  Our IT Department has just be reformatted our 2 years, Mac Mini, and I just installed CS6 via disk top.  All programs cs6 open perfectly, except AE.  The error message says "cannot open AE on this version of your operating system."  I ran all the updates, in accordance with the guidelines of the online help.  When updates performed installation, the results window shows several updates failed, including that of AE.  Told to try again later.  What can I do?

  Ok. the culprit was Nikon Transfer. Somehow it was corrupting the NEF files. I did paste traditional & the latest shots drop folder, is now, and my PS opens all NEF files without any problems. Unfortunately, all the last 2 months ships seem to have disappeared (I erased all my SD card) - all gray, cannot be opened. I'll get the software that can fix naves.

  CC Adobe license can be activated on 2 machines using the same Adobe ID, but only one at a time.
