Questions of breath by e-mail - e-mail service in bulk vs. DIY

That's the question isn't specific to Dreamweaver, but some of you probably treat it and may be willing to help. Sorry it's a bit long...

Director of sales in one another department wants to send a blast of unique email list of 2000 + emails, participants who signed up for a show of the authors of the company and probably would like this info it sends (not spam). He had a long jpg (600x2100pixels) designed, thought it would be an email that jpg to the free list - problem solved. Sound for most of the miniatures of the DVD cover with text. But when it was tested, this jpg is not 100% in his Office Outlook (Windows Pro 7). On the other hand, the entire chart displays as a thumbnail, too small to read and is incorporated, not attachment and cannot be saved. He tried different settings, same result (IDK why - anyone? Posted a question on the forum, MS Outlook - no response). He looks okay on her phone.

Then he contacted me and with my minimal knowledge/experience with emails, (I have created them, have not sent their) I related how an explosion of email is more complex than that - it should essentially be a html page with hard links, which are sent by e-mail. So I am a HTML with hard links to the images on our server for him, much more condensed than the original. Now we need help, get out.

I don't know how to get the html code in an email and send it. I'm guessing that a JIU for 2000 emails will not work. Or if its even legal? And of course, some will read on their phones, some will have downloads of blocked image, so there are a few points mark on how it will display. And I don't know if he will be able to see an explosion of html correctly in Outlook. I read in this forum, but the posts that I found are very old and on the web. I read about it here:

If your server can handle the php/mysql, you can use php simple code to send email from your own computer. But you need store all email addresses in a database and loops through the database to access the e-mail address, which doesn't look like not in his is going to be the solution for you. You can of course send individually without the need to store the addresses in a database - but this isn't an option with 2000. The break with this way is that you have little comment about what happens to the email blast - which opens etc.

It might be better to use a company email online in bulk as Mail Chimp. Last time I looked I think up to a certain amount was FREE to send each month - 2000 is not very many - so check and see if it still applies. But again you would need to have the e-mail addresses in a format that can be imported into the Database Mail Chimp, as in a CSV file. Chimp mail a few options you to import e-mail addresses. These online solutions offer more comments as to what happened to your campaign, if it is a matter of concern

Mail Chimp fairly easy to use with a few dummy runs - it's just a matter of "create a campaign", choose your "email list" and then paste your html code into their window. A text version will be created as well - so if people have blocked images they will see something.

Then of course you might be able to Google for a program of Html Email in bulk at low prices. Usually, it will do the job for small quantities.

Overall, I could investigate Mail Chimp and see if the FREE quantity still applies.

    Good day, I'm having the same problem here on IDM 11 g,

    When I try to 'Reset password' for Identity Manager user - delegated Administration
    I have used the following "manually change the password"
    and I select "The new password to the user in e-mail."
    I get the following error "an error has occurred. While changing the user password Could not load the e-mail service provider.
    IDM modifies the password "the password has been changed with success." but still no email sent
    When I use another option 'self-generate (randomly generated) password"no e-mail is also sent.

    Can you please help with this question?

    Create a resource of type e-mail server. Resource name must be the same as specified in the system pripert XL. Mail server. Bydefault his name is the mail server. Provide details of your mail in Server resource.
    Yes authentication
    Name of the server
    User login
    User password

    After doing this, reset the user's password, which the profile e-mail address.
    Check if it works.

    The message does not say customer messaging is not properly installed? Yahoo's Webmail and not an e-mail client. Try this. It can help.

    I don't see what Windows 8 build must do with OE on a XP machie. Have you tried to download?
     
     
    Right click on the desktop | New | Shortcut. Navigate to "c:\program files\outlook express\msimn.exe". Click next | Click Finish.  It will be a new shortcut on the desktop.

    I had a problem or two with my emails, as shown in this forum. A good piece of advice, it's that I should install Windows Live, the mail client (not Windows Live Mail, the mail service.

    I looked up and down on Ms sites - none other than the basics, including Livemail.

    I found it on File Hippo and Cnet, but both want to install additional software to speed up the download. I had problem with one of these programs a year back and I'm happy to wait as long as it takes to download it.

    -Can anyone tell me the MS page so that I can download the Windows Live Mail client please?

    It is part of the essential elements of Windows, but you don't have to download anything.

    Each configuration has a different use... You choose a type according to the service interface you intend to connect with...

    For example, your proxy service is enabled by a file and the contents of the xml file is not... Or a jms queue will listen to the service and the content of the message is not xml... In this case the option is the messaging service...

    for some reason any my email downloads itself unpredictable, always been on a restart when idle etc but here and there.  I'm on the top of all the taskiller and still running programs and it is not auto s/r unless I do it manually.

    Y at - it an app that has run similar or similar to the blackberry e-mail?  One thing that really miss me on the BB is the e-mail feature and how agile.

    Also there is something you can do to make sure your cheeks keys during a call? If you are too far away to avoid this clarity on call sucks.

    Here is a thread with essentially the same question.  Don't know if it will help you with the problems of e-mail or not.  In my opinion, K-9 mail is the best application of electronic mail on the Droid.  It is free on the market and has worked very well for me.  Very customizable with many more additional features which does not have the stock application.

    When you put the phone to your face when you talk to a call, isn't the white screen?  You have long hair?  If you do, try to make sure that it is not the hair between the phone and your ear.  This is a known issue and may cause not empty on the screen.

    You can also check to make sure the proximity sensor is working properly.  If there is a problem with this sensor, then it would not empty on the screen and you can press the keys with your cheeks.  Call to your voicemail, do not check them out but to test the sensor and as soon as the phone starts ringing zeroed in on the left side of the screen next to the word Motorola.  This is where the proximity sensor.  When your finger is the screen should white.  When you remove your finger screen should come back.

    Please let me know the results of this test and we'll go from there.  I hope this helps.
