  Should be no problem. You may need to re-add the account from scratch and leave email calendar and contacts sync, but it should work as long as your GMail account is still valid.

  Ive updated the OS 3 times now since Ive had this phone and the last being 10.2.1.2977 which was released 17 MB a couple of days.

  problem is every time Ive updated the operating system each single message notification since I bought the phone and back on the phone for facebook. last time that I deleted them again there are nearly 8,000 to remove and it took an eternity as the only way I could find to remove them was one by one and scroll to the bottom. If I have highlithted more than 50 at a time they are there just any deleted.

  someone please tell me there is an easier way to remove all as I assume there will be more than 9000 now.

  I don't have Facebook, but normally, when you are in the hub, choose Facebook, then you will see that Facebook messages in the hub.

  Then tap and hold a date and select "delete prior". To delete all before this date.

  There appears to be variability, but updates are supposed to be controlled by the carrier. For GSM devices, it is the SIM card located in the unit. If you have a BlackBerry brand, your upgrade is controlled by the carrier. If you have a BlackBerry or Amazon store brand device, it is possible to get the upgrade pushed directly from BlackBerry.

  There are different things, you can try for an OTA update or through the link: remove SIM. Use the SIM of another carrier.   If your operator has published the upgrade and you do not see if you can download carrier and install PC; If not, talk to your operator.

  Other alternatives are Knowyou and Autoloaders. Search. If you try, you should read the instructions carefully.

  After apply software version 10.1.0.4181 (size 6 MB) on my Q10, I can no longer send or receive text messages, pls help.   However, the problem that I have been experincing, I had before, where I can not send sms message. I think I may have hit a hot key and basically does not allow you to send a message.   Looks like you have received a text of the group. You respond to what you think is a physical person but you meet the group, and so will your answer to several people on the original text of the group.

  When I first set up my blackberry I've linked my hotmail for her account so that I can check emails.   Since you lost the internet connection after updating, you may need to update the NIC drivers to retrieve the connection. This is possible only if you have administrator privileges.

  Glad to hear that you have consulted with your BES administrator. Have you tried to ask the BES Admin giving you temporary credentials to get the files you need.

  If this is not possible, continue and then talk with your BES administrator to find the files for your POC on Facebook and Twitter. Please follow the steps as your Admin BES asks you to do (if given by Admin).
