  The software does not differentiate where it is used, just the license.  So if you have people who work in the same place they should purchase a license from their location without worrying about whether their results are used elsewhere.

  I have a pc touchsmart 310 and bought Windows 8 Pro on the drive. I want to upgrade Windows 7 to Windows 8 Pro, and then download the free update to 8.1.   My 320-1101la came up with installed W7, I decided tp upgrade at W8 because he has a huge touch screen that works perfectly . But now on W8 I can't see a magical canvas anymore, how can I return it?

• Cannot print photos with PES 9 and Mac OS x Lion on any printer. (Other applications to print very well!)

  Software: Photoshop Elements 9; iMac, Mac OS X Lion, latest version, 12 GB of RAM: I can't print to one of my three printers, HP Photosmart or laser printers.  The software recognizes all the but when I put up all print and name the printer etc, the white page just goes through the printer without printing on the Photosmart and does nothing on lasers.  I can use all printers for all applications and can print photo retouched with Picasso or other applications without problem.  I would like to re-download and reinstall the program, but it was purchased on the Apple App Store and is currently unavailable due to exit 10.  Any solution?  I wouldn't mind upgrading, but hate to spend $80 that I don't see a major différenec in version 10, and version 9 does everything very well otherwise.  Purchased version 9 August 2011 when I bought my iMac.

• Slow Internet connection

  I have an iMac, iPad and iPhone.

  The iMac is loaded with ESET antivirus software that, once installed internet very slightly slowed the speed of connection - this slowdown was acceptable.  My recently purchased BT Hub 6 is located a few feet from the Mac.

  The spectacle of two devices without connection speed however slowing in recent weeks the Mac began to hang up many times they use a Wi - Fi or wired on the Hub.  In fact repeatedly while the Mac is still 'think' about the connection of the iPad has access to the same site required.

  I wonder if recent update ESET Virus automatic database could be the source of the slow down - I can't imagine the hub 6 being the cause of my two other Apple devices to connect perfectly.

• How iTunes will include marketing / given blank media library?

  Scenario: an accident is stupid enough, I formatted the disk external USB I said iTunes to store all its media (using iTunes preferences). Since I got the vast majority of the data from the formatted disk (Stellar Phoenix to the rescue). It includes: music I ripped from CDs, movies I ripped the DVD, "digital copies" when it was a thing, as well as everything I bought on iTunes. It is NOT in the original folder structure and file names are still the same. It is also worth noting that I have iTunes game.

  Question: iTunes is going to do when I start it? It has been closed since the show. I intend that it points to an array of newly purchased raid an external USB 3 and my hope is that iTunes will:

  • Let me download all my music.
  • Let me download all my purchased movies (and books, apps, etc.).
  • Alow me to identify the location of the missing files, including the DVD rippe.

  .. and all this together on the new external drive.

  Is anyone able to confirm the desired behavior, or lack thereof? And someone has any advice... ?

  For the curious, iTunes behaves as desired. With the intact library (on my local hard drive), it simply could not find the corresponding files - but it did not cause of aberrant behavior.

  I am able to download "all" my music (although it comes out of the music was not in iTunes game - particularly my old DRM'ed iTunes purchases), all my movies purchased and all my TV shows purchased. iTunes prompts me to "locate" the files that were missing for individual items, so it'll be a job from me to re - associate my DVD rippe and 'digital copies. I can also re - associate some of my old music of DRM'ed, but it's a little, so that could get ugly.
