  You will need to consider additional steps for this product (set to level before and after upgrade) as mentioned in the doc.

  the question is sloved by the following steps.

  1. in my case, the firewall is turned on then I m unable to access ebs application in the browser. so turn off the firewall on the server.

  2. in the-> simultaneous set I check every manager and change the host name of the server test (instead of host name of server prod). After eating this all is implemented successfully and works very well...

  You may need to use some third party software to transfer files without clicking on receive a file each time.

  Quick question: just finished a R12 upgrade this weekend. All concurrent jobs have been put on hold and then taken out of waiting after the upgrade. The problem is that some work concurrent user ever got put on hold and is is no longer in demand. We also end users up-to-date so that they could not connect until we were ready. Would be the cause of the simultaneous use not getting not postponed? How can I do to get their delayed? Thank you all

  So according to me, this is a behavior expected - it's a problem and it got fixed 11i (on-demand applications running for END_DATED users 100% CPU and giving ORA-01002 (Doc ID 1080047.1)).

  You will either need to remove the end date and check regular concurrent programs then (which should work as expected) or re-program these simultaneous program to an active user account.

  Question: A few days ago from the concurrent requests that are submitted began to assign a Manager different (STOP time) Manager instead of Standard. There was no change in the system.   -There is no rule of specialization in the standard for this specific program concurrent Manager
  -Your specific simultaneous program has not bee run on Manager simultaneous specific (STOP time)
