Quality mediocre speaker after moving my Mac Book Pro

Hi all

Was moving around my Mac Book Pro to show my sister home, then all of a sudden the sound quality of the speakers has deteriorated and that he was not as crisp as before. Should I just allow the speaker to stabilize by asking my Mac or should be verified by the Apple support?

Look forward to your advice.

See you soon

Gary

    I tried in single user mode and repair it's hard but it did not work.

    I tried to install different versions of Mac OS on DVD (Captain yosemite and el), the process is slow and sometimes work. but after using it a few times (after stop or restart) the problem is back.

  • Mac Book Pro El Capitan won't start

    End of 2011 Mac Book Pro with OS X 10.11.2 and 500 GB SSD locked when you change an image in Lightroom 6.  Display got lines in there, then moved to the right until all the images in all programs were packaging off the screen on the left and ending on the right.  I decided to quit Lightroom and it went in her check and the safeguard of this app.  At this point the computer locked up completely with the beachball forever.  I stopped with the start key and restarted.  Desktop came, but then locked up again.  No restart in any mode after that.  Computer goes the logo Apple on a white screen with the high CPU activity as evidenced by a cooling fan screaming.

    I have a backup recovery app on a USB key, but does not know how to use it. I also still have the original hard drive that could possibly be re-installed, but he showed signs of early failure.

  • UPGRADE MAC BOOK PRO at EL CAPITAN

    I have a Mac Book Pro 5.2, software OS x 10.6.8 Intel Core 2 Duo with 4 GB of RAM.

    I tried twice to upgrade the PC to El Capitan.

    After downloading the new software for a while, I got these messages: "year error occurred ' and ' demand could not been installed.

    I looked for a solution in the forums, but I can't find which could help me.

    Could someone explain clearly and simply if my PC has the conditions to level, and if so, what is the solution to the problems.

    At it is now, it seems my Mac Book becomes unnecessary because I am not able even to install applications I want: most of them requires software 10.10. VERY FRUSTRATING!

    Thanks a lot for your help.

    I'm really sorry. But your MacBook is simply the old to run El Capitan.

    The strike that. No, it should work. The download is complete? If so there should be an installer in your Applications folder: have you checked if it is there? What happens if you start from there?

    How is a battery for mac book pro 13 inch?

    depends on MacBook Pro you have and if you buy oem or aftermarket. An oem battery is the way to go, after that the markets are proved to be unreliable. I'm to do it the good way market if its all the same. But I have a few experiences where they don't acknowledge or reload. And ive seen have poor performance and cost of life. • How to connect a microphone to capacitor for Mac Book Pro?

    Hi all

    After recently to buy a NW-700 Neewer and set up, I plugged it on my which seems to me to be a model 2012 or 2013 the Mac Book Pro, only to see that he has been received as headphones and tab out of my sound preferences. I don't think that there is something wrong with the microphone as I had also bought and hooked to a phantom power source. After you pass the cables through the power source, I plugged my card TRS in a TRS FosPower additional to the PLUG adapter, knowing that Mac does not accept audio TRS jacks. And then after all that, I plugged this card into my computer which was accepted as a helmet instead of a microphone.

    I have a theory, that the FosPower adapter converts only the input signals and the computer then thought of as a helmet. What do you think?

    Here are some pictures to help.

    Hi garretthelp,

    I understand that you are having trouble to get your microphone Neewer NW-700 to be recognized as a device on your MacBook Pro.  If the TRS FosPower to adapter PLUG does not work for you, have you tried using an audio interface with standard XLR connections for your audio configuration?    Which application you use on your Mac?  No matter what settings are you using in the Mac system preferences should also be done in the settings of the audio application as well.  I will include information for GarageBand below for your reference.

    I found the Web site of the manufacturer of your product and enter the SKU for the microphone Support page, but they do not have a manual available at the moment.  So, if using an interface standard audio does not resolve the problem, you will need to contact Neewer for more information.

    Plug in a microphone

    You can connect a microphone to your computer to record your voice, an acoustic instrument or any other sound on an audio track in GarageBand. You can connect a microphone to the port of audio input of your computer, a USB port, or, for better audio, an audio interface connected to a FireWire or USB port on your computer. You can also use your computer's built-in microphone to record sound.

    After you connect a microphone, you choose the input source for the range that you want to save in, and then turn eventually followed. Monitoring allows you to hear you play so you can hear the part you want to record as well as the rest of the project.

    Connect a microphone to your computer

    Do one of the following:

    • If you use your computer's built-in microphone, select the Microphone as the source of entry into GarageBand > Preferences > Audio > devices.

    • Plug the microphone on your computer audio input port (if she has a), then choose integrated input as input source of the track.

  • Connect a USB microphone to a USB port on your computer. Choose the USB microphone as input source of the track.

  • Connect an audio interface to a USB or FireWire port, then a microphone for the audio interface for recording.

  • Connect a console audio mixer or console in an audio interface connected to your computer.

  • Set the input for a microphone source

    1. Select the audio track.

    2. Click the Smart Controls to open the smart controls, and then click the Inspector button of .

    3. In the recording settings section, choose one of the following on the shortcut menu of the entry:

      • If you use your computer's built-in microphone, choose the built-in Microphone.

      • If you use a microphone connected to your computer's audio input port, choose built-in input.

        If the integrated entry does not appear in the menu, choose GarageBand > Preferences, click Audio / MIDI, then choose enter integrated in the context menu of the Audio input.

      • If you use a microphone connected to a USB port, select the microphone.

      • If you use a microphone connected to an audio interface, choose the number of the channel for the microphone.

        If channels audio interface do not appear in the menu, choose GarageBand > Preferences, click Audio / MIDI, then choose the audio interface in the context menu of the Audio input.

      Make sure the format matches the microphone or instrument. Choose a mono for monophonic instruments (with a single channel), then a stereo input to stereo devices (with a pair of channels).

    4. Drag the recording level slider to change the level of input to the sound source volume.

      If the recording level slider is dimmed, you cannot change the volume of entry in GarageBand. In this case, use the volume control on the unit.

    Take care

  • iPhoto will not open on my Mac Book Pro!

    When I open iPhoto on my Mac Book Pro 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 - 2.6 GHz Intel Core i7 it remains open for about 3 seconds and then closes.  There was a message to correct the error and I clicked it - has gone through the process, he always does the same thing.  I turned off the laptop and rebooted but it is still not open.  I use OS X version 10.8.5 Please Help!

    What version of iPhoto do you have?

    Is your version 9.4.3 or 9.4.5 iPhoto?

    iPhoto iPhoto 9.4.3 version crashes right now, if the Info Panel is selected when you launch iPhoto because Google Maps servers are no longer available to provide information on the locations.

    Take a look at this discussion:

    There is a problem with the functionality of the site, because Google maps will no longer be supported.

    Re: iPhoto crashes after opening several times in reply to carvermon Useful

    I found a solution that works for me...

    1 goto /Applications/iPhoto.app/Contents/Resources

    2 delete the files 'googlemap.html' and googlesearch.html

    IPhoto no longer crashes, site does not work, but it doesn't bother me too much.

    Let me know if it works for you guys...

    Deletes two files "googlemap.html" and the googlesearch.html of iPhoto application bundle prevents the JavaScript running inside and causing the accident.  To access the files inside the iPhoto application select it in the Finder and ctrl-click on it. Then use the command "Show Package Contents" from the menu.  Open the content subfolder and then resources.

    Do not try this fix without making a copy of the iPhoto application before trying to delete the two files of the entire application.

    To access the files inside the iPhoto application select it in the Finder and ctrl-click on it. Then use the command "Show Package Contents" from the menu.  Open the content subfolder and then resources.

  • U2414H, Mac Book Pro, DisplayPort 1.2 empty, solved

    I'm posting here in the hope that it gets indexed by search engines and other people can find the answer that I spent a few hours searching without luck.  At first, I must say that I am generally very pleased with this monitor - like bezel-thin, very good quality picture, easy to set up and a great price. However, most of this post is going to be a complaint and attention to others. told me, incorrectly, that my early 2011 Mac Book Pro 15 "mini-DisplayPort taken in charge the DisplayPort 1.2 Protocol. It turns out only. Then when I activated the DisplayPort 1.2 screen turned white, as the instructions said he could. No biggie, you would think - just get on-screen display (OSD) to the top again and disable DisplayPort 1.2 or do a factory reset. Here, you can't get the OSD until a source is connected correctly to the screen. Which means that you can not disable DisplayPort 1.2 or do a factory reset, you want to do because you cannot successfully connect to the screen, until properly connect a device to the screen. And so on and so forth.

    There is no other way to do a factory reset, so the only way for me to reset the monitor that is to go buy a mini-DisplayPort-HDMI cable in order to connect to the monitor in this way and do a factory reset. I confirmed this with a call to Dell technical support, too. I don't quite see how thought happened during the design of the firmware. How do you design a monitor where the only way to do a factory reset is when a device is connected correctly? A major flaw, but it will apply only if you don't know this in advance, where this post.

    It also would have been clearer if the warning had said "this can make your blank screen which, until you have another cable to connect via HDMI, means that you have essentially an expensive piece of plastic."

    Follow these steps to disable the DP1.2 on the U2414H WITHOUT signal input

    Buttons =.
    Preset, brightness, Menu, power supply, output

    When you press the Menu button, the buttons are then =
    Up arrow key or down arrow control OK, return, power

    * Turn off the monitor
    Unplug all the video inputs of the U2414H wiring
    * Turn on the monitor
    * Press the Menu key
    * Press the button OK check (3rd left) and hold FOR 15 seconds
    * Disable DP 1.2
