Quality PNG

Hey - it's perhaps a silly question, but here goes.

I have 4 images/icons I want to use to show the current operating steps (there are 4 steps). When I import the PNG image, its quality through the right amount. As the look of the FP is important, the quality of these images must remain high.

Currently, I think that just overlap all 4 images (placing them as decorations in PF) and 3 decorations masking while showing the right pair (made by programming). Is there an easier way?

I have no. IMAQ.

Thank you

    Hello

I've heard that I can export job fla to a png instead of gif animation

and the png will be loseless

cause when im export as gif, it became a kind of crappy

I asked in the other forum and they told me that there is no such thing animated png because png is a still image

then I showed them some kind of png animated like this http://img2.tapuz.co.il/forums/1_140064267.PNG

just to prove that there animated png

    now, I have 2 problems

when im export to animated gif the mask and the film clips to the task would not be shown

example: here is the fla, swf and gif exported.

If there is no such thing, how to export as gif animated so the mc in labor will be animated is

    Hello

Yes, you can export your Flash movie in a perfect quality PNG sequence. You can even configure the export using the Alpha channel so your PNG images include bits of transparency... If you have a (IE background etc).

So, as you may already know, to export the movie in a PNG sequence you go to file > export > Export movie and select PNG as the export format...

What makes that Export function is to export parts that are inside the video Clips. Basically, it exports only what we can see on the stage, at the root of your Florida I had a glance at your file and a quick fix would be to copy images that are within your video Clip and paste a level upwards, on the stage.

    Hope this helps,

    Good luck!

  • PNG to JPEG

I have 23 to about 700x525px png files, and they are in a timeline of the fla. After I initially imported files in the library, I put the properties in png for reasons of better quality. When they were placed on stage and subsequently incorporated into the timeline they have been converted to movieclip symbols to apply various attributes such as alpha and brightness settings and some blending modes, also some (a little) interpolation was applied. I need to reduce the overall bandwidth (re: size of the published Swf file) and I wonder if I change the properties in the library of the original 60% jpeg quality png bitmaps, it this procedure will dynamically update the previously created movieclip symbols, or not. In which case I might need to rebulild a few things? Someone at - it all on that idea, experience, suggestions, etc...

  • Blur buttons

    Hello

I am having some problems with the buttons. As you can see in the picture below the left icon is blurry. Each icon is a button is blurred.

What can I do to fix this? The icon is png. The rest of the page is really strong...

    Button.jpg

    Thank you

    Janne

If you have a vector on the page buttons. create the empty picture (hotspot) on top of this frame and give the button action to the empty frame. In this way, you can have an element of the vector on the page and hotspot will act as a button.

For audio it resamples in png so use good quality png to create play and pause buttons of the audio overlay.

  • get NET imported graphics

I have problems bitmap graphics from Photoshop to import dryly in Flash. I use the highest quality PNG codec, but graphics appear jaggy, once they are in Flash.

Can someone share tips for crisp graphics in Flash?

My train for sizes is 992 x 692 or smaller, and I go to 100%, so not waiting not graphics to be sharp and clean to the maximum magnification...

    Thanks for any help!

    flashkatt

As Ned, you can adapt it in flash with very good results. It will be not as sharp to make the graphics to be perfectly sized for flash, but it will be either Pixelize.

What you can do is drag the image on your stage and then (F8) convert to symbol. If you change the properties of the symbol, you will see a smoothing check box.

  • Help displaying the png files that require a picture scroll/zoom and sufficient quality.

We try to bring a very simple application to android/iphone to blackberry.  The app is simply a tool that allows the user to navigate and view files png which are pages in a reference manual.  On iphone/android, we used the webviewer to view images.  The images range from 500 to 900 1500 x 900 x.  Everything works fine on android/iphone. We tried the same thing on the blackberry (curve, storm, torch: 5.0, 6.0), but the Blackberry BrowserField does not scroll horizontally when the image is zoomed.  We also tried to use ZoomScreen, but the image quality is so poor that the manual pages are unreadable.

Anyone has a suggestion for how we can achieve a functional viewer of these images which allows Zoom/scroll and provides a good readable image quality?

    Dave

    Welcome to the forums!

When you create the screen to which you add your images, you use all the constants style? What type of screen you are using?

The reason why I ask, is that you seem to use screen which, by default, scroll vertically but not horizontally. To remedy this situation, create it like this:

    Display myScreen = new MainScreen(VERTICAL_SCROLL |) HORIZONTAL_SCROLL);

or, if extend you it, put something like this as the first line of your screen manufacturer custom:

    Super(VERTICAL_SCROLL |) HORIZONTAL_SCROLL);

  • You lose quality by saving it as a PNG with small/slow...

Lose you quality in registering as a PNG in the selection 'save' and drop down file extensions vs save it for web PNG - 24 (reason I ask) PNG 24 does not allow me to record the foregoing 8196 px x px 8196 (I think) I need to save it as a 9000 x 9000 px. Comes the loss of quality? (I know png is supposed to be loss less compression) but it goes mega huge file to really tiny and it makes me think there is more loss than the information. Thank you, hope it makes sense. Laughing out loud

The png and psd use compression lossless (in contrast to jpeg) backup of disks. I do not understand the limit of 8192 pixels save for Web, but you can use the file > save as png instead of save for Web without any quality problem. I support Compression: smaller and interlacing: No.

I am not well read in the mechanics of compression, but lossless means there are no artifacts or changes in color as JPEG,.

  • Registration in PNG is much worse than the original image quality.

I made a transparent PNG logo, and when I go to record the new transparent logo in PNG format, the quality has decreased significantly from the original. I did nothing more than to remove the background of the logo, why this is happening in a lossless format? What can I do to solve this problem or to increase the quality of the logo transparent?

Not a perfect solution, but once you remove the background of the first, go layer > Carpet > fringe (or remove white matte suited). Then save for Web as a PNG 24.

But, ideally, you want to rebuild as a separate vector file from a background.

Is there a way I can recreate it on mine?

If you know the police, it should be easy to build. I don't know if the "tr" ligature is a glyph, or if it has been made especially for this logo.

  • How to save a PDF file with zoom as TIFF/PNG of quality equal?

I have a graphic photographic resolution in PDF (vector graphics). Zoom in Acrobat results in an impeccable oversampled image you expect from vector graphics. However, I can not save the PDF upscale as an oversampled TIFF or PNG - I get horrible artifacts. How can I get Acrobat to save the PDF with zoom a PNG/TIFF image?

    Thank you very much...

You can get what you want with instant tool under editing, AA XI. This will give you a screenshot of what is shown on the screen. The best way is to open the vector graphic in Illustrator and work directly with vector illustration.

  • Quality problem w / png

I have two movies with two animations are doing the same. Very simple: text in a menu nav enlarging shrink. The png is from the same psd file but looks like a beautiful (the first) and the other looks like crap (that I used as a model for one and just swapped symbols). I tried all possible solutions to this problem that I can think of. I don't even turn on the option 'allow smoothing' in the library of Flash, that seems correct in the fla, but is not the swf. What is going on? Someone saw? If you want to see what each of them looks like, I can you email a screenshot. I can't post the animation well... it is a confidential internal site.

    Thank you!

He solved myself... odd thing in Flash to keep memory that an animation not placed on the first image sequence would automatically be an alias (while the other was anti-aliasing). The only way I found to fix this was to put an action on the first frame of the movie

    _quality = "BEST";

    Which it cleared up!

The default value in "external edit" preferences of Lightroom is ProPhoto. This embedded profile always overwrites what you as working space in Photoshop.

This is a very common cause of confusion, and personally I think that the default setting in Lightroom is a bad idea. Those who need ProPhoto will know how to define, but beginners always get in trouble over this. If you can change that.

This should not be a problem for printing, however, only for viewing in the managed applications without colors (which is basically nothing outside of Lightroom and Photoshop).

When printing, the value "Photoshop manages color" in the print dialog box. Then choose the right printing profile for the document you are using. Don't forget to disable the printer color management in the printer driver, in order to avoid the double profiling. You will get a warning to that effect.

Also choose the type of appropriate support in the driver of the printer while you are there. This controls the total amount of ink.

  • Blurred PNG images at 300 DPI and quality display performance

OK, so I'm working on my friend's resume. She is a manager of social media and we want to add social media icons in its header.

When I placed the images (300 DPI and 32px) image shows really small and is very pixelated. I'm trying to resize them and insert content on the framework for the picture is very distorted and unrecognizable. The image at 300 dpi real but the effective ppi is 101.

Is there something I need to do in Photoshop before you place the image or a setting or something I am missing in InDesign?

I read a lot of discussions and questions about it, but I can't find a good answer to my problem.

    Thanks in advance guys

Icons like these should almost certainly be all vectors for printing, raster images. That said, if you have no other choice, open in photoshop, resize check resample image and use more neighbors for the method.

  • Loss of quality when recording in pdf format

    Hello

I did a post card, I have pages, but when I save it as a pdf file, that it loses quality and society who do it says the quality is bad and the picture will come out blurry on the cards. What should I do?

    I hope someone can help!

    Natascha

If you include anything with transparency, (areas of text, shadows, mirror effect, graphic png/tiff, image borders, cells of a transparent table, etc) that will be solved in your PDF in 72 dpi, even when better PDF in PDF export. If you start with low resolution images, this will not improve at the printer.

Pages is generally not well suited as a tool for quality commercial printing.

  • PNG to the result "ugly" 2D photo

First of all, sorry about I can't better define my problem, but I'm really not that familiar with the handling of graphics and transform the image, so I can say only the result is ugly

I have a simple example, created from a file png file vector graphic svg with Inkscape. Png size is 300 x 200, PPP: 270.

My problem is, I want to introduce this png on my façade of good quality image, an indicator of the 2D image. When I do this, the result looks "ugly" or "pixelated". Is there a way to view these files png in LV with better quality (I LV 2015 32-bit Pro, but no IMAQ and other similar toolkits available)? If I have a look at this file png using, for example, Irfanview, even after some zoom, the image looks good and "smooth".

Currently, I use this simple way to load the png in the 2D image indicator:

I've also attached the file png for reference.

    Edit:

When I compare the LV and Irfanview results (left is LV):

I take your png and fill the white background.
    There are results (low img):
