RAC 12 c Installation clean and install fresh
Hi all
OS: Linux 6
RAC 12 C
ASM
I have a RAC12c Installation and you want to delete or uninstall and do a fresh install.
With 10g RAC simply paralyze the crs and and manual removal... etc.
However, I am told 12 c has a different way to do it.
Someone can provide the best measures to do this or note metalink.
Also can I reuse my ASM disks or should I recreate?
Thanks in advance and happy oracle!
Hello
Please refer to the below document mentioned for the same
Ref: How Unconfigure/Reconfigure(Rebuild OCR) or uninstall the grid Infrastructure (Doc ID 1377349.1)
The devices being reused for OCR and Votedisk must be reset to zero, you cannot reuse these records again for reinstallation. If there is no database then even not start need to be cancelled and can be reused
Kind regards

I get that upgrade to DC will remove my Pro XI and plug-ins (do not have), it is over my settings/preferences or is it a clean and install it? I have a few custom workflow that I don't want to lose or should attempt to reconfigure as that will cost me precious time. Does anyone know if these wrapped, or if I can save and import?
Best,

Hello
It's true that the upgrade to DC will remove Acrobat XI and plug-ins is automatically deleted as well.
However your settings or preferences will not carry over, so it would be clean, wipe and install.
You can save your work and access with Acrobat DC.

Download / Installation - download and install on different drives. How?
Hello
About to install the CS6 Production Premium trial via the download assistant before making a purchase and I would like to know if it is possible to download and install on a disk and then move a completely separate disk installation without messing it all?
The main reason for this is that I do not download directly on SSDS, if only a few quick updates etc and have instead other readers who get hammered writing and looking at the installation process that I don't see a way to upload to one diff drive other than the one that you want the program as an end result?
Thank you.
Assuming you're on Windows...
I installed the CS6 Master Collection yesterday, and the initial installation Panel gave me an option to specify the installation location. See the image in this post forums.adobe.com/message/4631926#4631926

I installed my iMac (2009) in Yosemite. He is now on all fours. I intend to do a new installation of the operating system. This forces me to format the hard drive. I have already backed up my data. With further regard to CS 6 and Lightroom is the appropriate mechanism to disable the program and then reinstall it from my Adobe account? Any other input would be appreciated.
Yes, disable it before uninstalling.
to reinstall, you only need your serial number and installation files.

Windows Installer 4.5 installed it on Windows Vista
Original title: defective Installer
Ultimate home, update 2, 64-bit Vista. Have a defective installation program and install download of 4.5. Said there is not enough storage, but there are 129 available concerts.
Hi rdr2345,
1. are you referring to Windows Installer?
2. Why do you want to install Windows install 4.5?
3. What is the complete error message you receive?
4. where did you downloaded version of Windows install 4.5?
You do not have to install Windows install 4.5 version if you have Windows vista service pack 2 installed on the computer.
If you still want to install it, then I suggest that you restart the Windows Installer on the computer and check if it works.
(a) click Start, click run, type services.msc in the Open text box, and then click OK.
(b) in the list of Services (Local) , right-click on Windows Installerand then click restart.
Windows install 4.5 Redistributable
I hope this helps!

Intermittent slowness; should I clean and re-install from scratch?
I realize that it is a trick question... I have an iMac 2013 that I bought as a referb to Apple a little less than a year before. Right from the beginning I had a lot of performance issues. I finally took it in an Apple authorized service location (they worked on many of my other macs in the past). They discovered a bad internal drive and replaced it. Compared to the original performance issues, he seemed much better (for once).
Within weeks, I saw a lot of downturns intermittent (lots of rotation beach balls). I brought them and the 'cleaned' and without asking, me improved Yosemite to El Capitan. I was a little annoyed by this movement, but with hindsight, I'm glad that I've updated (because I hate the upgrade - if it ain't broke, don't fix it).
Fast forward a few months. Things are still sluggish. Usually when you start applications. Once the things up a race, they seem ok. But after the awakening of the machine, it may take time for things to calm down. A lot, a lot of rotation beach balls. Very frustrating for the least and worst of all, it's computer main of my wife and I'm tired of all the complaints... "What is happening?" "Why mouse scroll? "What's taking so long?"
A bit of history that could enlighten us... I was happily running Snow Leopard on an iMac for many years. One day, he would not display (but seems to be start). The thing being out of warranty, I decided to take the plunge and get a new iMac. It came with Yosemite. I was told that I could transfer all my stuff using a firewire cable connected between 2 macs. I did it. I'm done with many broken apps, that I deleted.
My question is, if my problems could be related to a bunch of junk on the new mac? I hate to reinstall everything again, but I'm starting to wonder if it would be the best solution. Wipe the hard drive, install the OS, do all the updates, then create my user accounts (my wife and child and me), and then manually reinstall applications (that I still need). Fortunately, I have a macbook pro that I use, the iMac is less important to me these days. All of my data on external drives, and I have a ton of backups. I was thinking about using Carbon Copy clone to clone internally, so that I can book still off the clone if I need to.
Any thoughts? I know this is a long post, but I feel better get out of my chest.
Thank you

CPU Athlon II Windows XP, card mother Asus V8V. Registry is overlaoded? After 8 years. It applications ar that I don't want to give up. For this purpose, I do not reformat the HD 320 MB.
Hello
1. you did it before the issue of any material changes or software?
Method 1: Boot your system in clean boot mode, and check if you face the same problem. Try now to the KB article to perform the clean boot:
http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/310353
Important: After you use the clean boot in order to solve your problem follow the steps in the "steps to configure Windows to use a Normal startup state" section to start your system in normal mode.Method 2: Download the latest version of Windows install and install it. Let us know if that helps.
Windows Installer 4.5 is available:
http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/942288Method 3: Unsubscribe and re - register the Windows Setup program.
a.Click Start, click Run, type MSIEXEC /Unregister. and then click OK. Even if you do it right, it may seem that nothing is happening.
b start, click Run, type MSIEXEC/REGSERVER, and then click OK. Even if you do it right, it may seem that nothing happens, or you can briefly see an hourglass. After you run this command, the operation is complete.
c.Try your application based on Windows Installer again.
Method 4: We will analyze the system for infections using the Microsoft Security Scanner which can be downloaded from the link below:

you do. Just boot from the CD and follow the prompts for a

Clean hard drive and install Windows 7.
I have a packard Bell desktop computer that was originally installed Windows Vista. When I bought it, I downloaded and created via the site of Packard Bell recovery disks. But last year, when I tried to recover my computer with disks that I realized my recovery disks did not work properly and I couldn't get my computer back. So I decided to buy Windows 7 instead of buying Packard Bell recovery disks. I was using my computer with Windows 7 until today. Today when I tried to wipe my hard drive and reinstall the software I could not install them because the error message said that there was not enough memory in the assigned disk drive. How can I clean all old Windows folders and other files in order to empty the hard drive and reinstall Windows 7 software?

If you need search malware here's my recommendations - they will allow you to
