server of El Capitan. Now, we want to copy all the static DHCP leases we have implemented (approximately 120 static leases), so that we can put them on another Mac mini, this time takes up half of the leases for a different subnet.

    I know that the DHCP leases, temporary positions, are saved in a file that you can delete to erase the leases, but I have not found where static leases are saved. I know that you can change in the Directory Manager application, but I need to export them somehow, so that we can easily migrate. A Time Machine backup is not an option.

    Thanks in advance!

    See you soon

    Apple's DHCP server configuration file is /etc/bootpd.plist

    The file you're looking for is/etc/bootptab , but it is also possible to set static IP cards in Open Directory itself in the computerssection. If a card is defined in/etc/bootptab it takes precedence over the setting in the Open Directory.

    You can perform the following operations in Terminal.app to get more information

    Man bootpd

    bootptab man

    The file that contains the list of active leases is/var/db/dhcpd_leases

    It's a little ironic that Apple uses the name dhcpd_leases dhcpd is a different program from the competing DHCP server to the bootpd use of Apple program. Bootpd Apple is highly personalized on the original version of the open source to add for example the NetBoot support.

  • another computer on your network is using your computer - Hack suspicion - ip address through DHCP lease renewal. Help, please

    Hello fellow Mac users...

    Today, while using, Firefox A message appeared on my screen: another computer on your network is using the ip address of your computer.

    Now, I am 100% sure that my phone was turned off when it happened. And I have a password on my wifi connection.

    I panicked because no one should have access to my network or my IP address. Immediately, I turned off my modem and turned off the wifi on my mac.

    Later, I went to renew the DHCP lease.

    My question is this:

    Could it be, in theory, based on the message system I (another computer on your network is using the ip address of your computer) the IP address was stolen (for lack of a better word) by a remote user, which is not in my physical neighborhood that is resident in another city or even country?

    If so, then I did the right thing by closing my Modem? And later on the DHCP lease renewal? About 20-30 minutes past until what I actually renewed the DHCP lease. It, in theory, could have too late to do (assuming that a malicious user has chosen to masquerade himself with my IP address)?

    Thank you all very much!

    I'm not a specialist iP/Wifi etc, I'm more than a convenience store of OS X, but...

    What was the popup of? -FireFox, the webpage or your Mac?

    If it's from the Web page--> then you may have entered a suspicious site that created an alert.

    Hi all

    I found the cause of the issue, it is a bad combination of (old) driver NI DAQ and my camera.

    I checked the compatibility of the driver and the device and discovered that I have a different driver from the old series of boards that for the University, we bought and missed me the cd drivers (who disappeared

    I downloaded the new driver NIDAQ1400f1 (or something like that).

    Now it's working.

    Thank you all for your answers.

    @Valkoa: thanks for the reply unfortunately the camera isn't apperaing anywhere despite his success my router of a lease

  • Windows XP Pro (end of the lease) during the first start there is no where to put in the product KEY

    the screen is black with a flashing courier

    Are you sure that the computer was shipped with Windows XP installed?  Many computers at the end of the lease are sold "bare" - no operating system because they already had a copy of Windows volume license.  Check with the person who sold you the computer so that he should have with Windows installed.

  • Cannot receive a new DHCP lease

    I have a Windows XP Professional, home network setup with two computers, connected to a LinkSys Router: computer has has Internet connectivity full, as did B computer up to what a few days... computer B is no longer has an IP address, or the address of the default gateway (router) and network connections may not repair the connection. The physical connection is good because computer B can still use shares on computer A, but it cannot ping anything except himself.
    I did a scan using Network Diagnostics in Windows XP Help and I see the following entries:
    DHCPLeaseExpires = 16:02:13 11/11/2011
    DHCPLeaseObtained = 15:02:13 11/11/2011

    I tried a manual "ipconfig / renew" but get this error message:
    "An error occurred during renewal of the connection to the Local network interface: access denied."
    ... I am logged on as administrator so don't know why I get access denied.

    And finally, the Event Viewer system log contained several error messages thousand over a two hour period on September 11 (and then no more):

    "The lease on the IP address 0.0.0.0 for the network card with network address 000CF1A073F0 has been denied by the server DHCP 192.168.1.1 (the DHCP server sent a DHCPNACK message)." Event ID: 1002 "

    No idea what is happening? How can I my computer B to receive a new DHCP lease?
    Any help would be greatly appreciated; Thank you!

    Click Start-> Control Panel-> network connections.  This should open network connections in Windows Explorer.  You should see a "connect to the Local network' or a wireless connection icon.  (The name can vary depending on the configuration of the connection of time how has been run, etc.)  Right-click on this icon and select "Properties".  The Properties Panel has two components under the 'Général' tab: "using the connection" and "this connection uses the following items:" using the connection must be your (NIC) Network Interface Card and there should be multiple protocols installed including "Internet Protocol (TCP/IP).  If she's not here, 'install' it.  Make sure the check box is selected, select the entry by clicking on it and click on 'Properties' (lower right).  This should open the "Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) properties" window to the "Général" tab  Make sure that the option button "obtain an IP address automatically" is selected or you typed in a valid IP address, subnet mask and default gateway.  Select the "Obtain DNS server address automatically" radio button or enter at least one valid DNS server address.  Click 'OK' in the two windows open and close the network connections window.  Now run "cmd".  In CMD, first, run: ipconfig/release

    then run: ipconfig / renew

    If all goes well, after a small wait, you now have an Internet connection (again).

    Good luck!
