• IOS 9 E-mail to Exchange customers - can not download

  Our basic problem is that we are not always able to see photos sent from any of our Exchange Server e-mail clients jpg or PDF attachments in Apple Mail application.  Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

  We are a small general business with around 15 users.  Since December and upgraded to IOS 9 on our IPads (4th gen) and used IPhones in the field, we had intermittent but persistent problems with view and/or download the jpg and PDF files in our Exchange 2003 client emails.  Support Apple says of course that it is not a hardware problem because we are connect and send emails. They say that we need to install all THE updates that are available for our Exchange Server 2003.  But since Microsoft is no longer something before 2010, which will not happen until we get a very large influx of support jobs/cash and move to Exchange Server 2016 on new hardware.

  How can we solve this problem, using software and hardware?  The same WORK emails with attachments are very well using other ISP/Email accounts on these devices.  It seems that with our WORK Exchange Server emails run on IOS devices.

  Our field technicians take photos with various devices and/or create reports PDF (daily reports) of Word files.  These are distributed by e-mail to managers, which some use only their iPad or an iPhone to view / read and comment.  Some of them are more able to see those attachments!  Spare normally views other messaging platforms (Outlook on PC, Windows or Android phones).

  Until we went from IOS 9, emails with attachments devices went well.  But lately, more often than otherwise, the email will arrive with a note on the bottom saying: "this message has been downloaded as text", with a complete button 'download the Message '.  Sometimes (perhaps with small pictures and attachments) will continue on its own and show the electronics complete with photo or a PDF document and be good.  But now sometimes the photo or document can "flash" on the screen and then disappears and appears an icon with the name of the file attached at the bottom of the email.  Clicking on it does nothing to the email.  While in this case, the "Hourglass" animated icon shows at the top of the screen as if something is for download.  This may disappear in a few seconds/minutes, or not.  Still no Visual on the attachments.  Closing the Email of IOS and back can now show the email with the attachment or it may not.  As I said, it's incompatible, intermittent.

  Sometimes, when you click on the link 'Download the Message' full and then the icon for the attached file, the icon will be slightly grey-out, and then come back without doing anything (showing the photo or document).  Other times a message has popped up saying "Cannot download attachment" and the e-mail has no value.

  We have deleted and reinstalled the IOS and e-mail Exchange Server represents a couple of times now (to Apple and Apple Support recommendations community), with no improvement in the stability of our WORK emails with attachments on devices IOS 9. More funny, ads appear very well in our emails, even with embedded graphs!

  Would this be a major revision to the email Manager 9 IOS, which is no longer allows devices to store e-mails locally, to have available to see again without having to re - download, but requires that each email to be downloaded from the server whenever read?  This would save local storage, but it will overload our Exchange Server considerably.

  A lot of things going on, none of which are compatible.  Please help if you can.

  1. Make sure that you run 10.0.1. It's the latest version

  As I recall, it was never there in the first place.  In your mailbox, you select the messages you want to delete, then delete as a group or individually.  The only place where you could and still can delete all messages at once is your Inbox junk mail, where you choose Edit, then delete all.

  Hi all

  Having some problems with the SMS and iMessage notification since the upgrade to iOS 10. The problem is that sometimes there is no noise or vibration or anything like that when I get a message. I will just have to pick up the phone and there is a banner on the lock screen. And until someone asks, it isn't that I was away from the phone, or I didn't hear it go off... there was just no notification. It's as if the phone was in DND (which it was not).

  The other thing is, I NEVER receive a notification when I am sent an iMessage from a sender that is the only email address (like an iPad wifi only). In this situation, my phone never plays a sound never vibrates... you open the lock screen, but there's a new banner of message sitting there... as I said before - just as the phone is in DND... which is not.

  This problem happens on mine and my wife's phone. For any help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

  Here is an update. I think I can find a solution to the problem. I used to have my "send and receive" in the messages app implemented with my phone number and checked e-mail address. I have deselected the e-mail address and have now received a notifcation for every message I've received so far. The sample size is a bit small at the moment but before this change, it is 50-50 at best.

  for some reason any my email downloads itself unpredictable, always been on a restart when idle etc but here and there.  I'm on the top of all the taskiller and still running programs and it is not auto s/r unless I do it manually.

  Y at - it an app that has run similar or similar to the blackberry e-mail?  One thing that really miss me on the BB is the e-mail feature and how agile.

  Also there is something you can do to make sure your cheeks keys during a call? If you are too far away to avoid this clarity on call sucks.

  Here is a thread with essentially the same question.  Don't know if it will help you with the problems of e-mail or not.  In my opinion, K-9 mail is the best application of electronic mail on the Droid.  It is free on the market and has worked very well for me.  Very customizable with many more additional features which does not have the stock application.

  When you put the phone to your face when you talk to a call, isn't the white screen?  You have long hair?  If you do, try to make sure that it is not the hair between the phone and your ear.  This is a known issue and may cause not empty on the screen.

  You can also check to make sure the proximity sensor is working properly.  If there is a problem with this sensor, then it would not empty on the screen and you can press the keys with your cheeks.  Call to your voicemail, do not check them out but to test the sensor and as soon as the phone starts ringing zeroed in on the left side of the screen next to the word Motorola.  This is where the proximity sensor.  When your finger is the screen should white.  When you remove your finger screen should come back.

  Please let me know the results of this test and we'll go from there.  I hope this helps.

But when it was tested, this jpg is not 100% in his Office Outlook (Windows Pro 7). On the other hand, the entire chart displays as a thumbnail, too small to read and is incorporated, not attachment and cannot be saved. He tried different settings, same result (IDK why - anyone? Posted a question on the forum, MS Outlook - no response). He looks okay on her phone.

  If your server can handle the php/mysql, you can use php simple code to send email from your own computer. But you need store all email addresses in a database and loops through the database to access the e-mail address, which doesn't look like not in his is going to be the solution for you. You can of course send individually without the need to store the addresses in a database - but this isn't an option with 2000. The break with this way is that you have little comment about what happens to the email blast - which opens etc.

  It might be better to use a company email online in bulk as Mail Chimp. Last time I looked I think up to a certain amount was FREE to send each month - 2000 is not very many - so check and see if it still applies. But again you would need to have the e-mail addresses in a format that can be imported into the Database Mail Chimp, as in a CSV file. Chimp mail a few options you to import e-mail addresses. These online solutions offer more comments as to what happened to your campaign, if it is a matter of concern

  Mail Chimp fairly easy to use with a few dummy runs - it's just a matter of "create a campaign", choose your "email list" and then paste your html code into their window. A text version will be created as well - so if people have blocked images they will see something.

  Then of course you might be able to Google for a program of Html Email in bulk at low prices. Usually, it will do the job for small quantities.

  Overall, I could investigate Mail Chimp and see if the FREE quantity still applies.

  the deployment on iOS requires iOS SDK and an example of Apple Developer for the signature. That being said, you need a MAC to create a deployment for iOS.

In practice, especially if you run a business, you want to QA test the application on all platforms, you want to take in charge your request. I used the spotlight to post top and typed search and it does not appear.  I went into the settings and instead of having Mail, contacts, calendar-now, I just contacts, calendar.  What happened to my mail application and how do I get it restored to my phone? Accidentally disable something and it's just hidden?  Or something was happening to the app?
