  I solved this on my phone! Go to the blackberry platform, select settings, display and actions and scroll through e-mail messages. Change to delete on handheld and server. It worked for me. Just a lucky find but it took me hours... I get so frustrated when these improvements wrong you!

  When I'm away from my wifi e-mails can be received but not sent.  My email address is by Cogeco and Rogers is wireless network.  Or to say that they can help me.  Rogers stated that Cogeco and Rogers do not connect together, and that the previous software used by Blackberry has been changed.  This makes my useless email so on the road.  A blackberry should send emails!  I don't know whether to believe Rogers or not!  They said there is a fix, but it would make my BB cannot send e-mails while I'm at home.  This situation will be resolved by Blackberry?

  Carefully note the information at the bottom of this KB... the problem is with Cogeco, not the BlackBerry. I suspect the fix they mentioned is to use Cogeco outside facing SMTP servers, which may not be accessible when you're home (e.g., Cogeco system "inside").

  A different difficulty would be to abandon Cogeco for an email provider that allows you indeed appropriate access to their servers of e-mail from all locations. You could put a redirector on Cogeco to this other email provider.

  I keep seeing information on OS 10.3, but it does not apply to Q10.

  The Web page for OS10.3 is old and told to keep checking back.

  Without asking the obvious question... should I keep checking back on the site, or not?

  The rumor is that 10.3 will be released on February 19. This does not mean that all carriers it will necessarily come out, but it's the date that goes around.

  Sorry that I can't offer a better solution, it seems that many people have problems with their email accounts from OS10.2 or OS10.3

  Since I have updated my OS until I installed the mail account I can not confirm nor deny that :-(

  I bought my Z10 BB this Saturday. The first thing you can do with a new devices will check the updates. The OS on my Z10 works 10.0.10.690. I tried to update the software via "update over the air" and the BB link. It did not work. I get the message "the update server is not temporary is not available." Please try again later. [Error code: 2032] "every time. That's what I get for 48 h. I have testesd in my office and at home. We have very good internet connections. Roboot does not help. Taking the battery all ongoing enforcement and restarting does too.

  Link BB says even my version to date. ...? -> still running 10.0.10.690

  What can I do?

  My Z10 has certain behaviors strange anymay. I've had 4 accidents just by adding a few new addresses.

  I have a few brangings "t-online", even though I have the bought new on Amazon with no contract (and I don't use t-online).

  I'm doing something wrong?

  I just upgraded to the version of the 10.2.1.2122 software.  Under settings / Notifications I am unable to find the ringtones.  I would like to know if there are options of your additional ring in addition to the limited options that are available with the previous version.

  Go to the Notifications. Make sure you are in Normal or phone calls only. At the bottom, go to Applications > to change the phone ringing.

  When I try to assign a ringtone to a specific contact, the only options I have to choose are default, Off, or active.  There is no option to select a different type of ringtone.  It is a new phone, then maybe there is something that I have not yet configured?  It is also my first smartphone, so I'm a complete newbie.  Advice would be appreciated.

  My Q10 is very new to me, a little more than a week now, and since I first connected my FB accounts and Twitter, only FB notifications came through on the hub, no Twitter at all. Since yesterday afternoon, no FB notifications no longer, although all messages show when I use applications directly. Can I do something about it?

I add the name, the password, and then click done when the IMAP screen, but I get a message saying my connection to the SMTP server information has changed or is incorrect... I am not aware of anything that either having been changed, I can log on ok on my laptop, so where I'm going wrong with that?

  I never post a message here because I've always found that a good answers to my questions.

  But today, something goes wrong with Blackberry 8220 a colleague.

  just for an update, I did:

  -installé--8220M_PBr4.6.0_rel318_PL4.1.0.61_A4.6.0.180_Bouygues.exe--(je suis en France) dans le pc, juste avant de cliquer sur terminer, j’ai supprimé le fichier vendor.xml et puis a commencé à Desktop Manager.

  -So, when I plug BlackBerry no update is available, even if the currently installed in the BlackBerry version is earlier than the software update.

  Why do I need to change the operating system? Because even if I wiped y times and has made the activation of bes over and over again, the BlackBerry still restart all suddenly when you use it, or when I close the flip it ask me the SIMcard PINcode again.

  Does anyone has a tip to give me to unraveling me of this blackhole?
