• Change hard drives - links are broken?

  I want to spend my OS and applications on an SSD in my MacPro. I also intend to use a disk storage more keep all my project files. My question is, if I move all my projects to a new disk, with a new name, all my links in InDesign will be broken? I know that I can use the same name on the new hard drive, but I already did once, if the drive is called "G5 Storage"... it's time to retire that many...

I removed a button in the navigation bar on the template and the changes carried forward on the Index but now the child page links are broken.   If resolve you paths to the correct file locations in your Template.dwt it should work.

  Do not forget to save model, populate the changes made to the child pages and download all the pages of the child to the server.

  Yesterday, using HyperText (e-mail Client) option, I was able to create a link to an external Document PDF.

  After you publish a document, a PDF external link works fine.

  But whenI move all files and subfolders to a different location, the LINKS are BROKEN. I haveIf there is a way to fix this?

  The link works within the FM (hold the button ctrl + alt and click on the link)? If this does not work there, then your path information is not correct. Also, I think you might need to use the path in quotes because of the space in the folder name - FM has a heritage of unix and is a little sensitive on the paths and file names.

  Where the links are pointing to in the PDF file (use the Acrobat link tool > properties when you select the link area)?

• Safari links are not clickable

  I put 3 devices tonight at iOS9.3, but one of them has a weird problem... Links ip6s + are broken, I can't seem to open e-mail links or links that are inherent to Web pages in Safari (click and follow through the pages of Web sites, tried several, like google news, bbc, cnn, etc.). Other devices that I do not have this problem after the update. I tried force lose the app and hard/reboots as well, but no luck... What choices do I have?

  I tried to reset the setting of the iPhone and also restore backup after erasing the content. These two methods do not work...   I have a top of the range (at time of purchase) by Satellite 502 901 (2.4 Ghz, 80 GB, 512 MB ram, son of the late, display 1600 x 1200, pentium 4 mobile, docking Bay slot...). Unfortunately, after a year I had problems. The unit is now 3 years old and the hinges are broken on the screen. The DVD/CD drive also fails to operate occasionally. I also had a "Thunder fly" switch to the screen, crawling in the middle and died there, very nice.

• Images are broken and are not loading duplicate pages?

  It's probably a problem really noobish. I worked with happiness on Dreamweaver CS3 all day and had no problems.

  Just went to a new html page and when the copy on Divs and containers that contain images, images are broken, despite the situation does not change. My other pages with the same images show no broken links, no more. If I replace the image with itself, it works, however I have a lot of pictures and they don't always click in the exact spot that I would like, in the first place so copy/paste. The worst it is until I made this page on that it was not broken for everything else I was working!

  I'll have to duplicate the pages instead, which is not really useful.

  I am not trained in coding, I'm a designer and I want to keep this site as simple as possible, as I manage all this. My knowledge is limited to modest amounts of html and CSS.

  Murali, could you just give a little more information, it's a stand alone facility, which means that you have installed the BI server and everything else on the laptop?
  Are you using OC4J or a different web server, did you start OC4J services as well as the windows service for presentation BI services?

  Does not work if Firefox: Hold down the option key when starting Firefox.

  If Firefox is running: You can restart Firefox in Mode safe mode using either:

  • button "3-bar" menu > "?" button > restart with disabled modules
  • Help menu > restart with disabled modules

  and OK reboot.

  Two scenarios: A small dialog box should appear. Click on 'Start mode safe' (not update).

  It is a known problem with 9.3 and right now, Apple has not issued a fix. Workarounds include using another browser. People have reported that Opera and puffin both work but I have not experienced with them to know for sure. (and honestly what works for some doesn't work for others)

  There are also some success reported by the people who are in settings, safari, advanced and disabling java script.

  Ultimately the people just have to wait for a fix to come, and there is no timetable for when that will happen.

• In Safari, the links are inactive after update to iOS 9.3

  iPad 2 air. Updated to iOS 9.3 yesterday and found that most of the time links in Safari browser are inactive, i.e. it will not go to his content stated.   try to use google or yahoo apps.  Safari does not seem to work but I have access to the internet using both applications.  It's good that an update apple killed their own search engine.
