Randsomware
Well guys. I was infected with randsomware, but what to do next. Do I trust these people with my credit card details in order to obtain the encryption key?
I have all my files on a backup drive, but don't know how to remove the randsomeware. Remove infected files. How to restore the backup files.
Everything is designed to help me get started?
Thank you
Paul

2 wipe the internal drive, install a new OS if needed, and restore the backup. The instructions depend on which product was used to perform the backup and what OS it was created; 9.3.2 iOS does not work on computers.
