  I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "having the autostart DVD." I guess you are talking about having a game of particular film, or gave you the answer later, for the program 'play together' (film/playlist?) start.

  Select the first menu of the game. In the properties panel, in the query tab, deselect 'keep forever,' set the duration to 20 seconds (or other), then on the standard tab, set the end action of the movie/playlist you want to play.

  Showing a Firefox button when the menu bar is not selected, it was a feature in the four Firefox via Firefox 28 versions. With 29 Firefox and later versions, there is no Firefox button - there is nothing displayed when the menu bar is hidden.
