  I have a new computer and tried to get the first Pro CS6 installed. I have a license first Pro "Version 6"Windows - I can see in MY PRODUCTS. Just to try, I downloaded the installation for CS5.5 and who does not accept the license at all. What can I do to get the CS6 running on my new computer?

  A bit of history which could be related, I remember that I originally bought first Pro CS5 from someone on ebay, not knowing that it was a Mac version, which would not work on my PC - so I contacted Adobe and upgraded to CS6 for Windows at a lower cost. I see in MY PRODUCTS there is a serial number for the two "Adobe Premier Pro" version 5 for MAC and Version 6 for Windows.

  I was getting a long error while trying to open PPro CS6.  I thought that I would like to uninstall just PPro CS6 and now it seems to have disappeared and now I am unable to reinstall.  My Application Manager shows the "Adobe first Pro CS6 family" to be "up-to-date".  I need to reinstall PPro CS6.  Can someone help me?

  I tried logging on my cloud account and download the app PPro CS6 once again, but nothing happens.

  -Rendering account I had to uninstall but still not only PPro CS6, and other elements.  The application manager now acknowledges that PPro CS6 disappeared.  Downloaded re and re install now.

  Premiere Pro CS6 is a 64-bit software and will only install on a 64-bit computer. There is no way around that.

  Does anyone know why can't import video MXF files from the Canon XC10 to first Pro CS6?  I searched for a process / workflow that does not include having to use an mxf converter.  I looked at a number of different suggestions on the web.  I read the following article http://www.adobe.com/content/dam/Adobe/en/products/premiere/cs6/pdfs/adobe-premiere-pro-cs 6-canon-workflow - guide.pdf which indicates it should not be a problem with the import mxf to the first pro cs6.  I also used the Canon XF Utility - once again unfortunately, I still got the message "the importer reported a generic error.  Other Adobe applications, faced with this format include Prelude and Media Encoder.

  I'm on Windows 10.  I hope that someone in the community will have technical knowledge to help.  Or maybe even staff Adobe might be able to offer suggestions.  Thank you.

  You load the map and export in MXF format (that's all) on the hard disk.

  It's my job and my current method: I save all the night video from a camera analog Watec who goes through an analogue to digital converter Canopus and the DV flow then feeds a Mac iMovie 6 current execution. iMovie 6 saves 2 GB continuous clips all night. At the end of the night, then I have an iMovie project that is about 140 GB composed of different files of 2 GB.

  Can first Pro CS6 this task?

  Yes, but it is not limited to 2 GB files. It can capture to a file. 12 hours of material DV will be a single file of about 145 GB.

  I am trying to install adobe trial version first pro cs6, when I say through the implementation, it is Adobe CS6 Encore and Adobe Premier pro CS6 do not meet the requirments, 64-bit operating system os recommended.

  Premiere Pro CS6 and Encore CS6 are 64-bit only. They will not work on your machine.

  Please check and see if all the requirements of system for Premiere Pro CS6 are met on your computer: Premiere Pro system requirements for Mac OS and Windows.

  If the system requirements are met, then please use the CC cleaning tool and remove the app completely from your machine and then reinstall: use the creative cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems.
