  you are missing one of the parenthesis at the end of the CrossJoin test this:

  I have a problem of performance on OBIEE removes data Essbase on unix environment, you guys have previously known?
  I noticed that the issued to Essbase MDX is different between 10.3.4.0 and 10.3.4.1 and causing a slower recovery on the answers. For example:

  The 10.1.3.4.1 deals section of line to use a collection that causing a degradation in performance impact. Tested with EAS and the MDX on 10.3.4.1 server is much slower than the 10.1.3.4.0.

  I have defined the environment variable to "OBIS_Essbase_CustomGroup_Generation" to 0, restarted the BI server, but still have the same MDX issued to Essbase.
  
  According to: http://hekatonkheires.blogspot.com/2009/07/obiee-essbase-mdx-generation-issues.html this problem is still not resolved on 10.3.4.1, is there an idea guy?

  Unless Oracle produces a new patch for 10.1.3.4.1 than the MDX will continue to be generated in the same way, and therefore no resolution will exist. Basically, it's these two dll generating the number: NQSDbGatewayEssbaseCAPI.dll and NQSSIMDB.dll.

  Raise a SR on Metalink and see if you can get a new patch pour.1 if you really need to stay sur.1

  Otherwise, you will need to return a.0, there'sno way right now.

  Our EAS reported this: our dimension of reduction measures to the switching times will be half of our data file size.  Has anyone turn their dimensions of compression?  What are the problems that you have experienced?

  This is not a duplicate, but it's largely the same question that a dynamic dimension to ASO stored passing Will do my Calc MDX results change?

  This is because the size of compression must be dynamic, so if you select a dimension that is currently stored in the size of the compression, it will be converted to dynamic.

  If you change the size of the compression of an already dynamic dimension, it has certainly no effect.

  does anyone know if there is a list of all available MDX properties that can be used in a query with Essbase MDX?
  There is a very small list in the technical documentation (http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E12825_01/epm.111/esb_techref/mdx_properties.htm), but I know that there are many more properties.
  For example, a property that is not documented is ANCESTOR_NAMES:
  WITH MEMBER [year]. [false] '0', SOLVE_ORDER = 0

  Anyone know if there is such a list?

  The query displays always the alias of members (e.g. [account]. Members). Is it possible that by default the name of the Member instead of the alias is used? Without using the nom_membre property.

  To the second question about the name of the Member, try the following statement at a MaxL session:

  You're not really converting them. There is not a procedure calc to ASO (Yes Cameron, I know that there but for the point of the question, that's irrevelent). As ASO cubes dynamically calculate the upper levels, there is no need of a Calc Dim statement. Some formaulas to work only on subsets of data, consider using a Case statement or an IIF statement. I find the case easier to read, but that's just me.

  (2) * when IS (QTR. CurrentMember, [T1]) then [and REPTq1hybcqw] *-how can I convert this statements so that it includes "Q1" and the descendants of the "Q1"? Q1 is a cumulation of July, August, sept. I can't replace [Q1] section with a statement of descendants etc.

  MDX Solutions 2nd Edition of George Spofford (which regularly publishes on the forums) and Fast Track to MDX are the two books I recommend.

  As to your question, use a statement of GOLD and the IsChild function

• Help formula MDX: the months for every month

  Newbie here and young developer Essbase. My business more or less left me on my own without any training, so I'm here hoping a kind soul will help me with a formula. I've got 9.3 Essbase. The cube, I'm working on that is ASO so that the code is in MDX.
  
  Asked me to build a 'net growth' formula that displays the current month in the variance of the previous months to every 12 months at a time for a given account. Ideally, the user would choose the 'net growth' Member for a given month and be able to see the gap for the previous month dynamically and the variances would be additive to the quarters, et al. I don't need a member formula that allows users to see only the variance to the previous month, or a formula that is attached to the only current month. There is an example below of what I consider the dataset to look like.
  
  Here are my questions: I was able to get the piece of net growth from month to month to work perfectly, but (a) I can't think of a way to encode the variance from January to December avant-annee or (b) how to get variances to be additive to the quarters and etc.
  
  So far, my code is based on my Sun account and is the following: account - (account, periods. CurrentMember.PrevMember)

  1 dim scenarios (for example actual, budget, variance) the order of resolution 15 (although the majority of members are Dim solve 35)
  2 periods (month, quarter, year) Sun 20 of the order of resolution
  3 years (e.g. AFA 08)
  4 views (i.e. MTD, QTD, CDA) Sun 30 of solve order
  
  I build the formula of "net" on an account that is the last time balance. The account in question is not an expense account, so there is no If/Then logic or from the UDA in this regard.
  
  Any input at all would be greatly appreciated I'm pretty stuck at this point. Thanks in advance to anyone who is willing to help.

  My account.dec was a typo. It should have been a coma.

  I misread your initial statement. Because this account is not balance time then you don't need the or statement. I thought you wanted the time balanced qoutput. You could add an islevel for your case statement change the other to another case and the final one would be the sum of children

  2. Type Show done face to emphasize his face in every photo.

• Question of cloning for SSD upgrade on 12 Macbook Pro

  Previously, I did an upgrade to SSD on my Macbook Air to 2012 according to the instructions of JetDrive transcend. Basically connection via USB 3 and using Mac OS X to clear (and format) disc utilities new SSD, then restore again SSD and then remove the original 128 GB SSD and insert the new 480 GB SSD.  For about a month and so far without problem.

  Now I'm trying to 2012 Macbook upgrade my Pro partner (on 10.11.6).  I got a Crucial SSD MX300 to replace his HARD drive.  Crucial comes with (or recommend) Acronis software.  And a lot of the messages of the forum recommend Carbon Copy Clone.

  My question is if I can use the same method for the cloning of the HD as my Macbook Air (just restore disk of Mac OS X utilities)?  This time, I'm upgrading HARD drive and I don't know if something is different.  At the same time, if I got lucky the first time, I don't not ruin Macbook Pro my spouse this time.

  Yes, you can use disk utility to clone your MBP wives, but unlike CCC, it will not clone the recovery and Partition.

• Question about resolution movie downloads

  If I buy a movie at a certain resolution (780p for example), but I want more later re - download at a higher or lower resolution (SD or 1080 p), can I do so and how?

  Same question perhaps for music. Some of my songs have been bought before the latest Apple codecs.

  Once you have made a purchase on the iTunes store, you will see your purchased items in the menu under accounts bar > bought. You can simply select the item purchased and re-upload.

  With regard to the resolution of the film for films that are offered, and you select the resolution, you can download it again and select a different resolution. For movies that are available as separate download to SD, 780, or 1080 points, you would be limited to the original resolution you selected.
