  I have sysdate who only date and I added 1 to that date and now I must include part time and want to display as mentioned above.
  
  TO_CHAR (sysdate + 1) is the column that I already now for this column, I add time portion(07:00:00AM).

  When you insert the column date, then insert it using 07:00 in time, like the big ones showed you (trunc (the_date) + 7/24)

  Hi all
  I wonder if there is a way to manipulate the table column, the data in a Data Pump export? For example, is it possible make the following changes in the export of DP:

  Set firstname = 'a new string ";
  
  We are looking for a way where we can protect the sensitve data columns. We already have a script for updating the data in the column (ie the text scramble to protect privacy), but we want to automate changes that export us the database schema, rather than having to export, import, running DML and then export it again.

  Would do assuming you do not have duplicates (all 3 columns) in the table.

• Exif jpg and raw data

  Hello I have lightroom 3. I put my camera on the shoot in jpg and raw. I import the two and bring them as 1 image in lightroom. I note the picture with a star and I save exif data it saves only this thseperate xmp file. Also if I rotate the photo he only wrote it in separate folder. I want to also save the exif data in jpg file. How can I do this at once?

  Thanks fot the help. I took a quick glance to exiftool. I downloaded the exiftool.exe and after some reading, I changed the name of the exe file

  ExifTool (tagsfromfile - %d%f.xmp - ext JPG - k - progress - overwrite_original) .exe

  And it is great. If I drag a directory to the exiftool it process all jpg files and writes xmp inside data. It really works like a charm. In a go all the exif data copied.

• Date of creation and the Date of importation

  When you import photos or video in the Photos to a folder, the application uses the date of importation of integration rather than the original creation date.  The result is that imports are all presented together under "Today."  Many photos and video taken on different dates, so I would only they listed according to date of creation rather than be grouped under the date of importation.  I went 'View' and checked "date of creation".  Photos don't work with "SORT" because it is always grey.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  If you look in the window of Photos photos and videos are sorted by date with the oldest items at the top.  This sort order cannot be change.

  In the pictures window, the elements are sorted by the date imported into the library with the oldest at the top.  The sort order cannot be changed here either.

  So, you can use a smart album to include all your photos in the library and then sort them one of these ways:

  that would include all the photos in the library.  Now you can sort them as you like.  Just make sure that the date is early enough to catch all the photos in the library.

  Moments in Photos are new events, i.e. groups of photos sorted by date of catch.

  When the iPhoto library has been migrated first to the pictures there is a folder created in the box titled iPhoto events and all migrated iPhoto events (which are now Moments) are represented by an album in this folder. Use the Command + Option + S key combination to open the sidebar if it is not already open.

  NOTE: it has been reported by several users that if the albums of the event are moved in the iPhoto Library folder in the sidebar, they disappear.  It is not widespread, but several users have reported this problem.  Therefore, if you want to if ensure that you keep these event albums do not transfer out of the iPhoto events folder.

  You mean both JPG and RAW file after importing from a camera memory card? There is a setting in LR preferences to process the JPG images next to RAW files as separate photos. It is under the general tab of preferences. By default, this option is not checked.

  You use a USB cable to connect to your camera?  Try to take the memory card from the camera, put it into your computer's card reader and import from there.  It solves the problem for most people.

  I tried to move photos into their correct date subfolder, but then of course Lightroom cannot find more!

  Move photos within LR, instead of in the Mac Finder / Windows File Explorer.

  When I import my images in Lightroom 2 to my external hard drive, importing photos just perfect, however, after importation, I get a box with the list of photos that did not matter. The error message says "files appear to be unsupported or damaged" if I read this correctly, it seems that none of the imported RAW, just the JPEG images.   The latest version of LR 2.x is 2.7 (free upgrade). Upgrading to this version, and it will give you access to import Canon 7 d raw files.

  When you import from Excel, I have not found a date format model that would transform their decimal number into a date Oracle. But the following seems to work well:
