  I'm changing the font size to a smaller size on a printer HP Deskjet 3050 has J611g.  My printer was printing to the appropriate size.  Suddenly, on a project he printed normall until it came to the last page, the date on which the font size became so great that only 1 or 2 letters would take on the page.  The next time I tried, each page was so great that only a few letters were on the page.  I don't know if I accidentally hit something or changed a setting that I should not have done, but I have no idea how to make to make it smaller.

  Sorry only you know which software you use to print. When you select PRINT, this is the printer control software. You need to know how to find the font size and decrease and make sure that you are not in any type of "zoom" mode.

  I have reproduced the same issue at my end on the iPad & didn't find any option to increase the size of the font of comments or Sticky Notes. It applies only to the Acrobat or Reader installed on the computer.

  I have a pdf file with a bunch of entries of form I'm filling with cfpdfform, but the Agency the pdf form is printed to a changed a bit, so I need to move the entries of form slightly. I have a copy of the new form and I thought I could just copy all formfields with ctrl-a and glue them on the new form, and then adjust their locations and copy and paste them into their new arrangement in my original pdf. But it seems that two PDF files are different "formats". I guess I'm not understand 'size' in the PDF files. As in a picture you can just go to the properties of the image and see the dimensions and adjust them. How can I see/adjust the dimensions so that I can arrange the formfields to fit on the form of the Agency.

  2 forms are attached. new_TOA.PDF is the blank pdf I use to fill with the formfields. TOA_103.PDF is the new form.

  I agree. The fields on the form are on a form which is 16,83 "X 12.83", where the shape is 11 "X 8.5". In fact, you get the same results that you copied or do the replacement pages. Here are some steps to take to get the likely location you want with the file 'wrong' (the last one posted):

  1 Select this option to highlight the fields in the blue bar.

  2. many of the fields will be off the screen, so zoom back until all are visible. Then select all (EDITION). Right click on one, and then select Properties. Change the general > Orientation at 0 degrees.

  3. point by point, select a field, and place it in the approximate location and resize it as well as possible.

  4. (3) is completed and all fields are on the screen, zoom in to work out the details. Now resize and place each field if necessary.

  5. I strongly suggest that you change the letter fields and the Pat_sex to radio buttons for the much more useful results. In the Options > export value, set the O/N or M/F as the case may be. The letter field could default selection N.

  It will take time to redo all the investment and others. You should be able to do it in 3 or 4 hours. It will take probably even less time to redo the fields together. I can not give the solution option, but it should do the job.   You can try using the Zoom. This will decrease the size of everything on the page. You can try to hit CTRL and + a few times to try it. CTRL and 0 it will return to normal size.

  However, given that this only happens on Hotmail, you may to watch the Hotmail help documentation to see if they have a function to increase the size of the font. I know that this is possible in Gmail.
