• Warning quota IMAP but I have cleaned already and its use is very low

  I get a warning of Quota IMAP (101%) on one of my gmail email accounts.
  I read the articles on cleaning and avoid Quota IMAP problems and have done what I can delete and move e-mails.
  But my space usage report shows that I use only 36MB for this account which seems really small.
  (my main Gmail account using 8.8 GB and I do not receive a warning.)

  Gmail will also save all e-mails, both sent and received in 'all mail '.

  Deletion of an e-mail from a folder does not result removes the email in "all mail".

  Basically, all letters, incoming and outgoing are saved in the folder "all messages".
  Labels can be applied to create a visual effect to appear as in other folders, for example: Inbox or one that you create.

  So to delete an e-mail from for example: Inbox simply deletes the "Inbox" label and still leaves the email in "all messages".

  Well, most ISPS and web-based e-mail providers have rules in place: some have attachments maximum file sizes, most have maximum rates for the number of recipients/how many emails per day. I had one that had a maximum bandwidth and would not deliver an email until tomorrow if I ended this day.

  So check the terms of your email provider.

  With some hesitation, I would say that if it's so important to you, then compose in Word and pasting it into Thunderbird. But to avoid the unholy mess of code property that would accompany a standard paste of development action in the form, I would say that using 'paste unformatted' and in all likelihood it would eliminate the curlies anyway.

  Years ago, I had a PC which allow me to create short (probably 100 characters, not even not at the level of Twitter) quotes as screensaver.  I'd like to be able to do in El Capitan, but don't know how.

  I thought to try to transform the simple text or Word documents in JPEG format and their use in a folder of photos I could choose as a screen saver in El Capitan, but I have no idea how to format a Word document to JPEG format, as opposed to a PDF file.  (1) is there a simple way to create a text-only screen saver (or perhaps to add short text phrases to an existing screensaver program in El Capitan)?  (2) in the case, could someone tell me how to do what I want to do?  Thanks for your suggestions!

  You can create a folder of images of text with Keynote, if you have installed.

  Create a new document, Keynote, then write a single citation per slide.

  Using "file > export" to export slides as image to the folder files:

• My colleague has a message when she tryes to send a new email on quota. We tried compact and removal of e-mails. Quota limit is about 23% problem persists

  As noted above, she has problems send a new mail because some of the moments not all of them gets this message. I also tried to check the storage on the server of Google mail and its like 10% or more.

  With 10% on gmail, limit and 23% on the quota limit storage is not the issue, I think, something is wrong.

  I use a Gmail with Thunderbird. My quota on the gmail imap server is 95%, and I need an emergency free space.

  However, I do not understand why it is so. When I get the mail, I regularly download the e-mails in local folders, leaving only a few emails in the Gmail Inbox and Outbox. The same some e-mails are also visible from the Gmail account when I go online... so why the quota is so high?

Ever since I downloaded the new version 31.1.1, Thunderbird adds automatically quotes in my email addresses in my address books, but only when I send an email in bulk for a lot of people. These quotes "" "show up on top of the same e-mail addresses in the"to"or"bcc"list of recipients, then on my server refuses to send. Please fix this. Sincerely, Doc

  your address entries have a space either before they address book so they get cited. check the entries in the address book for an attack or of trailing white space
