Purchase of creative cloud is blocked
I'm trying to start a creative cloud subscription. I created my account in Iceland, where subscribe to creative cloud, for some reason, is not suitable. However, I am currently based in Australia. There seems to be no way for me to change the location associated with my account. Are there alternatives to the creation of a new account? Thank you.

Problem with purchase student creative cloud with PayPal payment option
Dear support staff,
Today, I tried to buy the student a year paid Adobe Creative cloud subscription.
My PayPal payment went through (got an electronic confirmation during the total calculated), however, the purchase form off, noticing that my billing address and my 'credit card details"were inconsistent. I have not entered any information good credit card and PayPal account has the same information that I applied.
Please get back to me, I already paid for the product, still can not use it again.

I entered an incorrect email when buying creative cloud, (adding a new "." in the middle of the email)
Now I can't get on the account due to not being able to check the address of e-mail (which was false), ideas? (I tried to register the address with others". "but said yahoo this is taken?

I was out for a vacation last week. Once I'm back, cloud creative can't seem to connect? If it is blocked in China?

Recently there has been an update launched for creative cloud app, it is possible that we have not installed the update that's why your desktop creative cloud app does not work.
Try to delete the application from the machine and install the latest version of it by following the steps below:
MAC:
1 force quit Adobe all processes in the activity monitor (for example, CC, Core sync, the broker CC library, Office, Adobe, Adobe CPI, demon Adobe Crash etc..)
2-go to: Finder > Applications > utilities > Adobe installer > uninstall Adobe Creative cloud (if problems uninstall Trash)
3-go to: Finder > Applications > utilities > (delete these two folders - creative cloud Adobe and Adobe Application Manager)
4. then run the cleanup tool to remove the clouds creative and Adobe Application Manager (if it remains in the machine)
5 right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select 'Go - To' folder.
6. you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press 'return '. ("Not to be missed ~ symbol")
~/Library (It will open the folder of the user's library.)
7. browse to the Application Support > Adobe > trash folder OOBE and AAM Updater folder so
8. new > right-click on the icon in the Finder and select "go to" folder option. > you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '.
/ library (It will open the library system folder.)
9. browse to the Application Support > Adobe > trash folder OOBE and Adobe Application Manager / after that, rename the SL-STORE like SL-STORE_OLD
Adobe 10 - run cleanup tool. > If so, select "Adobe Application Manager for Mac OS X 10.6 ' and then click on"Clean up selected. "

11 - click on the link below and download Creative Cloud Installer file and use them to install the creative Cloud Desktop application.

I downloaded free trials of ID and Psalm now, I am interested in making a purchase. I chose the full package with a monthly payment, but after a few seconds of processing time, I got the answer, that CC is not available in my country. I find it a little weird, being a citizen of a country, which is part of the Danish Kingdom. This is comparable to a situation where someone who lives in England is allowed to buy, but is not a person in the country of Wales, or in Scotland. Is it possible to address this issue somehow?

Purchase of creative cloud does not work

We had a subscription to Adobe Creative cloud and then it just stopped to work, even after I inserted the credit card info and he had worked for a while, that he simply stopped nothing.
I spent almost 2 hours with international support from Adobe to fix this and everyone was able to find the old transaction, after that I gave up looking for this old transaction that I asked to make a new purchase, then I spent more than 40 minutes explaining that I would like to make a new subscription and am redirected twice between the India and the United States then I dropped out again.
I found the number of Brazilian call center and gave a new trial to buy here after 20 minutes of waiting in line someone picked up and I once again to another redirected someone, after explaining to someone what was going on I was redirected to a third party, this third person then told me that I would need to call the first number I've tried.
Seems that Adobe is much more lost I'm.
Now I'm here because I'm doing the subscription purchase online and when I'm in step 4, it keeps loading with no intervention.
Now I'm without using Adobe applications and Adobe Support sucks just to solve it for me.

Want happens to a stand-alone license after you purchase/cancellation creative cloud?
I have a stand-alone license of Lightroom 6 and I am now looking to buy a map of creative cloud. Because Lightroom is included in the CC plan, I guess that Lightroom will be updated via CC and is no longer my standalone license.
But what happens if I cancel my CC plan in the future? I will be able to return to my stand-alone license?
Do I need to uninstall the CC version and reinstall the stand-alone license?

Your Standalone with Lightroom version will not be affected if you cancel CC membership in the future.
Lightroom CC and 6 Lightroom are produced almost similar but different licensing system.
Do I need to uninstall the CC version and reinstall the stand-alone license?
Just log out of Lightroom CCfrom help > logout
Then reconnect, it should say your CC membership is expired/Invalid.Follow the instructions mentioned in How to convert a Lightroom CC 6 Lightroom trial to serialize Lightroom 6.

When I upgraded Adobe Photoshop CC (2015) among the Cloud Creative applications, I get only a period of 30 days, I ve tried to sign and again and PS unistall and install again, but it's always the same message once the download is complete.
